This is a great house, great location. Lots of room for family and friends. The kitchen is gigantic. There is everything you could possibly need to service your kitchen needs. The powder room off the kitchen comes in handy. The deck off the kitchen is a great place to sit and hang out. The 2nd floor off the kitchen has a cozy sitting area that gets great light all day long. The master bedroom on the 3rd floor is spacious, plenty of room for your clothes in the walk- in closet. The master bath shower is very relaxing. The 3rd floor also offers some nice bonus spaces and an additional deck that’s a great place to people watch at night. The 1st floor has 4 of the 6 bedrooms. The TV room on the 1st floor (with mini fridge) is a great additional spot as well. It lets everyone have a space to relax after a long day at the beach. Outside, there is a brand-new heated pool, with jet settings and lights for a night swim. The Pool House is a perfect spot to chill out. There’s a new mini fridge here as well for your cold drinks. The TV and lounge furniture make this an awesome spot to relax. Next to the pool is a kitchenette and dining area. This house really has everything. Pretty short walk to the beach. Its 1 block from possibly the best part of town. Restaurants, shopping, ice cream, mini golf, pizza, bakeries, great bars, the list goes on. I’m not sure there’s a better house in Avalon giving you access to so much!

This home is beautiful and accommodated my group of 13 wonderfully. The owner was very clear and easy to communicate with in planning my trip. I hope to make this an annual winter trip.

Stayed with a group/wedding party and absolutely loved the house! Lots of bedrooms, gorgeous kitchen/living room and stunning bathrooms! Only issue was confusion on the twin bunkbed room that said sleeps 3, the "3rd bed" is the air mattress as the trundle does not have a mattress on it. The house comes w 0 linens/pillows/blankets/towels but property manager was great with communication on linen service companies they recommend. Perfect location to bars & restaurants and overall super great house!

We ABSOLUTELY LOVED this beautiful home! Our daughter got married on Saturday. We got ready there and it was very conducive and efficient having 15 women get ready for a wedding. It was very clean! And just all around lovely.

Place was perfect for our group with plenty of space for everyone. The only downside was needing to bring our own linens and towels which we didn't realize until the week of. Otherwise, fantastic house and would rent again.

The house was beautiful and spacious. Great for our group. However, be warned that no linens includes pillows and comforters as well. We brought our own sheets and towels but were completely shocked to find zero pillows or comforters on any of the beds throughout the whole house. Cleaning instructions are also very in depth for us to complete. We were sent a very long email with things we had to do upon leaving and when we missed one item we were charged a significant amount. However, when we arrived at the house there were linens from the previous tenants that sat on the porch for most of our stay. There were hoards of flies in the house that we had to kill/chase out. There was also some trash left in one of the bathrooms. Overall we had a great trip and it was a nice house, but I would not deal with the hassle that came with this rental property again.

We had such a great stay - the location cant be beat. Favorite spots were the outdoor space for our large family dinners and relaxing on the 3rd floor deck with post beach cocktails. Cant wait to come back next year!

Beautiful home located in a perfect community within walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach. Excellent space for 12 people. We would definitely return.

This is a beautiful house with a very well equipped kitchen. All in all a gem! Only problem/complaint was the washer and especially the dryer are dated and need replacement. Unfortunately, renters do not respect other peoples property. Would definitely book again.

Large well kept property. My family has been renting Thanksgiving in Avalon for over 50 years. This is as good as I have had ( that's a big compliment from me!!) convenient to beach, boards and downtown. Many bathrooms and bedrooms , large with a lot of sun. Great place

We lucked out with better than expected weather which allowed walks on the beach and a visit to the amazing Cape May Courthouse Zoo. Location is excellent.

My bridesmaids and I stayed here the night before my wedding, and then the girls stayed there the night of, and I cannot say enough positive things about both the property itself and all of my interactions with Shelia. First off, the house very comfortably accommodates large groups, and the main level kitchen/dining/living area was a dream space to get our hair and makeup done for the big day! Also, this listing has a lot of photos of the house, however I was still blown away when we saw it in-person; the house itself is beautiful and the layout perfect for hanging out. Secondly, corresponding with Shelia was a breeze-she was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions I had. Overall, I cannot recommend this property enough and it was the absolute perfect addition to an amazing wedding weekend!

This home is gorgeous! It is spacious, filled with light and it has been designed with great attention to every little detail. We have never stayed in a rental that had a kitchen stocked as well as this. The outdoor spaces were also lovely. The owners have thought through everything! Sheila was responsive and helpful at every step of the process. The location was perfect- a short walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants and shops around the corner. We hope to make this an annual tradition.

The only thing I’d like to have (if renting in summer) is a place for the kids to play outside. It’s a corner property without a backyard (patio only). The interior of the house was perfectly laid out and had quality items in side. It felt very much like home and we can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful location and beautiful renovated house. That alone is worth the repeat stay next year! Loved the huge kitchen. A couple things could have gone better but these were minor: 1. Some issues with the AC on the second and third floors (second floor bedroom is warm but the third floor freezes - they are on same thermostat). 2. Listing lead us to believe there was a second full size fridge but there was not, and also had assumed the bunk bed room was a pull out trundle bed, which it was not - it was pull out storage.

The property was large enough for us all--11--some of whom we had not seen for 2 years. Kids and adults enjoyed it. Close enough to walk to beach.
