Loved the house! It fit our family well. Our party included 4 families in total all ranging from 3 years old to 50+ ;). There was lots of room, pool & hot tub was a hit with everyone. We literally have 3 minor complaints - (1) need some sharper knives in the kitchen for meal prep, (2) we were looking for a casserole dish but couldn't find one and (3) a few more seating spots around the pool would be fantastic! We have already started planning for next year

Overall, the house was clean, but sheets smelled horrible—mildewed. Had to wash them to get the smell out. I was a little disappointed at the lack of any staples—trash bags, dish soap, laundry soap, even salt and pepper had to be purchased our first morning there. Also had to argue for a crib that was on the amenities list and the rental list, but in the end they supplied it at no additional charge. 2 of the bedrooms are beautiful king suites. The other 3 are small with queen sized beds that all share one bathroom. Check in and check out was a breeze and the property managers were all pleasant and accommodating.

Before we even arrived at the rental property I received a phone call from Monica informing me that unfortunately for us the refrigerator at the property died and a new one would not be available for 10 days. The solution from management was to take a refrigerator from another property that wasn't being used and it was put in the garage. Management felt this was a sufficient "fix". I can assure you it was not! Having to go to the garage for every item needed (especially at 4 am for a bottle for a baby) for almost a week was extremely annoying considering the amount of money we payed for this rental. Monica assured me she would get back in touch about getting a fridge put inside/no response after the 1st day. Additionally, we had requested a porta crib which was not there when we arrived. Monica did go to Walmart and purchase a pack and play (at 8:30 pm) and returned the next day with a crib but again, disappointed. Additionally, the pictures of the house are NOT current. They are from the purchase of the home in 2021. Everything is weathered. The headboard in the master bedroom is pealing, furniture is chipped, there was a leak in the roof so the entire roof is covered in white plastic (as well as a hole in the living room ceiling). Beach chairs were rusted or broken. The kitchen was not well equipped (minus plates/glasses/silverware). I did reach out to Roelens Vacations 3 times to try to discuss my complaints and disappointment before posting this review. I requested some sort of acknowledgement or compensation for the multiple issues but never received a response. I guess they got what was important to them, their money! We travel quite often to Florida but sadly will never use or recommend Roelens Vacations again.

Very clean and spacious

The property was spacious and clean. There was plenty of seating in the open kitchen and dining area for gathering family at meal time.

Overall the house, pool and space was great. We couldn’t unlock the front door at arrival, called the company and never got a call back. We were able to get into the house through the pool screen door.

Owner and property manager very responsive to messages and accommodating. House nice and well kept, great for kids as they have a fenced in area by lanai. Will stay here again!

We had three families for our stay. The house was the perfect size and absolutely beautiful. We noticed it was for sale but will definitely be back if it’s still available. Property owners were great and everything about the process was easy. :) Pool (heated) and hot tub were a hit!!
