The Hotel us the worse I have stayed in recent times they had a club inside the facility I had not sleep it kept me up till 5:30am. The manager was very rude and refused to help
There was noise loud music and till 5:30am daily and the accommodation refused to give refund for the 2nd day. I spoke with the supervisor he acted like I was a bother I spoke to Jim 3 times and he kept claiming they had reduced the volume at 3am I had to go downstairs myself and the guys at the bar abd club said no one gave them any I structures about loud music.

The hotel is neat, enjoyed the oriental rice a lot and the friendly waiter ( I cannot recall his name but he is good).

The breakfast was somehow okay, the staff were quite helpful, location was great. But the toiletries, cutlery, internet service, word rope were terrible. There was no value for money at all. I believe the management can do better.
The management can do better in order to change the narrative of the hotel. As it is, I can’t recommend the hotel to anyone.

Reception staff were friendly and responsive
No tissue in my toilet. Towel could be better. No phone directory to call Receptionist and restaurant.

Location was very nice and easy to find. The building aesthetically looked appealing. Staff were generally helpful, room looked well decorated and clean. Secure location
Food was overpriced, not enough wall sockets round the room.

The bath and the shower mismatch with water all over the place when used.
No expeller fan in the toilet!
No telephone directory, had to call on mobile phone to get anything, even though there is intercom.
complimentary breakfast is a farce.
