I booked this property for our family vacation and am so happy I did. It is close to everything, shopping, food and fun. The house was spacious and clean, and nicely decorated. Loved that it had a washer and dryer for my family of 5. We got to see all kinds of wildlife (Deer, Elk, Wild horses, and Crows) from our windows and the deck/porch area. The only downside for us were the beds. They were a Tempur-Pedic material that caused you to sink in. We prefer a firmer mattress. This is a personal preference, so it may not bother you. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again.

The house was decorated for Christmas and was cozy! We were visited by horses and deer most mornings, the grandbabies loved going out and feeding them. The hot tub was an added bonus and the beds are comfy as well! The home is located close everything such as skiing, winter park and shopping. Tom was a great host and stayed in touch and always answered all my questions. If you are looking for a getaway you need to consider staying here.

We love this property! So much in fact that we booked again this year and plan to in the future as well. The hosts are absolutely amazing, the views are stunning, the Christmas decor is a plus! Very well kept and clean home. Highly recommend! Don’t keep looking for other properties!

Close to the ski resort, beautiful scenery

Our family (all adults) stayed at White Mountain Escape over the Christmas holidays and had a great time. The property is conveniently located close to downtown and other outdoor activities. It's also in a quiet and nice neighborhood. We enjoyed the hot tub after a full day of activities each evening. There was plenty of space for cooking, eating and the living room was very comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was awesome! We definitely recommend staying at White Mountain Escape for your next visit to Ruidoso!

Family and I wanted some place different for Christmas and what we got was straight out of Lifetime Christmas movie. (Ladies you can relate.) From the beautiful Christmas decorations to the log burning fireplace. 3 great bedrooms, real leather Sleeper sofa (mattress needs a little upgrade but decent for kids) 2 bathrooms was perfect. The views were picturesque from the front porch, we had our Morning coffee out there looking at all the elk and deer walk by. Late night dips in the hot tub were fun but it sure gets cold, it's a dry cold. The heater in the house is crazy warm at one point we turn it off. Plenty of hot water too for our large family. Lots of extra pillows and towels came in handy. Kitchen had everything to make all our large meals. It does have stairs inside going down into the garage which made it easier coming in and out of the house. We hardly used the front door. Also, which was so nice. 2 books with lots of info from places to eat to entertainment. Was a big help!! Center of town was close, lots of cool shops, we went on a sleigh ride, visited the skating ring and ended our Christmas vacay at the Flying J Ranch for their White Mountain Christmas event. Thank you for a amazing experience Tom & Angie! You both made this Christmas very memorable for the family and I.

We stayed for the Thanksgiving holiday and had a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this home for families and for cooking meals. Everything was very comfortable and the location was ideal. Tom is a kind and responsive host. We really enjoyed the fireplace and hot tub on the extra chilly nights!

This cabin is beautiful, very clean, and the beds were so comfortable! The hot tub and fireplace were a super plus.I would definitely stay here again. Also had all the kitchen items we needed to cook a meal. The only thing I had a hard time with was the stairs.

The house was super clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked and the beds were comfortable, two things I greatly appreciate when renting. We had wildlife to watch in the area and a beautiful view every morning from the deck as the sun came up. Very convenient to restaurants. Would definitely consider renting again depending on the size of our group.

Very nice property. Great location. House was very clean and well taken care of. This property has a huge garage. The spa was sparkling clean, and the grill was in excellent shape. We have been visiting Ruidoso yearly for 25 plus years and have stayed at many properties, and this one is outstanding. We will be back! Thank you very much!

We had a great stay at this property! It was clean, very well kept, and had everything we needed. It is in a very nice quiet neighborhood. We saw deer and elk come through the yard and had plenty of room for our family of 7. It has a very nice porch with a good view. Would highly recommend!
