The villa was exactly as advertised. The location is great and the villa is wonderful. It is very comfortable and well furnished..

We really enjoyed our stay here! The proximity to the beach and pools was wonderful! Beautiful ocean views off the balconies. Would love to stay again next year.

This property was so wonderful for our family time. Grandparents, siblings and teens all enjoyed the beautiful views, location right on the beach, and the chance to relax in such a beautiful location. The property representative shared their text and addressed all our questions in efficient fashion. Tremendous experience!

We visited with our daughters, their spouses and a grandchild. We had a wonderful time. The property was centrally located and we were able to avail ourselves to many of the amenities offered by the resort. We will be back!

Our family of 6 adults enjoyed this Capt. John Fripp condo tremendously. I’ve been visiting Fripp for 39 years and the location of this condo was prefect for all the things we enjoy doing: spending the day on the beach, spending time at the adult pool, walking to dinner at the Beach Club, walking to the Fripp Ship, walking to the tennis courts. In the morning and evenings you can sit in the decks of the condo and enjoy the ocean breeze and view. The condo was large enough for us, and comfortable. It was up to date and clean. Things to know before going: the stairs to the upper king bedroom are a spiral staircase, and getting suitcases up and down it was tricky. This condo was the favorite of all the ones we’ve stayed in up to this point! We’ll be back to this lovely place.

Beautiful beach view! And it was such an easy walk to the access walkway and down to the beach. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms seemed to have been recently updated. We would highly recommend.

Had a great vacation with our family. The home was perfect - close to the beach, pool, tennis courts and shops. The home was very clean and comfortable, with all the supplies needed, and our host was very helpful with everything from answering questions during booking to the check in process to offering dinner recommendations. Highly recommend!

Can't beat the beach on Fripp Island.

We recently stayed at this property with our two adult children. The condo had plenty of room for all of us. We loved the ocean views from several windows. Everything was very clean and the furniture was very comfortable. I would love to stay here again.

Richard has been great to work with! The condo was clean and the kids had plenty of space to still be kids, especially just by opening the back door and walking down the board to the beach.

Wonderful well decorated property with a gorgeous ocean view and literally a few steps from the ocean. We went to the beach at least twice a day and spent a lot of time in the water.

I hate to admit I was a high maintenance renter (my technology challenged brain) but Richard was on top of everything I bungled and smoothed the way. We loved the location and the layout of the unit and felt it was equipped with everything we needed. Fripp Island was a new experience for us and we loved the activity options for the children.

Richard was so easy to work with. He was in constant communication for our rental. The rental was just what we needed.

The location of the villa was great and so conveniently located on the island. Beach was easy to get too. It was a short walk to the pool, and food court. There were deer that would come close enough to pet them, which fascinated my grandsons. The villa was beautiful and spacious. There were a couple issues that had to be addressed, due to recent hurricane but management always responded and are currently working with us, even after we checked out, which is appreciated. That’s not always the case.

This property meet all of our expectations and then some. The villa is oceanfront and in the middle of all the fun. Super convenient to the beach, pool, food court and adult pool. We had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy our week with family and friends who were in neighboring condos. Richard, the property owner, was super helpful and attentive. We will be back! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. :-)

The kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses and cooking utensils. The washer drier were full size which made laundry really easyRichard was very easy to work with and answered all of our questions promptly.We will definitely be back to this condo.

Fabulous view of ocean. Excellent condition, well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds. Circular staircase to third large bedroom suite was a plus. Lots of room. Pools closeby. We are in our 70s, and late-night, weekend music from the pool area was not enjoyed. But, facility was very nice.

Everything was great and this was a truly relaxing stay. The property was perfect for our family and we had a blast.

The island is small so we were able to get everywhere on the golf cart we rented. Absolutely recommend staying here! And we’ll be back!

Great location. Surly Fripp staff when we picked up our passes, but otherwise OK. Great beach. Would go back.

We have never been to Fripp Island before. For spring break, we needed to find somewhere within driving distance since we had to bring the dog along! The villa was perfect. It was perfect for our group of 4 adults, one 7 year old and a dog. It was very clean and we were surprised at how well stocked the kitchen was. I am used to bringing along everything with us, but there was so much we didn't need that the house already had. I ended up donating a lot of supplies for the next guests because of this. Richard was readily available and helped us through a few of the minor issues we had and answered all our questions promptly. The beach access is super close and the large lawn behind the house is perfect for kids (and dogs) to run around in. I loved getting around by golf cart and the general laid back feel of the island. Would definitely come again and stay in the same spot!
