We're repeat visitors and are grateful to have such a cute and clean house to call "home" in Bellevue. We'll be back!

Stayed two nights with my wife and another couple.The house is recently renovated, comfortable and nicely decorated. Nice outside seating area with a portable firepit. Short walk to historic Potter's Mill and recommend the BBQ restaurant there. Also walkable to town and the riverwalk. As mentioned in the listing, the house is next to an active rail line so expect noise from the trains, but otherwise location is quiet and a good base for enjoying the area.

My husband’s whole family gathered for the weekend and this home was the perfect location for his parents to stay! They were within minutes of our campsites, but still had all their creature comforts. Thank you!

This property was great! Will for sure be booking it again. A bit nervous on what to expect being our first time using VRBO and we were pleasantly surprised from the moment we walked in on the level of cleanliness the property had, and the available amenities. We enjoyed the way we were able to relax in the house after a day outside exploring with much more space than a typical hotel room at a much better price! The kitchen was well supplied and the basement had games the kids enjoyed playing and would be a neat place to hang out in case of bad weather cancelling outdoor activities. Internet worked good, beds were comfortable, shower was nice, nice to have washer/dryer available also. Only 1 TV in house which is enough because Bellevue is not a town you visit to spend indoors. One critique is that the decor is a bit much. I mean it is nice to look at take pictures of but we had to move stuff off the tables to use them for practical purposes. The check out process was so easy it was a relief! After hearing stories about the level of cleaning required to exit a vaction rental I was a bit nervous of the process. However it was nothing more than general pickup like anyone should do and it was easy. the reason I gave 4stars for the area around the property is the train tracks are literally right across the road and could disrupt light sleepers. Didn't bother us though!

The house was amazing. The area was safe. Everything I needed was within walking distance and it is such a nice place. I loved walking around a town from a simpler time. The river walk is amazing day or night. Thank you for giving my family and I some amazing memories

We came to Bellevue to visit with family and this house was perfect! Clean, comfortable, great location. No complaints! Would definitely stay there again when we visit.

Had a great time exploring some state parks around Bellevue and this was a terrific home to base at! The Potter Mill is a beautiful building nearby and it is close to the shops and riverfront. House was super clean and decorated, and we had fun hanging out in the living room, cooking dinner and playing pool im the basement.

My family has stayed here several times. We love the cleanliness and , of course, the location in pretty little Bellevue. Walking distance to the river walk, cafes, and local shops. I do think you should post a photo of the house itself in your VRBO descriptions. I notice it has been recently repainted, great color! And maybe that’s why, but it’s a lovely little house!

A perfect amount of space for 2-4 people, location is great for seeing all that Bellevue and the river has to offer! Ate at Flatted Fifth Friday night just a short walk down the street, breakfast just a short bike ride away at Richmans Cafe. Will definitely stay here again! Good job to the host of renovating and making the home a place to rest and recharge.

You will find everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of extras and amenities. Nice friendly town , close to many family friendly activities. Quiet neighborhood with a safe feeling. Plenty of games and activities for little kids to big kids. Overall great home, clean and inviting.

Nice and homey, and right off the Mississippi; this is great for a quiet retreat. We loved the bikes!

Really nice!!

This was a great house for our short trip to Bellevue for a Golf Tournament- very easy to get to and very clean. We enjoyed being able to walk to Potter's Barn to eat the first night and sitting outside and enjoying the evening the second night- it was a short drive (probably could have walked) to grab some take out food from one of the locale restaurants. The kitchen has everything you would need. Great hosts and we would defiantly stay here again.

This home was so comfortable. It was impeccably clean, nicely decorated, well appointed and with comfy beds. You could hear the train on occasion but it was not super loud and we enjoyed hearing it. We booked it to celebrate the August birthdays of my in-laws. Who knew they would absolutely enjoy pool tournaments together in the downstairs game room. I hope we can play pool at 87 years! What a lovely weekend this home allowed for us. Bellevue really surprised us with its incredible beauty. The residents of this town should be proud. We really enjoyed our stay as did our elderly parents. Thank you to our house hosts for a special weekend in your really lovely house in your special town. A barge even passed by as we had some pizza at the waters edge at the local brewery. The flowers along the river walk were spectacular! We were so impressed. The only thing I would consider is a railing for the basement stairs as they are a bit steep. We will recommend this to others and hope to return again.

This was a super cute and clean little house. Well decorated and modern. It was within walking distance of downtown and very close to the state park. The little game room downstairs was a nice addition. The walking path next to the river was very well maintained and made for a nice evening stroll. We only stayed one night so didn't get to do much in the area. I've never been to Bellevue, but I would definitely go back to explore the downtown shops and brewery next time.

This is the third time we’ve stayed at this property and it never disappoints. The home is cute, comfy, and clean. Each year it feels more and more like our home away from home.

A few college friends and I were looking for a place to stay for a few days to visit family, shop, and just get away. This place was perfect and the owners were incredibly accommodating in their communication with us! Highly recommend!

This is the second time we stayed at this home and it was just as perfect as the first time! Jayson went out of his way to accommodate us and answer our questions. We enjoyed the town so much we even stayed an extra night!

The property was as listed. It’s a small house that’s clean with comfortable beds. Plug in air fresheners are a little much if you’re sensitive to that type of thing. We simply unplugged them during our stay. We did day trips to other places and were happy to return to the house in the evening. I would definitely recommend renting this place from Jayson.
