Our Family gathers once a year, 18-20 of us , to spend quality time together. This properly was wonderful and was beyond what I expect ed. Plenty of kitchen ware, towels, and washing supplies. It was clean, quiet, and peaceful. The direct beach access was the big bonus. All we needed was for it to be 10 degrees cooler 😁 but otherwise absolutely perfect.

This was the best maintained property we have visited. We were all impressed. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating.

The cabin was perfect for our family! We had 7 adults and 3 teenagers. Plenty of bedrooms and the loft was perfect for the teens. The view and proximity of the beach is amazing! Would definitely stay here again. Some reviews before mentioned issues with the neighbors, we had no problems what so ever. Great time and great place to stay!

Home was great, we’ve made it a family tradition to go to the beach when my daughter, son-in-law and grandkids visit from Colorado. We’ve stayed at several VRBO homes over the last 5 years and this was one of our favorites. Kids loved the loft room, it was nice and spacious for all of them. Bedrooms were nice and comfortable too. Kitchen was great, I’m not great with the flat top stoves but that’s just me! We enjoyed the quick beach access and the deck was great for watching the waves having a drink and catching up/visiting and relaxing. We would definitely recommend this home and will probably stay again. We didn’t have any issues so I had no need to contact the owner but I feel that they would have resolved any issues.

This was our second time at this property. We enjoyed that it was right on the beach and we could bring our pets. It's great for our family because it has 5 bedrooms. Everything was great. The only thing I would change is the addition of an elevator. I wouldn't even have thought about it but the house next door had one. It would save aching old knees like mine and would make easier to unload. Otherwise this was an excellent place.

We enjoyed our 4th of July stay with friends and family. There were plenty of rooms for the adults and the upstairs loft was perfect for the kids. The house is located on a quieter end of the beach so it wasn't very crowded but it's still close enough to restaurants and the Big Store. We loved hanging out on the large deck during the day and at night. The kitchen had everything we needed.

Great week at the beach will our family.

Ten adults and two teens stayed comfortably at this house. There was plenty of seating inside and out. The house was clean and very well stocked. Beach access was great. Quick responses from owners when communicating. Would definitely rent again if staying on Bolivar.

This house is amazaing. The location, the view, the space is everything. It was 18 of us on our annual family trip. The house was very clean and very well maintained. We had to contact the owners for a small issue and they were there within a few minutes. Cathy, thank you for your quick response. Although it could not be resolved because of it being a holiday weekend, it was minor and did not stop us from enjoing our trip to the fullest. The views from the front balcony was great. That is where we spent the majority of our time. We will definitely stay again.

Overall great property and plenty of amenities. Main complaint was the couches and beds upstairs were full of sand upon arrival. And also the first night when we went to bed we pulled back the covers on the bed in the master and there was an enormous amount of dog hair along with dark stains on the sheets! Not what we were expecting at all. And also the reviews about the neighbors are extremely accurate very big brotherish.

The house was great and the location being beach front was great. Only downside is the neighbors are the owners and their friends. We would catch them both watching us and the kids. It felt very Big Brother when looking in the kitchen and the neighbors staring. Another downside was using the oven made the fire alarm go off each time the door was opened.

Our first VRBO experience-could not have been better. Simple process, everything we utilized was as advertised. We have already recommended this location to others, and hope to use again! Many thanks for helping us have a great vacation!

We chose to rent this home for our Christmas vacation. There was plenty of room for us and out 5 adult children, their 3 spouses, and 8 young grandchildren. The beachfront location was beautiful and the home itself was well stocked with everything we needed. Thank you to our host and hostess for such a wonderful vacation!

Great location! Right off the beach! House accommodation was great! Just wish there were televisions in the master bedroom! Plan on returning!

We had a reunion of cousins this weekend, and the house was a perfect spot! The location is away from the party areas of the beach- we practically had the beach to ourselves! The beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with the tools we needed, and the view from the deck was peaceful.

The house is great very roomy. Everything on list was in the house. Great location Quiet Very relaxing. Fourteen family members and we had plenty of room. Would recommend this house !!

The house was beautiful & extremely clean. Beds were very comfortable downstairs and the selection of beds was very helpful for the different dynamics we had staying there. Air conditioning worked amazing. Kitchen was well furnished with everything we needed. Directions & location were accurate and easy to find. The view that the house had on the top deck was absolutely stunning. So many of us ate our meals out there and just chilled taking in the crashes of the waves and the sea breeze. The walk to the ocean was just steps and made it super easy to take the kids down and back as needed. Communication with the renters was easy and fast and they were very understanding when messaging. 10/10 would recommend.

Good house, the neighbors to the right where very kind and helpful. The house was clean and well stocked. It sways a little bit, but we felt safe. The bathrooms all have fans, which was nice, particularly upstairs in the loft area. The white noise was useful while sleeping amongst multiple people. There is a gate blocking off the stairs from the top deck which was also useful since we had a child with us. All in all, we were very pleased with the house. But, be careful while walking in the ocean, there is a concrete thing that's about 20 feet long, it starts off about 1 foot wide and 10 inches high (I now have a nice little scar from where my shin hit it), then as it go further into the water (at an angle) it gets wider and taller. You have to walk out fairly decent before you reach it though, I was about chest high before I did.

The property itself was wonderful; however, the neighbors were not friendly at all. We spent very little time in the house and majority of our time visiting friends on the island.

Plenty of space for our family; rooms were nice, open kitchen and family room area; spent a lot of time on the large outside deck.

We had 17 people (9 kids age 9-13 and 8 adults). This property was wonderful and everyone had plenty of room to sleep and eat. The outdoor decks are very nice and we would definitely stay here again!

The house was beautiful, the location excellent, and the owners were great to work with. Dog friendly. Just the relaxation we needed.
