the apartment appeared to be in very nice shape, till you walked through it had spackeld unpainted areas in the bathroom, the TV only had 5 asian sopeaking channels and 2 kid channels and 2 PBS stations when I tried to open other channels nothing changed ask the host how to change it she replied on how to change it it led to a worker from her staff he didnt know how to fix it then another gentleman Phillip came he played with it thought it went bad went a bought it it worked till you shut it off so I asked again with that she said if you want your money back she would give it back minus the days I stayed i said know, finally we got it to work and no issues from there, then I went to cook a dinner and the frying pan was horrible I had to wash it twice, the small pot had no handle on it the pot for making pasta hed to be washed. the there was broken handle. so that is my take on my stay there called her two days prior to talk to her no return call texted her no reply back so I CLEANED THE PLACE. PS something that wasnt in her description of the place was parking after it was accepted she sent the rules of the house no parking for cars bigger then an smart car or other cars similar in size i have a pickup truck so I had to get a parking permit $5.00 per day. then on garbage day you had to move the vehicle by a certain time. no I wouldnt stay there again my first disappointing stay with VRBO.

The unit is simple and clean. Everything is accurately listed in the description. Michelle is good, and on top of any issues / questions you might have. Good people, good place!
