Rental process was easy and home was beautiful! More then enough space for a family of five. Close to the beach, fresh fish markets and great restaurants! Kids enjoyed the pool and we had countless Tiki toss tournaments! Would be great to have a few more outdoor/yard games, but the stay was great and we would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a home away from home. Thank you Sabrina and team for making it a wonderful experience for our family.

3 couples shared the house for a week and our stay was great. The house was ready on time and and it was everything as advertised. We stayed here two years ago and were disappointed it wasn't available last year so when we were looking for a home in Pompano again this year and it was available, we quickly booked it. The house was clean and well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed the pool. Looking forward to next year.

This is not our first VRBO rental but one of the best. The pictures on VRBO are spot on, the property is truly gorgeous. Appears recently renovated with mostly new furniture and appliances. The backyard and pool, while not screened in, offers plenty of shade under the Tiki hut. Pool is in the sun pretty much all day so expect it to be warm...very warm. The backyard furniture is decent but a little low and really no place if you wanted to eat meals outside. Also, while most of the streets in the neighborhood are nice and upscale, the permiter of the neighborhood is a bit more sketchy. Nothing dangerous, just not quite as nice. Location of the property is good, with many activities a 10-15 minute drive away. Neighbor on the right side was very friendly and talked to us for over a half hour, letting us know if we needed anything to let him know. Communication with the property manager, Sabrina was good. She responded quickly to messages and the code to the lock on the property was sent promptly. There were notebooks provided with local attraction discounts but some were outdated and the book could use an update. Also the schedule of the pool maintenace guy was incorrect. We were told Tuesday, but he showed up early Wednesday. And the days for trash and recycling pick up are also listed incorrectly. Actual trash days are Tueday, Friday with recycling on Friday. Not a problem really but just want to let the next renter know. Overall a wonderful experience in a gorgeous property.

This property was absolutely beautiful. I stayed with my husband and 2 small children and there was plenty of room! The photos don’t do it justice. The inside is comfortable and clean. The outside is breathtaking. The pool was warm, the intracoastal was serene and lounging under the tiki hut was ideal. If we ever make it back to Pompano we’d love to stay again. Gas station and a few little places for food right around the corner and under 10 mins to the beach! Don’t miss out!

We initially were apprehensive and a little put off by the different steps we had to go through to rent here. But once we arrived, we were blown away at how amazing this place is. It is so totally worth it and amazing. The location is close to really good restaurants and the beach. It's in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood. The house is simply huge and we got more than our money's worth. We had an issue with the wifi when we first got there and the owner was very quick to get back to me on it. It was a global issue that the internet provider was having, and the owner kept me updated until it was resolved that night. Would highly recommend renting this place to anyone who wants to relax in the pool and under the gazebo. It's great for families who have kids who like to swim for sure. It was nice being able to have a private pool to enjoy on those days that we didn't go to the beach. I think the kids were in the pool more than they were in the house. It being a salt water pool was a plus. Cannot review this place high enough. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen is beautiful, the couches and gazebo furniture are very comfortable as well. Saw iguanas and various lizards every day we were there. Can't wait to come back.

This is a lovely home that is nicely decorated with pretty and comfortable furnishings. The house was very clean, with a beautiful modern kitchen. The bedrooms are very good size and they are spread apart from each other. The beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of closet space. The photos of the backyard speak for themselves....beautiful and relaxing!! I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again. The property manager was informative, nice to work with, and quick to respond to any questions. This rental will not disappoint!!

Walking distance to the grocery store, great quiet local neighborhood, great for families. Being on the canal really keeps a constant pleasant breeze blowing through the Jalapa in the backyard. Don’t miss Calypso Raw Bar the Caribbean seafood restaurant in the shopping center on the corner a block away.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The back yard was so nice that we really didn’t want to leave it for the beach. It was so quiet and peaceful. The layout of the house was so nice. None of the bedrooms were close to one another giving all of us out space and privacy. It was wonderful that all three bedrooms has en-suite bathrooms. We would absolutely stay here again!!!

Home was very clean. One of the fewo issues I have it what looked to be the master with the double vanity, shower & tub only had a full size bed. The king was in the professionally remodeled garage bedroom. Also the washer kept turning off mid cycle even if you close the door good (as note says, its a Samsung, enough said). Pool was heated and a dock was great we caught a bunch of fish (small jackfish and a large mullet). Close enough to everything we wanted to do. Kitchen had everything we needed. Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed this house. Fishing in the canal was great, caught a few tarpon and snook! House and pool were clean. We will stay again if we are in the area again!

If you want a perfect vacation home book now! This house is all and more given the description you see online. Clean, comfortable, perfect layout and location is great! You have groceries and restaurants nearby. The backyard is incredible. We enjoyed every minute in the pool and fishing on our private dock. The neighbors were very friendly and we had a grill perfect for barbecues. The owner has stocked up with everything you may need for your stay even essential supplies for your first days of being there. Sabrina , our host was very hands on if we needed anything or had any questions. I would recommend this home to families or even couples since each of the bedrooms have their own bathrooms which was a juge plus. The home is fully renovated with attention to detail! Thank you so much for making our stay incredible!

Right out the rear sliding door is the pool overlooking a canal. There were 5 beach chairs and two umbrellas for use which works out great when we were limited on what we could bring due to flying. Location of the home is nice also. Short drive to Pompano beach, Ft. Lauderdale, and we even went to Miami for a day due to proximity. This is a home we would stay at again in the future.

The hammock chair under the tiki hut was the perfect place to sit and dry off a little once you get out of the pool. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was so convenient. Plenty of beach towels and beach equipment, it was so awesome already having beach chairs and a beach umbrella! Even though we all absolutely loved it, we did have a few complaints: -The kitchen sink... just awful. None of us could ever figure out how to get it to turn on. We even had family over and they couldn't figure it out either. So most of the time we didn't have a working kitchen sink. I feel like they need to add instructions to the book. -The dishwasher... also confusing. -Not enough paper products. No cleaning products. The vacuum sucked and not in a good way. I had to make my own mopping solution because there was none. Had to go buy more paper towels and some lysol wipes. -The "master bedroom"... so you have one bedroom that has the obvious master bathroom and master closet, but it has a full size bed. Another bedroom has a king size bed, but with a regular bathroom. It doesn't make any sense and I wish I would have taken the king bed room from the start so that my husband and I didn't have to sleep in separate rooms but I didn't want to ask to switch rooms when we had all already unpacked. That being said, we adored this house and would absolutely stay here again! Those were all small problems that wouldn't deter me from staying again and I've even recommended the house to a couple friends.

This house is amazing. If you’re thinking about it... just hit book. The house has everything you need and more. We enjoyed the private pool so much, especially since we were trying to be cautious with covid. We will definitely come back again!
