Great house, spotless. Comfortable. Great quality sleep, bedding was cosy, immaculate white towels. All round perfect property just a shame about the location. Wouldn't stop me from booking again though.

Lots of children playing outside of the house on the park. Nothing you can do about that.

The house was lovely and spacious with very comfortable beds and all the essentials. The garden was great too. Perfect for a family stay. The staff were really helpful when checking in.

The downstairs toilet was super loud but these things happen.

Plenty of room, good size garden. Booked as dogs allowed and it was good for that reason. Comfy beds.

Facilities were seriously lacking. 'Ironing facilities' consist of a small travel iron and no ironing board! Most of the kitchen cupboards were empty, no placemats, foil etc. Bedrooms sparsely furnished. Would expect more for the price paid. Cigarette butts left on the patio. Guessing it's used more as a stopover for workers.

Looks like the photos, good parking, garden suitable for dogs (but need to check all of the bolts are secured or the gate could blow open).

Lots of basic essentials for a family stay were missing e.g. plugs for sinks/bath, tea towels, frying pan, hangers (zero hangers in four rooms), one room only had a clothes dryer for storage, no bedside tables in any of the rooms, there were no cleaning products, one wardrobe included a box with drawers painted onto it.

no tea towels to dry dishes. no bedside lamps or bedside tables, lack of general bedroom furniture. neighbour’s clearly using the rubbish bins!

X2 clearly detailed car parking spaces. Massive bedrooms, absolutely loads of bedroom space. Living space doors open onto a little patio with shelter from hot sun/light showers (but no garden furniture) Duvets and beds fairly comfortable, more on the firm side. Big property, plenty of space, good price. Staff were friendly and did aim to resolve access/cleaning issue ASAP.

Garden wrecked and unsafe for children, half filled in pond and broken decking, splintered wood, very unsafe, so not able to relax with children due to this. Property condition not as detailed, photos are immaculate, this is not the case, fairly old/grubby. Beds sleep 8, sofas seat only 4, table seats only 6. Bins full and very smelly directly outside front door. Nowhere near enough glasses, all mismatched, very odd - you can buy 6 matching in IKEA etc for £3?! Only 1 pillow per person, very thin, not good quality. Curtains do not fit window and are see through. Useless, might as well not have any at all. Freezer door not shutting properly, all iced up and had to be defrosted in order to use. Property access had to be chased up as code was not sent to me on time, don't really need this whilst on a break/holiday. There was a problem with getting the property cleaned on time for our arrival due to staff absence, initially told would not be ready until 6.30pm but expressed this was not acceptable and the problem was resolved in an hour. Bit of a dodgy area tbh, nice walk into Boston town/Market, but v noisy neighbours and some kind of police raid early am. No info on how to access WiFi?

The pictures and description do not do this property justice. It's far more better in real life. The kitchen, both bathrooms and downstairs toilet were all immaculate. For me these things are very important and can be a deal breaker. The bedrooms are HUGE, beds amazingly comfortable and mattresses spotless. Linen were crispy white and pillows actually better than what you get in an hotel. There's a washing machine with detergent and airing cupboards. We only stayed a couple nights and there was equipment for every eventuality. Even seasoning for your food ! The WiFi is super fast and we never once lost connection, even on the top floor of the building and believe me it's high. 2 parking spaces are clearly marked and allocated to this property which is perfect and well appreciated after a long night time drive. Town house style (2 floors) with lots of stairs but no left side handrail which may not be suitable for folk with reduced mobility :-( Back garden is a sun trap and lovely to sit in first thing in the morning with a coffee :-) Also at night there are fairy lights lining the patio bamboo canopy. So pretty. Opposite the property is a children's small play area perhaps geared towards toddlers to 6 year olds. Kids were hanging out having fun playing together. A massive Tesco's and Lidl are about 10 minute drive away (possibly even less) and located in the same retail park. Unfortunately I can't remember the name as we drove there and found it by chance. The beach was a 20 minute drive and the pay as display car park had ample space at 11.00am Despite the smoke odour I would book this accommodation again, as the good most certainly outweigh the not-too-bad :-)

Unfortunately someone at some point smoked in the property and therefore we greeted by a musty smell as soon as the front door was opened. This could only be detected in the hallway and livingroom. At night it's a little difficult to find this terrace as each road look very, very similar. The freezer requires defrosting in order for it to close properly.

Large rooms, good parking, nice kitchen.
