Perfect location, short walk to town, the beach and bus station ( for Leuchars station and Dundee). There was everything we needed in this little house for a cozy and comfortable stay. Everything was clean and sweetly furnished.

it didn’t bother us much but you do need to manage the ‘damp’ in the house - it’s next to the stream so I guess there’s some rising damp. stick in the dehumidifier, open windows or put the heat on :)

it was in a decent location. size and rooms were good. all the facilities.

could of done with 2 sets of keys and the electric hob was awful to use.

Good location, very clean. Well equipped kitchen, everything we needed. Supply of tea/coffee/milk/sugar was a nice touch.

Technically parking was available on the street but there were never any spaces available, this is a very busy road. We did find a space around the corner and decided we wouldn’t drive during our stay so it was fine. Anyone wanting to drive though would need to find a space. There were garages and a lot of space at the rear of the property and we thought it would have been even better if a parking space at the rear had been available. We had to fiddle about a lot with the tv on a couple of days as Netflix and all other apps were unavailable.

The location was great, the size of the accommodation was perfect

The decor was very tired and unfinished. The bedroom carpet was badly stained , the furniture was old and damaged. Felt like we had downgraded our living standards for a few days.

The shower was great.

The bed in the main bedroom was uncomfortable and the duvet was too heavy. The skylight in bedroom. Woke at 6.00 in morning as light was shining through. Maybe put a blind up. The tap in kitchen was faulty, you had to hold on to it to use. The plug in bathroom sink didn't drain away you had to hold on to it to brush your teeth. A bit run down and needed ventilated.

Great location. All you need for a great stay.

On the keys. There is no mention of two box’s. Not knowing this we just tried the code in the wrong box. Leading to us calling you. Also it was difficult to get the keys back into the box, the box is too small.

Overall I think you pay for what you get. It is an ok appartment in a fabulous town. If I was to pick one thing the stains on the carpet in the main bedroom let the place down, it’s a bit off putting. If you like suggestions I would suggest a dark carpet, as not knowing they are there would be better 😬.

Great location and well equipped apartment.

Minor points really but difficulty shutting the velux blind in the bedroom. Bedroom carpet in the double room let the room down as everything else was lovely. Beautiful new bathroom but shower was not smooth running and you couldn't put it on high or it kept going hot and cold.

Homely and good location

The strict no earlier than 4pm check in was inconvenient, it was raining heavily and we ran to out of open (Covid time) attractions while we waited for 4pm. We also couldn’t work out the heating when it was a bit cold.
