The location is fantastic. The pool area and the gardens are well maintained and you have parking really close by

The breakfast area is quite simple and the breakfast could be improved

The staff is amazing; very friendly, always available and great service. The hotel itself is a fascinating building, with a lot of history and art. The swimming pool is very clean and there is a pool service too (lunch is great!). Big plus is that the hotel is wheelchair accessible and that the staff is very helpful in thinking along in that respect as well. The rooms are large, very clean and fully equipped.

Very nice location and hotel with friendly staff. The pool is definitely an add on and the fact that the hotel is dog friendly great for our furry friend. We very much enjoyed staying here.

We loved our stay at the Grand hotel. The hotel was fantastic, we had a beautiful room, elegant design, optimized space, located in one of the tower of the palazzo with a balcony overlooking the countryside (free upgrade was much appreciated) The hotel was calm and relaxing, the pool area and garden are perfect to chill. The hotel is located inside the wall of the old town and it’s a easy stroll down to the public parking and very nice restaurants. oh ! and the staff was brilliant, so friendly and yet so polite! we really had a great time and we are looking forward to come back :)

Great location in a beautiful small town. Right next to Duomo with a pool in a private park opposite the hotel. Room quite small but adequate.

Location was incredible - next to plenty of lovely restaurants all within 2-5min walk as well as coffee and ice cream places. We also drive to rome for the day as well as a local wine tasting tour, for which the hotel helped us organise child care, which was very convenient. The swimming pool area is spectacular and impeccably maintained. The hotel is very luxurious but we were made to feel welcome even with young children. We booked the junior suite which had joining rooms and it was very large and spacious.

The gym was not open. They also charged us €20 per night to use a cot for our toddler which seemed utterly ridiculous! This was quite a disappointing way to end an otherwise lovely trip.

Breakfast very nicely presented with a good choice of tasty food. Nice to sit outside on terrace.

Swimmingpool, garden, the food at dinner, the wine, the room, the hotel. Everything is just great! Service is really good. The town itself is also picture perfect.

Everything was great. If I had to say one thing that could be improved it would be the breakfast. It is ok, but compared to dinner there could be some improvement.

Wonderful facilities, especially the pool area. Felt like you were in a secluded countryside retreat, but with all the amenities of being in a small village. Perfect weekend stay.
