This was our third time at Palm Bay Resort Club and the second in this condo. Everything was great and we'll be back again soon.

We had a great trip to siesta key. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4. The condo was very clean and well stocked. Our kids loved the pools. It was very nice having the beautiful beach so close by. The beach is incredible and not too crowded (compared to the public beach). Being able to hop on the trolly into town is super convenient! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Our stay at the Palm Bay Club was relaxing and it was very convenient to be so close to the beach. Our Condo was very nice and we were very pleased to have a kitchen full of everything we needed to cook, pans, utensils etc.

This was the 1st year i would say that the property showed some signs deferred maintenance. But that did not change the wonderful time we had. Staff is friendly & attentive. We s/w the GM, France on multiple occasions. He was always visible & present on the property.1 suggestion would be regarding checking in & room availability.Check in is @ 4pm & the office closes @ 5pm, maybe have 1 of the office staff start later & stay later til 6 or 7pm. Just a suggestion.My only issue on this visit was the door to our unit was damaged, we reported it & nothing was addressed.We have recommended many friends & family to stay at the PBC.

we had a great stay at this condo. Beach towels provided and lounge chairs were already at beach to enjoy. The only thing you need to remember if Coffee filters- none provided. Ice machine and water dispenser also didn't work Everything else was great!

While the unit was fine for our stay I would not stay here again. The proximity to the beach is nice as well as having access to a private beach, however, the unit needs a few things updated and fixed. The biggest thing that needs to be replaced is the front door. It was difficult to lock as the door is splitting on the side, appears to be from water damage. We also encountered several rude cleaning ladies on our stay and this coupled with minor maintenance issues and the unit being on the third floor with no laundry in the unit makes it where we would not choose to stay at this location in the future. Siesta key is a great area with lots of fun places to eat and beautiful beaches so we will definitely be returning in the future.

This was a lovely property; one of the nicest we've stayed in. There are overhead lights, the bathrooms are nice and everything is spotless. There is a tv in the main room and each bedroom. The location is great and the beach can't be beat. We will definitely be back soon.

Our gulfside condo was nice, clean, and was a short walk to the beach & gulfside pool. You can either drive across the busy Midnight Pass Road or walk to the bayside pool and hot tub. The lovesac was very comfortable and very popular when sitting in the family room. The Florida weather in January was great and the sun always felt warm no matter how cool it was! Even though the complex had residents, they we’re always friendly to us guests. Last, the free use of the tennis courts & paddles/racquets for a game of tennis or pickleball was so nice! Can’t wait to get back! Thank you Palm Bay!

By just the drive into the facility, we knew we made the right decision. The drive with the palm trees lined up was such a delight and felt like you were on a true vacation. The condo was perfect and everything we needed! My only suggestion is if they were able to provide the basics for cooking essentials (salt & Pepper, cooking spray, foil) that would have helped greatly! Or, if they were able to leave what other renters left at the condo such as these items, that could also go a long way. Overall, we will be returning and would definitely recommend this to others

Only thing we needed to purchase was paper towels and/or napkins, shampoo & conditioner, and obviously any food or drink. The beds were comfy. We chose this condo at Palm Bay as opposed to another due to it being closer to the beach figuring we’d carry more to the beach than to the hot tub. We visited the hot tub at night. If you don’t feel like walking you can quickly take your car and park near the hot tub. Everyone at the front desk check in was friendly and helpful. The beach was beautiful and we found tons of great seashells while there at nearby beaches. We found many great places to eat while there and enjoyed walking the strip there checking out the shops. We had a great time and will definitely return.

Smooth and easy checkin. Clean and update space. Baby peak-a-boo view of the gulf. 1.8 mile walk to downtown Siesta Key. Many great restaurants/grocery/shopping near by. Beach towels and chairs available in the unit. Lounge chairs provided for free by the Palm Bay. You can rent canopy’s or double padded canopy lounge chairs for $30/day or $200/week. Staff combs the private beach each evening and lay out the free loungers in the morning. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place to stay with kids. Only down fall is wishing we had a washer and dry in unit but they have a place you can. Def recommended place
