Only complaint would be that we had to purchase our own TP half way through our stay. Private units do not get serviced by front desk.

The condo was beautifully furnished, clean and extremely comfortable. It had everything we needed, including shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the people at the pool below and the beach. We truly enjoyed our stay. We also appreciated Diane’s prompt reply when we reached out to her regarding the check in process. Everything was perfect.

Had an amazing time! So happy we picked this condo, it was perfect for our group of 2 adults and 4 teens. We went for my sons 16th bday celebration. The walking distance to the beach worked out perfectly as the boys loved going back and forth to the beach, pool and condo. The balcony was my favorite hangout spot in the evening. Sitting on the balcony, you get a nice view of the ocean, soothing sounds of the waves and refreshing ocean breeze. Ahhh I want to go back! Nothing negative to say about the condo or the Aransas Princess facilities. We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back. Nice condo, we had issue with water being shut down for one whole day, that was a property planned but still quite inconvenient. Good communication with owner, but VRBO had our name incorrect, so the check in took long time until owner confirmed our reservation. Overall very pleasant stay. VBBO needs to make better communication and clear reservation information, as we only got confirmation number without the name.

this is an amazing place to stay. Easy access to the beach. Two great pools. Friendly staff. And amazingly quiet after dark. Our second stay at the Aransas Princess and our first stay in this specific condo. Will definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time and the condo was beautiful! The remodel was done well and the view was lovely overlooking the pool and the beach. The beach was very pretty. They were doing some renovation on the property, but they quit early each day so they didn’t bother our evenings. You can buy a beach parking permit at any convenience store. I believe it was $15 for the year and so worth it. Very nice to keep our beach stuff in the back of our car instead of dragging if it back and forth to the condo. We are looking forward to coming back next year!

We loved staying here! The walk to the beach was so quick and the property was very well kept up. The condo was nice and clean with plenty of items in the kitchen to make cooking easy! There was an issue with the kitchen sink faucet that was fixed fast. Overall happy with the stay and would definitely return!

This beautiful condo allowed my husband and me to recharge ourselves. The condo met all our needs and was very nicely decorated. The sun blocking automatic shades were a nice touch. We will return again. They have 2 pools and a boardwalk to the beach. We took walks on the beach every evening. There is a secure door on the boardwalk that has a security code access to get back in. We were given the code upon arrival at the front desk. We had a great view of the ocean, very comfortable accommodations, the king size bed was comfortable and the condominium was just down from where the Sandfest was being held which was why we stayed here. We opted to take the free shuttle which was 1 block from the Condominium. The Condo had 24/7 guard on duty at the entrance as well as an attendant at the front desk. Very well run, easy checkin and friendly people.

Big enough for a small family trip and with amazing views of the pool and beach ⛱️.

We loved our stay here. It was our first time in the area and we enjoyed this quiet condo. It was a short drive to all the restaurants and activities but felt like we had a ton of privacy. Great view from the balcony and close to the elevator. The condo was very clean and nicely updated. It was well stocked, could maybe use some kids non breakable dishes. We didn’t have the warmest weather, but my kids still enjoyed the pools and the hot tub was nice and it was a short walk to the beach. Front desk was friendly and helpful and staffed all day. Host was friendly and quick to respond. Thanks Diane, would love to come back!

Came down with another couple to enjoy a birthday weekend. Everything was well provided for in the unit and property. The view was gorgeous and the deck chairs so comfortable, we found ourselves looking for some online. If you are looking for a great affordable place to stay close to town this is it! We will definitely be back.

Even though the weather was not ideal beach weather we couldn’t have picked a better property to wait out the rain and hide from the cold!

We really enjoyed our stay, this was a very nice rental in a good location. The weather did not cooperate but we enjoyed movies and the views of the gulf.

We had a wonderful stay. Two adults and 3 kids for 5 nights. Accommodations were perfect and every aspect exceeded our expectations. The property is spacious and beautifully cared for. The view and beach access seemed distant in the photos but was closer in reality. What a pleasant surprise! The kichen was well stocked and we prepared 2 meals a day there. We used the washer and dryer daily (planned ahead and brought our own detergent, dryer sheets) but a couple of sets were also provided. The front desk was staffed by wonderful caring people who make you feel at home immediately. We would definitely return to this property and specifically this unit if we find ourselves in this area and will certainly recommend to family and friends.

This property is perfect. It has two pools and a private walkway to the beach. The condo has been newly updated and it’s beautiful. The owner was always responsive. The location is close to everything. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for 8 days/ 7 nights and we only had a few issues with our stay. First, the condo was GREAT. Wonderful view. Great setup. Very comfortable and well furnished. We enjoyed the multiple pools. The direct connection to the beach. We had such a peaceful lazy week with the family with no "pressures". Much needed. Now for the issues. First of all, on day 3 or 4 of our stay we were notified that the building had a water leak and they had to shut off the water for the entire complex for about 4 hours. They told me that I would have an hour to use the water before they shut it off but as it turned out I only had 5 minutes. So, my family had to wash their faces and brush their teeth with cold bottled water. Secondly, on day 5 of our stay at about 7am the building alarm system went off telling everyone to evacuate the building and that it wasn't a drill and we couldn't take the elevators only to find out that it was a false alarm. Again, at 7am on vacation week. You can imagine what we were doing....We were fast asleep. Very frustrating. Finally, and in my opinion, the worst. The final day of our stay the check out time was 11am. We were all primed to be out of the condo right at 11am. We were taking advantage of the time that we had. As my wife and I are walking back to the condo from loading some luggage into our car I noticed another family begin walking into our condo. As we got to the lobby I asked the lady at the front desk if the next renters had just arrived to which she informed me that it was the owner. I and my wife were extremely frustrated. The owners of the condo, once they realized that we were not out yet, left the condo and proceeded to stand right outside while they waited for us to get out. At no point did they apologize or even acknowledge the mistake. Later in the day as we were leaving the owner messaged me thanking me for taking such good care of their condo. When I informed her that what happened made me and my entire family very uncomfortable she told me that the Vrbo app said that we had already checked out. I do not know who was responsible for the mistake but it was not acceptable and needs to be prevented from happening again.

We had a great time at the beach. The condo was beautiful and the view from the balcony was extraordinary. The property was well maintained and the lobby staff was very professional and friendly, especially Shanna who checked me in. I will definitely book this condo again. Billie

Everything is just right about this unit. Perfect location. Very roomy. Will definitely rent again.

We used to have a unit in this condominium and loved the entire complex. Anytime we go back to Port Aransas, this is the place to stay. The unit we rented was excellent and was well stocked with everything we needed. My favorite part of the day is waking up to the sunrise, sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee. The view is incredible.

My hubby and I wanted to take my mom for a quick beach get-away. The only requirements were to be able to walk to the beach, have a killer view to enjoy over morning coffee. We got that and so much more! Really beautiful condo and location. Our 3 day trip was enjoyable through and through.

The condo was attractive and well equipped, but the bed was 'protected' with plastic sheets covered with a thin sheet, no mattress pad between the plastic and top sheet, and bed linens in general left a lot to be desired. The shag rugs around hadn't been shaken and were matted and obviously in need of care. The view, location, area...all good.

Beautiful property and wonderfully responsive host family! We loved the Aransas Princess as well. Very nice staff and Great location near to town and close to the beach. Beautiful sunrise view from the room! We’d absolutely stay here again.

From beginning to end our family trip was amazing! We really enjoyed waking up each morning seeing the ocean and having our coffee. We rang in the New Year at this condo and it was perfect! A must stay if your looking for a nice beach front condo in Port Aransas.
