We liked the location of the property. And availabilty of a second WC is a plus. But it seems to us that this is a property that selling mostly its location.

It would be better if there is - some soap in the bathroom - a kettle to make tea - some paper towel in the kitchenette - a curtain fully covering the window in the master bedroom. Otherwise you're exposed to direct sunlight in the morning and lack of privacy. - shampoo container in the shower which is "not fragile". Because during our stay, there was a glass container which had dropped down and broken into peaces. The apartment was clean and very big, great location, everything is within walking distance. Great furniture and style.

The apartment is located on top of a bakery and a cafe, which turns into a club after 10pm. So in the morning it smells like grease. The windows are super old and there is no noise reduction, it's like you are sleeping in the street. One of the terrace windows/door do not fully close and there is a rock to keep them closed. The AC is leaking and drips all the time. After 10pm, the cafe downstairs turns up the music so much, it's insane! it's like sleeping in the middle of a club, super annoying! I was super close to calling the police to try and make them lower it. If I had been travelling with my son, this would have been an even bigger issue. No matter how convenient the apartment was as a location, I would not come again because of these issues.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Lavender apartment in Thessaloniki. The hosts were incredible, leaving the house in excellent condition and making sure we have everything we need prior to our arrival. The apartment is located in a beautiful part of the town, close to shops, cafes and restaurants, all within walking distance and in the city centre. It is very easy to get to from the airport and the main roads with the main bus station nearby. The apartment is incredibly spacious and is equipped with all the necessary amenities. It has fast internet connection and a useful smart tv if you wish to watch a film or tv show. Overall the place is incredibly cozy and very well suited for any traveller. I highly recommend it and look forward to staying there again!

Very central in the heart of the city, everything you need is just around the corner. Superclean apartment, excellent heating, warm and cozy ( especially in winter it’s usually a big problem ).Bedroom is very quiet, comfortable bed. The hospitality of the hosts was beyond words. They are amazing. I truly loved it. Can‘t wait to return there.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is in a great location in the city center, in a street full of cafes and bars, a very lively neighborhood. The hosts were amazing! Tania even prepared a welcoming lunch for us, and her son was helping with translation in English. I would recommend this apartment to everyone, and if I go back to Thessaloniki I will definitely stay there again. :)

The apartment was super clear and has everything you would need. Tania was waiting for me at the entrance and she welcomed me very warmly. The location is excellent at the centre of the city - everything is really close. Tania even cooked me a delicious meal the days that I stayed. 100% recommend.

The best place to stay in Thessaloniki! Great location, the apartment has everything you might need and a well equipped kitchen. The communication with the host was perfect and she was so nice and friendly that she even cooked us a traditional meal and was constantly bringing us delicious food.

The place is very spacious for a couple and was equipped with everything we needed. The location is incredible. The host Tania and her son Chris are excellent hosts and really go above and beyond to make sure guests enjoy their stay.

Tania is a very sweet host with a very warm and welcoming attitude. The apartment is in a very happening part of the city and the location really can't be beat.

Lack of natural light in the bedroom and no place for a female to get ready. The bathroom sink is very tiny. These are VERY minor things and were not a big problem at all. Communication with Tania in English is sometimes difficult.

Tanya is an amazing host! Every other day she was bringing us delicious home made food!

Absolutely loved our stay in this apartment. The highlight was the host, Tanya, who allowed very early check in and welcomed us with some local snacks and homemade Greek coffee. There was also fruit and juice in the fridge. And if that's not enough, we than got to try also lunch which she prepared. The flat has perfect position to visit whole city without having to take the public transport. It is very comfy and perfect for a couple. Everything was clean and we felt at home. Grateful to both Tanya and her son for such a warm welcome. We would definitely come back!

The host was an extremely lovely lady with her son, who did all the translating for her. When we arrived, she had a welcome basket prepared with homemade greek salad, Halva, fruits and wine. She was very caring and did everything to make the stay comfortable. The next day she even brought a bit of dinner for us. The apartment was completely new furnished, renovated and very clean. The location is close to all the main attractions and surrounded by the bar area. Totally recommend staying there!

The bedroom is located to the backyard, so there is no direct daylight. But it didn't bother us, as it is supposed for sleeping. The living room is directed to the front of the house and has windows to get light
