This property was as described and the manager was fantastic about answering questions! It was located on the fifth floor, which made for great views of the ocean when we were sitting on the balcony! Condo is on the beach so it was a short walk (down to the elevator, past the pool, down the little walkway and we were there). The property was clean and well furnished. We had 4 adults, 3 kids ages 16 to 20, and one 7 year old. The included beach service was great! We ended up getting another 2 chairs and umbrella to go with the set included. The beach service was fantastic. We asked to be put on the front row and we were automatically put there every day. We didn’t have to get up early and go pick out our chairs! We cooked in the condo on 2 nights then ate out on the others. We usually had breakfast and lunch in the condo. Our favorite places to eat were The Shack and Stewby’s! We tried Rockin’ Tacos but found other places we liked better so we won’t be going back. We usually go to Destin on Thursday night to eat at Tailfins and watch the fireworks which we did again this year! Overall, a great experience! I would definitely recommend staying here!

We absolutely loved staying in this unit. It was the perfect place for our family, right on the beautiful beach. It was stocked with everything we needed to cook in the unit and was close enough to restaurants, grocery and shopping as needed. We definitely recommend and will be back!

It was me and my children's first time ever coming to Fort Walton Beach and it was great they loved it, condo and view were very nice. I will be coming back good Lord willing.

This is a yearly family getaway that my Mother in love started in about 1990. She is no longer with us but the trips continue on with our own families. I love making new memories with our grown boys and my grands. The condo was a great fit for us all and was easy access on and off the beach having a elevator right at our door. It was decorated beautifully and had all things necessary to spend the week. We will be back to make more memories in the future.

We loved our condo for the family group we had this trip. Everything was clean, good condition, and no mechanical issues except for the dryer wasn't drying the loads. Owner was prompt in getting maintenance to clean the dryer vent to improve the airflow. The amount of dishes, flatware, small appliances, etc... was excellent. Plenty of things to go a few days before needing to run the dishwasher. Most condo's don't provide this many in my experience. Very nice surprise! The property overall was good, but a few things we didn't like. First, the elevator closest to our unit did not work a couple days, and so our trips to the beach were arduous with either steps or walking to the other end of the building for the elevator. Getting a beach wagon to the beach was a challenge, as there are 2 gates at the pool with codes to get thru, plus 2 sets of stairs on the boardwalk to the beach. This means you have to lift your wagon and carry it up the steps, then down to get to the beach. Would be nice to have a ramp for this. Beach chairs were available with the condo, however the attendant 'Brady' charged my son $75 to 'reserve' the set for the week. Again, the owner Helen resolved this issue promptly with us and refunded our $75. Parking was good, and plenty of spots and was never 100% full. The area is less busy than the core of Destin, which made it nicer for traveling in the area. Great job Helen and Stan

Loved the condo and location. This owner had beach towels as well. She was very good to work with. The condo is on the corner of the condo so the view is even bigger.

Great condo. Overall, well-kept and a good location. My family enjoyed our stay. Great to have 3 beds and bathrooms, having the corner unit is also a plus! The property manager (Helen) was excellent, super helpful and quick with responses.

This is a perfect beach vacation! The condo is exactly what it says and more. Right out the door to the elevator and you're on the beach. The area has shopping, restaurants and activities all close by. Last but not least you have one of the BEST hosts to talk to and advise if needed Helen was a pleasure. We will definitely be back !

Wonderful stay!

This property is everything the description says it is. We wanted an unobscured beach front balcony and a master bedroom with a seafront view. We got both. Not many places can offer that. It is a nice sized condo that would comfortably sleep 7 in 3 bedrooms (plus a sleeper couch if needed) with 3 full bathrooms. More than enough space for just the 2 of us. The complimentary set up 2 beach chairs and umbrella on the water's edge was a great perk that we took advantage of daily. The washer and dryer definitely were an additional bonus. Helen was extremely easy to work with and I would highly recommend her condo. The cost is very reasonable for what you get in peak season especially if you have a family. We hope to return with our adult children and their spouses in the future.

This property is just amazing. It's my second time booking this spot. Our family loves it so much. It was plenty of room for 4 teenagers and my husband and I. The condo has the best view! New couches, beds, dining room set and beach towels. They even have a great front porch with a trunk that includes beach toys! The kitchen is well enough stocked for your cooking needs. I personally enjoyed the umbrella and 2 beach chairs you can reserve during the stay. I love this place and I love Oskaloosa! Will be back again!

The location is fantastic - close to restaurants and shopping and a ten minute drive to Destin. Fantastic property - highly recommend!

This unit is amazing. Great communication with the owner! Found out the coffee pot was not working so we contacted Helen and she had a new one delivered within 24 hours. Easy access to unit for my handicapped mother (From handicap parking to the unit located right off the elevator). She never had to walk far. Beautiful views from the balcony and very comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

As everyone has already commented, Helen is an excellent hostess - quick to respond to any question or need. We spent almost two months at the condo in the winter. When it was too cold or windy to sit on the balcony with morning coffee, we just enjoyed the view, the dolphins and birds from the inside. You cannot beat the views! Look at the square footage of the condo. Even though, we had no need for the bunk room, I was so impressed with how large it was! Not only did it have its own closet, but it had its own private bathroom. Families with children will love the "back" porch area for storing bikes, sandy toys and stuff. Make sure you walk to Stewby's for a meal one day. Thank you, Helen.

The condo was well maintained and kept clean. Host was very responsive and helpful. Other highlights: very fast and well connected Wifi (good for remote work), nice front loaded washer and dryer, and abundant beach toys. We enjoyed our two week stay here!

Helen was a great host. We had a few hiccups at the beginning but was quickly resolved within hours. Appreciated the fast response. It was a perfect place to stay and accommodated my family very well. Suggestions would be to bring beach towels (there were none) and maybe leave some beach/pool toys at home for more room in the vehicle(they had plenty there to use) which was extremely nice. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
