This house has all you need. Very spacious and the backyard is great.

The dock is the best part

What a beautiful home! Perfect for spreading out or 2 families could easily stay comfortably. Creek-life is so peaceful - perfect community for afternoon walks and amazing restaurants all within 3-5 miles. Teens LOVE the POOL TABLE room and dock - laughter and memories to last a lifetime! Note - location of pool-table and bunkbeds would be better suited for older children/teens to stay and spend time - not intermingled with main areas of the home. Emily was an excellent property manager and very attentive to our needs. Would stay at this property again!

The house, landscape, and location were perfect for us. It’s a dream home in every sense of the word, spacious, and gorgeous. The pier was a great location for catching nice fish as well as bait to use in the inlet and offshore. It docked our boats well. The pool and the game room were also wonderful. Turns out we had some pool players in the family we didn’t know we had..lol. The lovely oak trees added serenity and the feeling of home. Thank you for sharing your home with us. It was a great experience!

Only two things missing from this being a 5! We really wished we had an ice maker and the access to the downstairs playroom/bunk beds could have been clearer in the description. We had a blast, tho!

The property is at the back of a very pleasant and peaceful neighborhood but still close to lots of great amenities (mini-golf, dining, and other attractions). The house itself was clean, spacious, and well stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware. Our family (that spanned three generations) loved sitting on the screened porch, swimming in the pool, and crabbing & kayaking from the dock. We did dock our boat at the backyard dock throughout our stay, and were able to use the boat at all tides. (There are quite a few sand and oyster banks throughout Murrells Inlet, so plan to move slowly or follow the locals until you learn the channel). One of my family members uses a wheelchair for mobility and found the house very accommodating. The elevator was reliable and convenient. Because of how the elevator doors are configured, a non-disabled person had to help her enter the elevator on the ground level. Highly recommended!

Two families met at this beautiful place with four small children. Plenty of space!! I especially enjoyed that the majority of the house/living space was on one level. The bottom level was the perfect landing pad for a babysitter or guest. All of the amenities were top notch. We brought a boat and using the dock was a breeze. Highly recommend!

It was a great stay for our family. The elevator was more useful than I thought! Great option for littles and seniors, but the ability to load all our stuff on it and not have to lug it up and down the stairs was a luxury service. The pool and hot tub were a big hit as well as the dock. Great location to beach, restaurants and stores!

Based on the overwhelmingly positive reviews and incredible photos of the property, my group and I came in with very high expectations and the experience exceeded them by a mile! Emily and Jody made the entire process seamless and the location can't be beat! Highly recommended for a golf/fishing trip with friends or a quiet getaway with the family, this place has it all!

We were 4 golfers and enjoyed the property. The only thing that could be added was a timer to program the Hot tub. The pool is NOT heated. Everything else was 5 Star.

The house is simply amazing! The location, the amenities, and the ease of everything was superb! I highly recommend this property! We were in town for a neighbor’s wedding and the location was perfect! Spent our down time fishing off the dock, splashing in the pool, and relaxing in the hot tub! Loved it!

We LOVED this house!!! It is in a fantastic location, quiet neighborhood close to grocery stores, Murrells Inlet, etc. Excellent communication with hosts. Truly a fantastic vacation! I would absolutely stay here again!

We loved everything about this property. There is tons of room to spread out. The screened in porch was a hit. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The dock was awesome and it was nice renting a paddle board and kayak. Kids loved it. Great time. We will be back.

Had everything we needed for a great vacation!

We loved this property! It was clean and very pretty; however, if you are looking for beach action this may not be the place for you. We absolutely enjoyed being able to hangout and relax without the chaos or noise!!! On beach days it’s a short drive but because of summer there is a lot of traffic! Another wonderful plus is the grocery stores that were near by!

Second stay at this beautiful house. Could not be happier. We truly love this place & cannot wait to return. It has everything you could need plus more. Beautiful furnishings, lots of space, wonderful neighborhood (& neighbors) & a gorgeous view 24/7. I cannot say enough, it’s one of our favorite places to stay. Thanks as always Jody & Emily for your hospitality & kindness! We are planning our next visit already & we just left today! My advice, RENT THIS HOUSE- you’ll love it.

This property has everything a family could want for a relaxing get away! The neighborhood is very quiet, beautiful and people are so friendly! We enjoyed fishing the most....having the pool and hot tub right there was an added bonus! Very nice owners who were just a text away if we had a question 😊

The property had all the amenities that we needed so we didn’t need to go anywhere. Groceries were near by so that was a plus. This will be our to go place!

Renting this property was a very easy process and they accomodated me with a days notice. The property owers were very kind and very easy to get in touch with and the property was amazing! I would recommend this property 100%! Me and my family had a blast and will be renting here again in the near future!

The home was an enjoyable and relaxing getaway for our family. The weather was nice enough where we could open windows and grateful that all windows had screens without holes so we had no problem with mosquitos or bugs! The kitchen is nicely outfitted and allowed us to cook and enjoy meals together!

Fantastic property. Every aspect was just great. The house was just as described. As a long time visitor, 40+ years, to Murrells inlet / Garden City, I must state that this was my favorite place we have stayed.

We has a great time for our annual family get together. The house is very nice and spacious. We particularly enjoyed all of the outdoor living spaces.

Our stay was wonderful! Despite 3 of our 7 days being affected by rain, we had a magnificent time. The beautiful home was more than accommodating. We were a party of 10 ranging in ages from 19 to 92. The beds were comfy, pool and spa inviting and refreshing, and the elevator quite the luxury for those of us with achy joints. Downstairs there is a game room complete with a pool table and bar area. There are two super large garages, and lots of space for parking in the driveway. There is more than enough room for everyone to find their own space, or gather together for a family meal. During the clear days, and even a few of the cloudy ones, we enjoyed fishing from the dock located at the property. Built in seating meant no dragging a chair out to enjoy the sunrise! The attached floating dock made it a breeze for my 92 year old grandma to jump on the pontoon boat. Other than navigating a bit at low tide, the creek posed no issues for daily pontoon rides. Overall the home was clean, inviting, and boasted unparalleled views of Murrells Inlet. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a great family vacation, or friends getaway.

Great stay with plenty to do - we brought paddle boards, kayaks, fishing gear - all so convenient right off the dock. House is big, spacious and very comfortable! Jody and Emily we very accommodating and responsive. Restaurants, grocery all close by....we enjoyed a couple nice meals on Marsh Walk. Nothing beats sitting by pool or on dock with the gorgeous view of Murrels Inlet.
