We absolutely loved it.

Wow! What an amazing view and so convenient to Chimney Rock and Lake Lure. We thoroughly enjoyed spending our anniversary here. The cabin was clean and well stocked with the basic essentials.

Quaint, simple cabin with all the necessities. Lovely view of Hickory Nut Falls in the distance from the porch. Good location within walking distance of Chimney Rock Village.

So perfect. Above and beyond on cleanliness, convenience, and beautiful serenity.

The cabin was furnished adequately. The advertised number bath towels was far from accurate, there were only pillow covers on pillows and no pillow cases. The front porch needed a functional movable table for drinks and snacks. The ingress and egress were difficult, but mainly no heat in living area was really a problem on cold mornings.

Weekend getaway for our anniversary. View from rocking chairs from porch was amazing. Had a great, relaxing weekend.

View of cabin for advertisement true, from only from close up in front yard. Photo did not help in locating cabin from road nor parking spot. Extremely small and very slanted floors made walking about within a little difficult for older adults. Tiny kitchen and minimally equipped. Lack of electrical outlets in kitchen and barely any shelf space in bathroom.

The cabin is quaint. The bedroom is crowded. The view is beautiful.

Easy access to area fun. Management team was so friendly and welcoming. Not easy to get to cabin due to numerous outdoor stairs. Very rustic. Value was comparable to what is offered.

We loved having access to the water and the fire at night. The property is so beautiful . Yvonne (staff) was very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely return.

Great location

We stayed in the Waterfall Cabin for 4 days and it was perfect for the 2 of us. There's 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bed, so it would work for a couple with a child as well. The cabin is small but its all you need. Still has a full (yet small) kitchen, living room, and full bathroom. Plenty of games and movies provided if you're interested (we spent too much time hiking and exploring to use any of these things). Everything worked fine and was clean. There's also a charcoal grill and a fire pit outside. Rocking chairs are provided on the porch for relaxing with a beautiful view of the waterfall in the distance. Overall, it was exactly what we were looking for as a couple not wanting to stay in a hotel but not wanting to pay for something with lots of space!

Great property, perfect location, short walk to the beautiful river where there are plenty of chairs, swings and tables for relaxing! Have stayed here many times and will continue coming back!!

My mom and I took a weekend trip to the mountains just to get away! We had a wonderful time and enjoyed sitting on the front porch and listening to the river!! Although we had rain most of our trip, we found it to be quite relaxing and we had lots of time to have a great mother daughter weekend where we had time to slow down, talk and laugh with each other!! Great memories were made that we won’t forget anytime soon!! Thanks so much for sharing this great little cabin with us!!

We appreciated the privacy of having our own place and the proximity of restaurants and stores. It was nice to enjoy the amenities by the river and the relaxed evening by the fire.

We personally would have preferred a better bed mattress than the one in the cabin. Otherwise, we very much enjoyed our stay. It was rustic and that is what we were looking for.

Cozy cabin overlooking the waterfalls. Property was clean and having a full kitchen was perfect for meals and relaxing at the property. It's a narrow, steep drive so watch out for that, and the light outside the window was a bit much - they have blackout curtains but closing them blocks the window AC. Bring an eyemask if light bothers you at night. Overall great experience, we will be back!

We have a great time at this cabin. The property managers were very friendly and helpful! We can’t wait until our next stay! It was so cozy. The river is right across the street and there is a nice picnic area that we had full access to. Again I can’t say enough how much fun we had!

The location is great - walking distance to Chimney Rock village and with views of both Hickory Nut Falls and the French Broad River right from the front porch. You can hear the river at night from the porch. It was a great place to getaway for a long weekend!

Cabin was very clean, well stocked, and the A/C was cold. Morning coffee on the porch was very relaxing, while looking at the waterfall. It was a great location. Convenient to hiking trails, Biltmore mansion, and Blue Ridge Pkwy. Really enjoyed our time there.

Perfect place to stay. Close to everything. Beautiful view. Loved the river sound from the cabin. ❤️
