This spacious and clean beach house is in a prime location of Long Beach Island. The beach is just steps away. The owner was easy to communicate with and agreed to a special request we had. Nelson Avenue Park, around the corner, has 6 new Pickleball courts, a soccer field, basketball hoop and playground which added to the enjoyment of our stay. We have stayed in houses all around LBI and this was the best house that fit all our needs. We hope to return next year.

This house was super clean, comfortable, very modern, furnished beautifully, and in a great location (near a bike rental place, ice cream, playground, beach). The owners were also communicative and very nice. The only thing we didn't realize when we rented the house was that it was on the main road, which meant that we heard a lot of traffic (perhaps because it was a holiday weekend).

nice but one of the bed rooms you have to walk through a BR to get to it, no TV's in all the BR.

Stayed in Long Beach Island for early Thanksgiving. Great house. Terrific location. Would love to stay there during the summer.

Very clean, well decorated, and everything worked well. Enjoyed the location quite a bit, as it was very quiet (particularly the beach). Only real issue was the main road was a little stressful with the kids.

The house was a perfect place to be with family with the smallest walk to the beach. In a quieter part of the town, just on the outskirts of Beach Haven. It was lovely....also having kids the house was great because just down the road is a ice cream store which is a massive plus. All the amenities in the house were great and the layout works really well with more than enough space for everyone. Highly recommend it for your family.

House is immaculate, well thought out, and decorated beautifully. We loved the rooftop deck and outdoor shower. Definitely bring bikes or rent them a block away. Far enough from town traffic but close enough to hit the amazing strip of various restaurants and activities. Have to cross street to get to the beach steps away. Perfect for all ages. Can't wait to go back!!

Description of this property is very accurate. Very nice and very clean house. The kitchen and living room is very spacious that can accommodate a lot of people without being in each other's way. Rooms are beautiful. Huge front parking space for 5 vehicles. Owners Jess & Craig were so great and very very nice people. They were very communicative and responsive to my emails/inquiries. I definitely recommend this place and definitely go back for another LBI getaway.

This beach house was beautiful and perfectly met the needs for my family and I. Jess provided clear check in and check out instructions and was super responsive to any questions that we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying here again in the future!

This house was everything we could have wanted! The family area is very conducive to conversation and hanging out. The bedrooms were large and well decorated. Right across the beach from the beach. Kitchen well supplied. Huge backyard. Amazing owners!!!

We had a great experience at the centrally located property. We loved being close to the beach, playground, and bike/jog/walk path. The house is newly renovated which is great and Craig and Jess are very nice hosts and super responsive. We had a wonderful time!

We just spent 2 weeks at this beautiful home! The house had everything we could possibly need and the decor is so well done. Everything is new and clean. There was plenty of space for my family with 3 kids and my sisters family also with 3 kids! The location to the beach is really great. We could easily come back for lunch and return with no trouble. You do have to cross a busy street so if you have young children they can not go it alone. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again. Thank you Jess and Craig for everything.
