No problem with anything, the location from the strip was great. Prices in the area was normal and visitors' prices. Very nice area, street noise first thing in the AM if I need a place on my next visit to Vegas, I will keep this place on my list. It worked out great with my family.

The home just really seems like it hasn’t been upkept or cleaned in awhile. The master bedroom bedding had a lot of sand and dirt in the bed. Bathroom has tub definitely needs a good scrub. Everything just had a good level of dirt and dust on it including walls

Joe and the property were both top notch. We had a fairly large group and the house was perfect for us. I've stayed in Vegas multiple times over the past few years for softball tourneys and this is by far the best house we've stayed in so far. Parking was a bit tight, but Joe made it work by allowing us to use the RV gate and garage. Looking forward to another stay next year.

House was large enough to give everyone their privacy and very comfortable for everyone. Minor issues that were resolved rather quickly and no big deal at all. Location was great and a quick 15 min drive to any location we needed to be. The no street parking was not a big issue for us as we carpooled but it was disclosed in the description and owner does allow for the side gate to be opened for additional parking as well as parking in the garage. Would stay here again!

Had some last minute changes to our trip and the host was very helpful in accommodating the changes. House is conveniently located to to speedway and Nellis AFB. Restaurants nearby. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Room to park in the garage.

House is spacious, simple, what you see in the photos is what it is. Host is easy to get a hold of . I like the fact that he has no hidden fees. Listing was able to accommodate our family of ten. Kitchen was equipped with everything that you need with spices probably from past visits. Washer and dryer was a plus with laundry soap and dryer sheets. Bathrooms were clean and supplied with everything that you need. Beds were nice and comfortable. Minor issues pullout sofa bed unusable, air mattress has pin hole. You can park two vehicles in the garage and if you have more cars you can park it behind the RV gate. No parking in the streets which was stated when I booked this property. It was convenient and near the freeway. Overall great stay.

Me and my family loved this house it is perfect! It has everything. This family has thought of everything from extra blankets and pillows to coffee maker of both kind and toys for the little ones. We have stayed at many different house from South Dakota to Florida and by far the BEST! it even has a big back yard and a grill for hotdogs and burgers. It is a great neighborhood and close to everything also the house has a master bedroom downstairs and also very big bedrooms upstairs and the washer and dryer is upstairs I loved that. They left plenty of washing powder and also dishes and dish detergent. They went above and beyond with everything. The beds are very comfortable also. Hopefully we can get a chance to stay in this house again.

Overall very comfortable place. Nothing luxurious but definitely cozy and enjoyable for family gatherings. Clean, plenty of blankets and towels. Lots of pans and dishes to cook at home. Would definitely book again if we were to be in the area again.

The home was nice enough, but the neighborhood was rough. Cops in the driveway once and in the street two other times. Garage had random stuff in it and not clean. Pretty much whole house was not clean and ended up washing all the dishes before using. Pulled scissors out of burger block and they had bbq sauce on them still.. a lot. Missing light bulbs, sliding door was so dirty with hand prints and dirt that I had to clean it first day. All toilets rock and stink, shower curtain in master needed replaced a year ago… our filth. Only good thing was I could park in the garage.

This house is very good to stay at a very private and peaceful neighborhood. It is also very clean.

House was clean, stocked and easy to find. Lots of parking room and places to sleep. The owner was super flexible and easy to get a hold of. Would definitely stay again!

Came in for a convention, location was close enough to drive and Uber, but far away from everything to be quiet.

This home was very spacious. There were some housekeeping issues.

The message I got before I checked in said to message when I leave but it didn't allow me too. That was only problem I had with this stay. The owner is quick to respond when I had questions too which was great. The wifi was a little ify before we left but we didn't do much of watching TV.

Beautiful home, comfortable and spacious. Location is good also. Owner responded quickly to our questions or needs. We will definitely return.

Communication with the host was easy. Joe responded immediately when we needed an air mattress. The house is big and comfortably accommodated our party of 9 adults. The location was perfect for us because it was 5 minutes from my family's house and 15 minutes to the strip as well as the airport. Also there are lots of stores and restaurants around as well as the Cannary Hotel. I do have some suggestions. The entrance should be clean. The recliner in the living room is broken, please get rid of it because someone can get hurt, and replace it with a new one. The soda bed in the upstairs open space is super uncomfortable, not even the younger adults in our party could sleep on it. Either replace the matresss or the couch all together. The rug in the living room should be removed as well, its dirty and not needed. The blinds throughout the house are broken and need to be replaced. The bathroom curtains should be changed to cloth both in and out, plastic accumulates too much gunk, with cloth you just put it to wash. Some of the towels are stained and in need of replacement. Other than that I liked the house, it was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

This property was even better in person it was on 17 minutes to the strip we had blast place was clean management was is to talk to very nice will Definitely rent again thank you so much we had a blast no issues at all

The owner was very responsive to any questions I had And made it very easy To check in and check out. When walking in the house was even better in person than I had expected. It was just absolutely gorgeous and the location was perfect!

My family and I stayed here for a week. It was in a very easy location to get in/out of and property was very well kept.

Upon arriving and pulling to the garage it was full of appliances, furniture and 2 overflowing trash bins. The kitchen trash can had the trash in it from the previous guest. A dead roach greeted us in the main bedroom. We notified the owner the upstairs bathroom (where there are 3 bedrooms sharing it) was not working. He said he would call someone to take care of it. We never heard from him again. All the guest staying upstairs had to come downstairs to use the bathroom. The house on the corner of a very busy main road. You hear traffic all hours of the day. This is a sad, disappointing house with an owner who appears not to care.

Everything works as it should and it was clean. The location was great for events at the Tracks.

Very nice home - clean and well appointed. Layout was great for our group of 8 adults and one infant. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. The only downside of our entire experience was the slow wifi speed in the house. Communication was great with owner.

We stayed here for two nights which was fine for us. A longer stay we might have chosen a different place. The pros were that this house has 3 bathrooms which is always a nice feature. There are parking spots in a driveway and/or garage. The fact that there are some toys for kids, a bath bench for older folks if needed is considerate. A grill outside as well was welcomed. Cons were that the place could have been somewhat cleaner. There was a great amount of dust on the chain of the light above the kitchen table so a little daring to eat under it. Perhaps apply some contact paper or a clean board under the kitchen sink. Blankets and bedspreads/towels were just okay and not especially inviting. Perhaps some patio furniture and/or a simple firepit for evening enjoyment outside. There are simple/inexpensive things that could be done to make this house feel homier and more inviting. As stated previously, for our short stay it was adequate and suited our needs, however, if we were to stay longer we might be inclined to look a little longer to find a place that guaranteed Covid cleanliness and some coziness. Oh, and there was a camera in the living room and the master bedroom which seemed a little odd. The description might want to disclose there are cameras in the description. I believe the camera was off but it was discomforting to think it might not be.

We were a group of seven adults two babies traveling from Oregon and California for a five day family trip. The house was about a 15-25 minute drive to Fremont street or the strip and airport. We really enjoyed making most meals and eating together. It's in a quiet neighborhood that felt very safe. We were able to door dash groceries, but stores were close as well.

The property was perfect for our family. It was close to the track for the NASCAR races and a good pla e to unwind after! Would rent it again!

Always received immediate responses when contacting Joe, our host. The house was big and comfortable. Heat worked great. Lots of towels and extra blankets available. Plenty of pots, pans and dishes we were able to take care of our meals at the house. Relatively quiet neighborhood, some low flying planes but didn't disturb us. Close to shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

Easy access, clean, and lots of room!

It was amazing, we stay our summer vacation here and let me tell we will be back next year.
