The location of this property is perfect for anyone who has kids! It is an easy walk to the beach and the pool is nice. Check in was easy! Our main complaint was with the HOA and repairs. We are happy to see that the building is being updated and construction is necessary at times. However, when we arrived, we had notice that they were going to be caulking the building. That process was totally fine. Our issue was that as a bottom floor unit, the workers removed all the caulk which fell to our floor and was not cleaned upon leaving . The next day, new caulk was put in. Globes of caulk fell on to the balcony and was not cleaned. We were left to clean what we could. On the third day, we had no water for about 8-9 hours. This was not communicated to the building as expected. We woke up to no water and it wasn’t until later in the day that it was returned. We are aware that the owner had no control over this. The fourth day, the building was repainting the sidewalks. Information for these events was not posted until after they had began. We were not informed how to get into our room. We had to figure out that you had to go to the third floor, walk over and then go down to our unit. On the last day, we were informed that we needed to move our car before checking out as they were going to be painting the black top. This made check out more difficult as we were not able to park our car near the building and bring our luggage out. When we woke up, the property had not begun.

Easy access to beach, pool, docks were great for a quick vacation with family. Close to restaurants and everything we needed. Loved it

This would be 5 stars but condo needs a deep cleaning. Our group was a female family trip (mothers, aunts, sisters, cousins - ages 60-96) that has been having an annual family girls beach trip since 2000. Until 2021 we had access to a very large condo in Panama City Beach but have rented several times because of hurricane issues and things like that. This was the best we have rented for our group because most condos have several bunk beds and we are just getting too old for that. The location was great for access to the pool and boardwalk to the beach. Layout was really good with a downstairs master BR and bath for our 92 & 96 year olds. They could see the ocean from the LR and master BR windows. Upstairs bedrooms were a great size with ensuite bathrooms. We would stay there again!

The location to the pool, beach and parking lot are perfect especially when you have small children that have to go up to the room to nap or potty.

Our family had a fabulous time in this beach-front condo, had everything we needed. Perfect location and the rental process was super smooth!

The only reason I rated this a 4 star and not a 5 star is as follows: 1. The kitchen was not very well stocked with utensils and pans. It could be better stocked with items that are used every day; i.e. sheet/baking pans, bowls for mixing and serving, a decent can opener (I had to borrow one from a neighbor), and cooking utensils. 2. The condo is well furnished and comfortable...adorable beach decor. It does however need a GOOD coat of paint and better towels for bathing. 3. The patio furniture is rusting at the feet and needs to be replaced with something that can better handle the salt water. 4. Not wild about the industrial basement looking atmosphere of the entryway to the condo, once inside though, the condo is colorful, comfortable and delightful. This condo was MANY good qualities and reasons to rent. It's spacious, however the patio was way to small for us. We like to sit out and enjoy the patio in the mornings and evenings and this did not give us much room to do that along with the condition of the patio turning. Bedrooms spacious and lots of sleeping room. All the bathrooms are on the smaller side, but workable. Proximity to the beach and pool is very convenient. Pool area very nice and accommodating. The sizing of the two towers is perfect!! We don't like big units with "too many" people moving about to get to the beach or the pool. The size of this property is great. All in all, we enjoyed our visit tremendously. Thank you.

We were very comfortable and loved our stay in this lovely, peaceful condo. We enjoyed the comfy beds, the kitchen had everything we needed, and we felt super relaxed. We will definitely be back.

The property is nicely located and and the second floor bedroom has fantastic views. However, the description is a bit misleading, the walls had a lot of marks on them, the front of the fridge was rusty, carpet had some rips and bleached spots, some furniture was stained and had small rips, light socket was missing covers.

Our daughter will be turning 16 at the end of March. She wanted a little beach getaway with her friend. She really enjoyed herself especially at the beach. Unfortunately they were working on the pool so they couldn't go swimming. But overall I would recommend staying here.

Our family stayed here while participating in I Pink I Can Run at the FloraBama. It was so convenient to everything we wanted to do. We’re localish, and have rented a few places in Gulf Shores/Orange Beach. None of them were as fully supplied as this condo was. Even though we didn’t cook, everything was there if we wanted to. The Beach views were fantastic, we saw dolphins & so many birds from two of the 3 bedrooms. It was so nice to be on the ground floor, easy access to the beach and the pool. Our only disappointment was the renovation of the pool had it out of commission, but beautiful beach weather made up for that! Everyone has already asked if we can stay there next year, and I’m also planning a girl’s weekend! Best bargain on the beach!

Condo was nice and clean and inviting. It includes everything you need for a perfect beach trip. We definitely plan on returning in the summer!

This condo met our needs perfectly. The location is great. It’s very quiet and peaceful.

Everything we needed for our last minute trip. Gas station right across the street came in handy on several occasions. Door lock was a bit confusing but the owner was quick to respond with help. One bedroom downstairs, two upstairs. Great location and ocean views!

The condo was larger than expected and clean. Kitchen was stocked with kitchen supplies. Beds were comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location and the description of the property was accurate. Great view! Obviously did not swim this time of year but the beach was nice. Kitchen was stocked. Only complaint would be that there were no washcloths at all. Which is odd, but still would not keep me from staying again.

Second time staying here. Great for families. Condo on first floor with easy access to pool and beach. Comfortable gathering area to eat and relax. Plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate a large family. Had a great time!!!

The furniture in the condo has not been updated as said in description. Sheets on master bed looked like they had greasy stains on them.The bathroom sinks are rusted and the coffee pot(not kuerg) heat element is so rusted I was afraid to use it. The toilet in master bath was not cleaned on outside of bowl. If you are going with children they can't have any toys or floats in the pool a little to picky for our grandkids that wanted to play with their diving toys in the shallow end. And make sure you get your parking pass in your car which we did not have in our condo as soon as you pull in parking lot or you will get a note on your car.

This review is very heartfelt because of what Tobias did for my nephew who had to leave early because of being shipped out to Marine Corp Boot Camp. This space is short so I can't give you the entire story but just know these guys are amazing along with this place and we will refer eveyone and return !!!!!

Perdido towers is a beautiful place to stay. The grounds were well maintained, security very very helpful and friendly!!! Short distance to the beach—- wonderful. However, inside our condo we did not have washcloths enough for 6 adults, 2 babies. there were dish towels in the one bathroom and in the linen closet to bath with—- unacceptable. The kitchen was small and very scarce on baking dishes , necessary misc pans , utensils to cook with. We had planned on cooking because of 2 infants that go to bed early. Lack of the proper supplies made cooking difficult. Also, the condo was not very clean when we arrived. The pots and pans were messily placed in the cabinet as well as the scarce cooking/ preparation bowls. Housekeeping….. were not provided with clothes detergent to wash as we were instructed to before departure, had our own. Checkout at 10 am… We were almost finished loading up car and planning to sweep( only sand on floor) when a gentleman and lady barged in with cleaning supplies at 9:58 , without checking with us , very very rude. Yes checkout was at 10 but a little common courtesy would have been nice. 2 babies on the beach we had a lot of stuff to pack up and was just a few minutes from finishing up. Sorry to say but we’ll never return to perdido towers

Great location and enjoyed our stay.

The unit is in a fabulous location. Tobias could not have been more accommodating or more responsive. The unit could have been cleaner as there were dirty pans in the oven. He offered to discount our cleaning fee which was very nice but we declined as it really was an honest oversite. Overall the unit is a bit tired but with that being said we would stay again because both the condo and the property are ideally located.

Perdido Towers is a GREAT, quiet place to recharge! We booked this condo and were extremely satisfied! There was plenty of room for my family of 7 plus mother-in-law, father-in-law, and grandmother-in-law. Everyone had adequate space to be comfortable. The ages of my party ranged from 13-92 and everyone rated this place on the top of our list. We loved being on the first floor and being right on the beach. There were some little pesky flies in the kitchen, but other than that we were so happy to book Room 105.

We had a great time. I really enjoyed being on the first floor and not needing to wait on the elevator. The condo was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and the beach there is beautiful.

Beach close, pool close, secluded from crowd, restaurants within driving distance.
