My husband and I took our son, his wife, and two daughters (ages 8 and 14) to Orlando to visit Disney World. The house was especially well located, in a gorgeous gated neighborhood, and was only about a 15 minute drive from The Disney parks, but the beautiful house was really a vacation in itself. It is very well appointed with good quality sheets and towels in the bedrooms and baths, very comfortable beds, and a really well equipped kitchen. The playroom, theater room, and Candyland bunk bedroom were big hits with the family, but the really special parts of the property were the gorgeous pool and hot tub. Our family loved every minute of the week we spent there. The Jeeves team members could not have been better. They are all highly trained and efficient. It was the only vacation house we have ever rented that was absolutely immaculate when we arrived. I wish Jeeves had houses to rent all over the country. They are the very best.

Loved the playroom, the pool and theatre room. Keeping the A/C at 72 and it rarely stayed at 72; usually 74…was a downer for us since we keep our house at 68.

This place blew away our expectations of a VRBO!! The location was perfect and my kids didn’t ever want to leave for dinner, etc. Thank you for making our family vacation extremely memorable! Highly recommend!

This is our second visit and again it was a great family vacation. It has everything that my family enjoy pools, your very own Mario playground inside and the on property pools and restaurants. We also love how close Walt Disney, Universal and other attractions are it’s so convient. We would definitely stay here again. The staff is very friendly and are always on call if you need them. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here.

There were 10 of us. The house was spacious & plenty to keep my Grandchildren busy. When we weren’t at Disney we were at our pool or the water park at the resort. Wonderful place!! Vacation of a lifetime!!!

We had the best stay at this property. The managers of the house were very responsive to any questions. The house is exactly as described and worked great for my family of 4. The kids loved the pool, the movie theater and the indoor playground. The community that the house is on also has great shared amenities including a mini golf course which my kids loved playing. Can't recommend this place more.

The house may have shown a little dust in the pictures, but in person it was immaculate! It was everything r could have hoped for and the kids did not want to leave. About 20 minutes away from Disney theme parks and we found the commute very easy. The kitchen had everything we needed and the play room kept the kids entertained while I used it. Property manager was responsive when I had a question. Great experience.

We arrived at 7pm after flying the red eye from Alaska. We did not receive our access code to the home, and were unable to reach anyone at Florida Premier Property Management. VRBO was notified and they gave us rooms at a hotel for that night but we had to pay the resort fee totaling over $100.00.
After continuous calling, we finally drove to the office of Florida Premier Property Mgmt the next day after getting no answer at 9:30 am, and got access to the home. Neither myself or husband received an email with the access code. They deny that, yet cannot provide proof it was sent. It was not sent.
There was no frying pan, we had to buy one as we were a group of 5 adults and 3 kids.
They had a metal plate in the microwave as a turntable, which was not discovered until we made popcorn.
Due to the delay in getting to the home and not being reimbursed for our first night, we will not rent from any VBRO using Florida Premier Property Managemet.

Everything about this house is exceptional! It was very hard to get the kids to leave. The Mario room is crazy. Now they want it for Christmas! Good luck Santa!

We couldn’t of asked for a better family vacation. We haven’t been on a family vacation since covid and my oldest son found the Mario house as they call it. We didn’t want to leave the house. The boys kept asking for one more week. We will definitely rent again and tell our friends about this house. I also want to say how great it was to work with Yvonne. She was always available and if we couldn’t figure something out she contacted us promptly with the answer. I can’t say enough about our stay at the Mario house and the family movie nights we enjoyed. See you next year!

Best place for a vacation.

Looks as good as in the pictures. House does have a pool alarm which can be annoying if not needed but I understand why they have it. They’re building new houses next to and across from the house so it can be a little noisy during the day. Wish the house had pool toys/floats - we bought one and left it. Restaurants on site were really good. Would rent again.

Great house, there is construction on site but the house must have good windows because the days we were home, we barely heard them. Also we ran out of Wi-Fi and maintenance was there with in less than 1 hour to fix it. Girls loved their Candy Room. Might be going back during Christmas with my family if it’s still available.

Beautiful home.
We loved staying here. Immaculately clean. Super fun for kids. Pool and hot tub and yard games were fantastic. The only thing that wasn't working were the speakers for the movie room. Management came but could not fix it so unfortunately we couldn't use that room.

Excellent house
We enjoyed staying at this house. Close to everything and had everything we needed. Clean and well organized. We loved the theater room as we used it every night. The kids loved the themed rooms. Would recommend.

Movie room was fantastic. Child’s playroom the grand kids loved. Top of the line appliances.
Two things slightly negative: 1) pool had some green algae around bottom even after the pool service said they came and cleaned. 2) back patio door does not lock well even after I called in. Came home and it was locked but was unable to lock again.

Beautiful House
Overall, the house was great. We had no issues at all with the booking process, checking in at the resort gate or entering the home. The house was extremely clean when we arrived, which was much appreciated! The outside area was amazing - we all enjoyed the pool, water slide, and outdoor cooking area. The kids also LOVED the Mario room and the Candyland room. The movie room was also great to have. The area was very nice, and it felt very secure in the neighborhood with the gate to enter. There were a couple of annoying things about the house, like there was no place to hang any towels in the master bathroom. The oven also didn't work (which we reported, but wasn't fixed while we were there). This wasn't a huge deal, though, because we had mostly planned to grill throughout the week anyway. Overall, though, it was a great stay and definitely the nicest house we have stayed in while visiting Orlando!
