It was a very clean and the staff was very friendly. Have stayed there twice and always felt safe.

Pet fee of $50 was double fees of other hotels checked out and the carpet had multiple spots assuming from other pet accidents or spills.

I like the centralize location of the hotel. The staff was extremely pleasantly, attentive, and accommodating. The rooms and breakfast areas were very clean. The room was comfortable and well organized for movement. The curtain to divide the room was a plus. Overall, the quality for the reasonable price was well appreciated and valued during these economic times.

A microwave in the breakfast area would be a better plus because no one like cold eggs.

Good well-lit location near the hospital and restaurants.

The body wash dispenser on the wall in the shower didn't work, so I used shampoo. The light under the microwave didn't work. The ice machine on my floor didn't work. I brought these items to the attention of the front desk within the first 24 hours, yet none of them were fixed days later upon checkout. On the third day of my stay, the maid service skipped my room. I at least got fresh towels from the front desk and explained to that clerk about the broken items that were still outstanding. The eggs on the breakfast bar were very unusual. They were not scrambled, but hard-cooked centers yet flat not fluffy.

Good location

We were told the systems were down along with the key fob system. This resulted in staff having to take people to their room everytime. So many safety concerns! They never asked for identification and would leave front desk empty when they left. Due to systems being down and not knowing which rooms were booked, staff was trying to enter rooms after 11pm to find vacant rooms that weren't showing up in the systems. The alarm went off at breakfast, the AC broken was broken in the lobby... however, the staff kept a great attitude, was very kind, and did the best they could under the circumstances.

The Pillows and Beds were Very comfortable!!

The food and food options weren’t the best. No parking, Over Priced and Not worth the money we paid.
