Really spacious villa (was even bigger than we expected!) that provided everything we needed and was a perfect base for our two families to stay in Cala Galdana. Pool is a perfect size for the amount of people that can stay in the villa. Plenty of sun beds & seating, good bbq. Short walk to the beach which was lovely and perfect for sunbathing, swimming and snorkelling. Everyone loved the stay here, would highly recommend.

The amazing service from the workers, we had a problem with the dishwasher and it didn’t take even 10 minutes for their to be a worker at our door to fix the problem, couldn’t get fixed so within hours our dish washer was changed! Also had left over food which we didn’t want to throw away and asked if they could keep it to avoid it being thrown and they took care of it! Amazing service, house and location!

could have been more ‘needs’ left behind — spare bin bags, cleaning spray or solution — and also some basics in the kitchen would be a nice touch, such as salt, pepper, oil etc. But a lovely villa nonetheless!

Very spacious villa and great location. The lady who greeted us was lovely and very helpful, I had a mobile number to contact her if I needed to and she always responded promptly.

There were not enough pool towels for all the guests. I eventually managed to get the cleaners to leave extra when they came. The cleaners were supposed to come twice during the stay and only came once and not on the agreed day. The day they came we had decided to have a family day at the villa and would have changed this had we known. The floors in the villa were brushed when we arrived but not mopped so after 10 minutes of walking around bare foot inside, my feet were black underneath.

The villa was superb and much bigger than we expected. Great location, layout of villa was great. AC on every room. Pool was good. Hosts were helpful and friendly. A great place for a family holiday.

Pool very suitable for children - ours were 4 & 7. Very adequate supplies of crockery & cutlery & cooking pots.

Property was great, even bigger than in the pictures, great pool, very calm and perfect to rest. Maria and the Prinsotel staff were also great, very responsive and helpful. Will go back for sure.

The double beds mattress are 2 single mattresses put together and the WiFi range only covers the living room.

Space, pool, convenience of location to shops and beach

A couple of maintenance issues to start. Team was very responsive but we had a very short stay so did not appreciate the time wasted either waiting for fixes or staying in while things were being fixed

Very spacious interior and each bedroom is en-suite which was ideal for our family group of 8 adults/teens. Air con in each room is an absolute Godsend (especially after walking up the hill or steps from the town & beach in the heat of the day) The villa is fully equipped with everything needed for a home from home experience. Beds are comfortable. Pool towels & slippers included. Villa was cleaned and towels/linens changed mid stay.

The configuration of the outside apace wasn’t really sufficient for 8 adults. The pool was smaller than neighbouring villas. The large tree in the garden blocked the sun for some of the day and dropped pine needles in pool. We noticed the surrounding villas had pool tables but ours didn’t - the boys would have welcomed a few games in the evening! The roof terrace linked to master bedroom had no furniture on it so was an unusable space - a couple of loungers or chairs would have been great. We have been visiting these villas for around 6 years (on and off). Although the villas are superbly equipped #9 it is perhaps now due for a little bit of TLC and a revamp. Pre-arrival communication with the owners, Prinsotel, was sometimes hit and miss but Javier met us on arrival to confirm which villa we were staying in and to hand over the keys so our anxieties were soon forgotten.

Villa was lovely, very big and all as described. Great location, easy 5/10 min walk to the beach and all restaurants. Would definitely recommend. We stayed as 2 families with toddlers and they were very helpful with cots/ high chairs/ baby gates. Communication great.
