Komplettes Haus mit Grundstück zur exklusiven Benutzung. Es gab sogar einen Handtuchservice. Nikoleta ist äußerst hilfsbereit und hat gute Tipps parat. Die Villa liegt etwas abseits von Gruda, auf einer Anhöhe, mit einem eigenen Auto aber kein Problem. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

When I say the hosts were the best hosts in the world, I mean it. We were greeted by the lovely Nikoleta who showed us around the AMAZING villa and gave us top tips on where to go, places to eat, great beaches and let us know she'd be on hand 24/7 to help us with anything - and damn did she mean it. Nikoleta and her husband Pavo ensured we had everything we needed, booked us on a wonderful boat trip and arranged the best tables at the local restaurants (who gave us 10% off for being guests of Villa Royale). The restaurants closeby to the villa are amazing for great food and free locally made liquor to start - plus everythings a better price for being set slightly further away from the city. Pavo runs a taxi business meaning getting around was no trouble and they kindly offered us lifts to restaurants that were closeby when our designated driver fancied a tipple. The villa is based in the mountains which was such a treat and felt like an absolute oasis, with a short 30-40 minute drive to Dubrovnik center - it was the perfect mix of local life, surrounded by nature and beauty but close enough to the town to nip through to see the incredible city. I can't recommend staying here enough, we're a group of friends celebrating a 30th birthday with a 3 month old baby (who nikoleta provided everything we would possibly needed for) and had the time of our lives. Added bonus is the best beach I have ever been to is only 10 minutes away - recommended by the hosts - we would never have known about it otherwise. We will be back and cannot speak highly enough of the wonderful hosts, it was really the holiday of a lifetime. Book book book!!!

Nothing, it was perfect

It was just amazing We have travelled a lot and this is the best villa that I have ever stayed in. The location was unbelievably beautiful in the Croatian mountains just a stone’s throw away from beautiful beaches and towns. Our hosts Nicoletta and Pavo were also the best I have known.Nothing was too much and communication was superb. We were lucky enough even to have homemade liquers,olive oil and many vegetables and produce from their own garden. They even made sure that my son could watch his favourite team play a football match in one of the local bars. we couldn’t have asked for more from some really lovely people. Absolutely no hesitation in going back and would highly recommend

Very nice view from the pool to the sea and the mountains, daily cleaning of pool and jacuzzi, towels are washed on request, kitchen is very well equipped everything was thought of, it was very clean, another highlight is the icecube maker, the house is furnished with attention to detail and offers more than you need, the beaches, towns and sights around the villa are varied and worthwhile, the area is generally very beautiful, the hosts of the villa were very obliging and introduced us to Croatian culture in a variety of ways, the hosts were always available, very helpful, sociable and had very good recommendations for our stay.

It is an advantage to be mobile as there is little to reach on foot.

We were a large family group with children and the Villa was perfect for us. The hosts were excellent. Nikoleta and Paul have thought of everything you could possibly need and gave us great recommendations about trips. The location is unbeatable with the view of the mountain. The whole villa and the huge terrace, gym, sauna, outside pool, the hot tube… amazing! We had a car but also used taxi to get around. Konavle, Cavtat and of course Dubrovnik are worth a visit. We had a fantastic stay at Villa Royal House and we would like to come back! Would definitely recommend this place! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Villa Royal is a truly wonderful house, beautifully and sympathetically restored in a stunning location high in wooded hills above the fertile Konavle valley. The facilities are exceptional and the hosts, Nikoleta and Pavo, are so friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, quiet yet close to Dubrovnik and beautiful beaches, villages and restaurants. Villa Royal is an amazing place for a wonderfully relaxing and rewarding holiday
