Such a beautiful property and the view from our terrace was outstanding. The 10 min walk to San Quirico d’Orcia was another highlight.

There was no air conditioning in May. we were told that it does not start until June. Our room was over 75F and uncomfortable to sleep. We can not open the windows because of the bugs and mosquitoes.

The accommodation is near town. hotel restaurant is excellent. Great breakfast.

location and views from the pool are great

Beautiful countryside views from private room terrace, lovely pool and green poolside lounge area, air conditioning, nice room and linens, extensive breakfast buffet.

Quite expensive (but it was a long weekend)

free parking, close to Bagno Vignoni and to San Quirico historic Center, fun Etruscan cave spa on site for 40 Euros, clean comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, excellent food at the restaurant next door

Fantastic view, big room, great big pool. Very nice Barbarossa restaurant with good food, friendly staff.

Very poor breakfast and not friendly staff which is a shame. Guests should be getting fantastic treat from the morning as that’s how they start a day.

The pool area overlooking the hills was fantastic. We spent most of days here grabbing drinks at the bar then lounging by the pool and jumping off the diving board. It never seemed to be too crowded by the pool (not sure if because of COVID or not). The location was also fantastic. My friend and I were looking specifically with a pool & view over looking hills and this delivered. Additionally without realizing when booking, the hotel is located only a short walk (~5 min.) to a very adorable quintessential medieval town (San Quirico d'Orcia). We would walk into town to grab lunch and dinners before heading back to the pool. This was a great treat! It was also a good homebase for exploring other parts of Tuscany (Monticchiello + Montepulciano) both about 35 min. drives through the most amazing Tuscan hills and views. The breakfast onsite was also nice and good way to start every day.

The lounge inside (with bar and pool table) was closed due to Covid. Not the fault of the hotel of course.

This hotel is fat too expensive for non exceptional services and rooms but correct ...

Location was very pretty. Pool area was nice but a little crowded. Room was clean. Nice big balcony.

Breakfast was small limited choices.

Perfect location to visit the small villages. Walking distance from San Quirico. Close to lots of good photograph spots. Only 15 minutes from Pienza by car and 25 from Montepulciano. View from superior room was perfect. In the weekend they tend to be fully booked. During the weekdays less. Personel very friendly. When we arrived they gave us a tour around the building and some extra information about the region and hotspots.

Beautiful and large rooms, beautiful area and swimming pool. Enough sun chairs. Good breakfast. Very need and clean.

Small kitchen but no any cooking or coffee facility. Very small and very old fridge which doesnot cool at all but the motor makes every 30 minutes enormous noise, day and night. Please put a normal and new fridge there with small freezer. The shower is in a very very small cabine with old and dirty water jets. Inefficient service at breakfast and dinner restaurant which makes the people wait in a long cue. Staff at Barbossa restaurant not friendly at all. Very pitty because the food is great. There is just one woman who takes the orders and donot want to please you or bring a small modifications on the food. Come on. It is holiday and it is very beautiful place.

The area is nice and the pool is great and staff are good.

The name panoramic suite with a view is misleading. It should not be specified as having a view. The room is in my opinion overpriced. The room is clean but outdated
