Beautifully decorated, you won’t need a thing! Cozy and comfortable. An amazing getaway!!

We’ve been coming to Myrtle Beach for our children’s fall break for the last few years and this is the nicest condo we have stayed at. The condo was very clean and tastefully decorated. There was plenty of laundry, cleaning and trash bag supplies to last our whole trip. The emergency supplies and toy box were a nice touch too. There was some unplanned construction in the building that we were notified of prior to our stay and given the option to cancel. We enjoyed our view of the beach along with our stay. We hope to book this condo for our trip next year!

Our stay was great! The condo was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. All amenities were thought of & everything was very well organized. Easy walk down to the beach & Molly Darcy's right next door was very convenient for drinks or a meal. Our group would definitely recommend this condo to others!

The condo was perfect for my family. The grandkids had their own room and loved all the toys (both for inside the condo and for the beach) that were in the condo. The kitchen is very well stocked, we had plenty of linens and towels, and the balcony furniture provided a comfy space to view the ocean and beach. We happened to be there when a hurricane came through and the owners made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us often to make sure we were ok. Patty gave us several good indoor ideas of things to do with the grandkids on the day that it rained. The rest of the week was sunny and beautiful. Thank you Patty for allowing our family to enjoy a sweet week together.

When I say this condo has everything you need I mean it!!! We didn’t even have to bring beach chairs, boogie boards, or sand toys. It’s all there for you which takes up a lot of space in your car. It was fully stocked with all the dishes you needand everything was clean. Even 2 crockpots. The bar was fully stocked with all sorts of different glasses…. wine glasses, margarita glasses, martini glasses, shot glasses Wine openers can openers drink Coozies I mean everything! Not to forget that it’s oceanfront and it takes less than two minutes to get from your condo down to the beach because it’s right off the elevator on the 14th floor…. The check in was much easier than I thought it would be getting all our luggage up there… they have a smooth process The owner communicated with me from day 1… made sure everything was perfect for us! We had pizza delivered and there’s many stores close by… we cooked most nights and ate out at Broadway at the beach once I will absolutely stay here again!! My mom kept commenting on the decor!! It’s very appealing!!! Loved our stay here 😄😄😄

This condo met all expectations for our family vacation. Patty was wonderful to communicate with and provides a lot of things in the condo that other places do not, especially in the kitchen. It was clean and comfortable and had plenty of space for our 12 family members. The location is excellent and we just love the North Myrtle Beach area. The only downside of the building (which doesn’t affect the actual condo) is there are no restrooms on the ground floor near the pools. If you are at the beach or pool, you have to go all the way up to the condo to use the bathroom and with little ones that’s tough but we didn’t let that affect our stay. Again a building issue, not the condo itself. Patty also supplies some beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys and that was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again!

We had such a good time and it was perfect for our family with easy access. Great times!!

When I was searching for a unit for the 10 of us (all adults), one of the most important things was the beds/bedrooms. This place fit the bill with 4 bedrooms and 6 total (actual) beds. So often when looking at listings the owner counts a day bed or pull out couch as a bed so be careful when looking at units. But, this place had 6 actual beds all queen or king. Overall the unit was clean. It was well laid out and had a LOT of neat little touches. Some of those were the nice beach chairs, the 2nd fridge, laundry detergent, and especially the amount of kitchen utensils, pots and pans, and place settings. I thought it was a great touch. The check in process was smooth and Patty was very responsive. She even showed up at the door to take care of a VERY minor issue. I was pleasantly surprised about that as I know she lives in another state. The reason I gave this 4 stars are a couple of things that need to be brought to the attention of future guests and are not a reflection of Patty as they are out of her control. Those were the pools and the parking garage. There are two 18 story buildings and the pool/lazy river were not as nice as I was expecting. The parking garage was NOT a fun time. There was ample parking but the garage is very narrow and parking a larger vehicle was definitely a problem each time. Almost got trapped in 1 time when a large truck parked in the spot behind me. Overall we were happy with this unit and would look to rent it again if we came back to MB.
