This home is perfect for a big family or a big group with kids. The multiple bunk beds are amazing for the kids and they loved it. The house is so spacious and seems a lot bigger than it really is. Kitchen had all the amenities needed and looked out into the living room. There were also two enclosed patios one that was a great kids TV room with video and board games. Another great thing was the home had DirectTV. Most homes in this area only have smart TV's but having DirectTV was a plus. The check in process and check out process was easy. The communication was easy and the ambiance on the outside patio was a very nice touch. Walking distance to the Dollar General store if you needed anything and very centrally located to everything else Bullhead has to offer. I would definitely stay at this property again.

There are eight of us ladies that travel together and this house was perfect for us... So many things that were great about our stay. Jennifer was AWESOME at communicating with me, giving me helpful ideas of what to do in the area and making sure we had everything we needed, even with a couple of special requests - she even checked in with me periodically throughout our stay to make sure everything was going ok. The home was VERY clean, supplied with all the essentials and laid out well, we felt comfortable from the moment we walked in and being able to park in the garage was a bonus. I would highly recommend this home!! Quiet neighborhood, close to town, about 10-15 minutes, with plenty to do.

The home is spacious, clean, and near the river and casinos. The home is perfect for large families. There are plenty of beds, mostly bunk beds. The bunk beds work out perfectly for young children. We had a lot of adults in our group and the mattresses on the bunks were pretty thin. I recommend that only small children sleep on the bunks for comfort. Homeowners had great communication the entire stay.

My family of 4 and two other families of 4 stayed at this home with more than enough room. Garage had room for our cars. Host was very communicative. Everything was clean and orderly. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the house.

This house is recommended for family, kids and infant my kids didnt want to leave lol the house is roomy than we expected, it so many beds we even had extra left. The location was perfect for our vacations.Dave camp park was the best it less than 5 mins drive.For free beach ⛱️ is at bullhead community park and it was awesome.Like i said this accommodation is recommendable.jennifer is a wonderful host on point with communication.

Owners were in touch with us thru the whole trip. Power went put during a monsoon and they had everything there so we could make it thru. Ac was super cold. BBQ had extra propane there for us. So much room. It was simply amazing!!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. It fit 4 families comfortably. With plenty of space to eat and relax after a day at the river. The owner Jennifer was wonderful and nice. She gave us some recommendations that was around the area. It was very helpful.

Fantastic Getaway
We brought our family and another family with us to the property for the weekend. We wanted to spend a few days on Lake Mohave, which was fantastic. We also had such a great experience at this house. The two master bedrooms made it possible for both families to both have a room and a bathroom to use. Our kids loved it because they have a little gaming room that they could play in the evening so that the adults could visit. Kitchen was perfect and had everything you would ever need. Big spacious living room we were all able to gather in. Homeowner was fantastic and was so easy to communicate with. We plan on staying there every time we travel down to Lake Mohave. Would highly recommend.

We had a little issue getting the keys to the doors as we were given the wrong code but as soon as I reached out to the owner we got that cleared up. House is VERY clean. Cleanest we've ever stayed. Beautiful home. Our large group felt comfortable and cozy in this very nice home.

Truly Satisfied!
Jennifer’s checkin letter was so thorough that it left me without questions. She checked in with us to make sure our stay was pleasant. Our plan was to launch boats in Needles but with her recommendation sent in her email we decided to try Katherine’s Landings. The location of the house is conveniently located and you have easy access to multiple locations. Our friends and family were very pleased with the sleeping arrangements. Plenty of space for 3 families. I will definitely be coming back. We were so happy.

Amazing Vacation Home
Absolutely LOVE this home. It has everything you need and in a great location. After a long day at the lake, it is so nice knowing you’re literally 5 mins away from your rental. It is very spacious and accommodates so many guests which is another big reason I love it and have continued to choose this home. & to top it all off, the owners are wonderful and always in contact for whatever you may need. Can’t wait to do it again next year! 😃
