Everything was perfect during our stay. Communication, check in and the home was perfect. Nothing negative only positives!

Great location and great unit, however it is need of attention. The pool was green, the hot tub stopped working, the utility sinks offered no water, there was mold in the island ice maker, there were small silverfish like creatures in two of the bathrooms, one bathroom water pressure was very low and two bathrooms smelled musty and damp. The issues may be because the unit was not adequately prepared as the original ocean front we booked was unavailable due to delayed remodel. This unit was across the street from the ocean and the view was blocked by ocean front homes. Beware of remodels. IOP Escapes will relocate you or offer a refund. In our case, due to flight and travel plans, a refund and/or cancellation was not feasible. We stayed the last two weeks of February.

The property was great with amazing views of the ocean. The check in process was quick and easy. Everything worked as advertised, and when we did have a problem, maintenance was quick and professionally done. Looking forward to next years visit.

Great location and great place for our family beach week.

This property is centrally located on Isle of Palms near many of the islands restaurants. It is close to Sullivan island. The beaches are clean, a very short walk, and very family friendly. The pool is sits beach side and is easy to access. The pool never felt overly busy and was fine to play in. However, a refresh of the pool area wouldn’t hurt. We enjoyed our experience and would recommend this condo to friends.

This condo was great for our family of five plus grandparents. The inside is nicer than the photos. We loved the easy walk to the beach, pool, park, and restaurants. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Would book again!

A handful of girlfriends and i wanted to soend a night of dinner and laughter but couldn't travel out of the area. I found this amazing location on Isle of Palms. Let me say the picture's dont do this space justice. Beautifully decorated, clean and an amazing view of the beach. Such a gem right here at home!!!!

We enjoyed our stay! Located right on the beach within walking distance to restaurants. It’s only a short drive to Charleston and Mount Pleasant. The condo was nicely decorated, comfortable and had everything we needed. The view was fantastic with a spacious balcony. The rental company provided all the information we needed and it was so easy to communicate, if needed. Perfect beach condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was huge! A perfect layout for a big group. Everything we needed was there. I was texted (convenient and not intrusive) to check if all was well. When I let them know they would need a new can opener (we had already borrowed the neighbors and wouldn’t need one again) anew one was on the door step within hours.

The condo was exactly as appeared online. Was a great location, well appointed. Would highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful time at IOP. The condo is better than in the photos and fit us perfectly. We hope to return in the future.

Everything was perfect! From the ease of check in to the cleanliness of the condo, this 4 bedroom 3 bath unit was just what we needed. We, very comfortably, had 8 adults. The kitchen was stocked with anything we needed for preparing meals. We will definitely rent this unit again!

We enjoyed the location and the condo was beautiful. After the first night, we noticed that the AC doesn’t cool well. The condo also lacks basic necessities and could use a really good deep cleaning. Here are some things that would make this place even better. 1. Beach Towels 2. Extra bath towels (washcloths would be great!) 3. Bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc.) 3. Trash bags 4. Laundry detergent 5. Kitchen (ziplock bags, tinfoil, etc.) 6. Toilet paper (at least 2-3 extra rolls if needed)

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this clean and beautifully appointed oceanfront condo. Beds and sectional were very comfortable. The views of the ocean were fantastic! I especially loved opening the sliding doors in the master bedroom to hear the sound of the waves that lulled us to sleep at night. Great place and great value! Management company was also very responsive and allowed us to easily extend our stay. Would highly recommend and will be back!

Property was great,very clean. The view was wonderful. Pool was fantastic and the beach was spotless every day. Never had any loud noise the whole week. What a great time had by all.

This property was right in the heart of all the shops, restaurants and bars in IOP. We loved the convenience and also that we couldn't hear any noise once we were inside. Beautiful ocean view and v very clean.

Very nice recently updated condo in a very nice area. The beach & the pool are very convenient & well maintained. The “quiet time” of 10pm -10am doesn’t seem to be enforced. At 7:30am., we were woken up by vacuuming in the upstairs unit Also, weed whackers & loud dumpster banging! Late night was not an issue. Other than we may have wanted to stag on the balcony later! Lol Clean, but could use a “deep” clean. Overall, a super nice place!

Spent a late summer week with three generations in this beautiful, clean and centrally located space. I miss the view of the ocean already, can’t wait to go back next year!

This was a beautiful spacious place in the perfect location to walk to the shops. We really enjoyed our stay.

The bottom sheet on the King bed had not been laundered ( spillage still visible on it which washed out so not a stain) or changed so I washed all the sheets myself! We were only left 2 laundry pods and 2 dishwasher pods although arrival details said 3 of each would be left. The A/C failed twice and the condo reached 89 deg F BUT maintenance were right on it after our call -- no problems!! Otherwise no issues, beautiful condo and setting is ++

We especially enjoyed the closeness to the pool and the beach. Great to leave beach gear in car in garage by gate.

This condo was wonderful; just like the pictures. There were plenty of beach chairs, a great location close to beach, restaurants, and shopping. It had everything we needed for a great week. We had one problem with the restroom, but it was fixed within an hour. We were very pleased with the response.

We enjoyed our stay in Isle of Palms. Great view of the beach and a nice pool downstairs. It was a smaller 4 story building…easy to park on the ground level and not crowded. Good restaurants in walking distance. The updates in the condo were lovely. We’d like to stay there again!
