My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay here. Amber and her husband were very welcoming and responsive to anything we needed. The studio was so cute and perfect for a couples get away! The location was perfect and beautiful. Definitely would stay here again!

We had the loveliest time at this studio, it was the perfect size for 2 people looking to be out most of the day for a few days. It was centrally located within 15 minutes of everything we wanted to do and in a cute neighborhood. The kayaks and bikes were a lovely perk. The bathroom was especially nice and the hosts were very welcoming. Would recommend to anyone!

We had such a great time staying here during our little 4 day trip to the OBX. Checking in was a breeze, everything is clean and super cute, very quiet, and so much to offer. You can literally walk the kayaks across the street to a little area where there’s a gazebo and an area to get on the water. We also went right there to watch the sunrise. We’ll definitely be coming back and I highly recommend this place if you’re staying in the OBX. Thank you!

Host provided everything you could need/want. The beach was located minutes away. It was right off a beautiful walking path with restaurants and stores nearby. Quiet neighborhood too!

We had to best time here. The sunsets are stunning and it’s a great location for wherever you want to go. Amber & Brett thought of everything we could ever need. The space was super clean and the bathroom was incredible! We come to the outer banks very often and this is definitely one of the best places we have stayed. Checking in & out was super easy! We will definitely be back.

This was an amazing place to stay! Great proximity to everything we wanted to do! The aquarium in Roanoke, Wright Brothers Memorial (truly bikeable), the Sand Dunes (think Dune, the movie!), Wild Horse Tours, lighthouses, and plenty of great restaurants and ice cream shops! It was too windy in the Sound to kayak, but it was nice to know they were available if we wanted to take them across the street to the drop-in point. Relaxing gazebo there too, looking over the Sound. The owners had great suggestions for food and activities, several of which we didn't know about prior to arriving! The room itself was charming with the bright tropical colors. The bathroom must have been recently remodeled. It was beautifully done and in the shower, I thought one of the glass panels was gone. But it was just so clean, I couldn't see it there! That level of cleanliness was everywhere! It was a really a great experience! Especially in the "off-season". We didn't have to fight 1.2 million people!

Great little place to stay in a great location with access to lots of stuff around the area. Having access to the bikes was great. Overall we would stay there again!

I usually get a hotel but I rented Verbo all this past year because of the positive experiences I've had.My daughter's alway's go away for Christmas to spend time with their family (my late husband's family) I needed rest and relaxation to get through yet,another Christmas alone. Honestly where do I start, an amazing host with the most amazing communication! The host made sure we did not lose out on any fun! And is in the perfect location! A few minutes away from everything. Will definitely be staying here again!

We visit OBX every year and this was a great spot to stay.

The apartment was clean, roomy, and well stocked. Amber sent us all the info we wiuld need and was very quick to respond to any questions that we had. I would stay here again if i was in the area.

They advertised kayaks to use but didn’t have a way to transport them. I felt that they shouldn’t be listed. I asked for a $100.00 refund but I didn’t receive a response. We spent more then that on renting kayaks. Take that out of the picture then I’d say it’s a cute little vacation location.

We were looking for a small, cost effective spot to stay just us two for our wedding week while our families had big houses rented. This fit the bill. Clean, easy communication, no issues!

Amber and Brett's place is fantastic! It is in a quiet neighborhood across the street from a bike path and bay. The bikes they have for guests were a real treat and fun to use while exploring the area. Their place is exactly as described only better. We hope to be able to stay again if we are in the area.

We had a great stay at this property. We had two adults and a six-year-old in our party. It was perfect for our needs. The owners were very thoughtful in the things they made available with the property: board games, information on attractions and personal suggestions, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, ice packs, kayaks, bicycles, and beach toys. I’m sure I’m forgetting a few of the really nice touches of having just what you need, didn’t think about, or forgot. The location was great. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. We were a very short drive to easy parking for the beach. We also felt like the location was great for cutting down on time driving to all of the other locations and attractions we wanted to see and do: Wright Brothers National Memorial, lighthouses, dunes, Corolla to see the horses, etc. We had family staying in Duck and we seemed to be able to get around much easier. We will definitely look into booking here again.

Perfect spot for a short 3 day getaway. The space was perfect for our needs. We put the bikes to good use and saw alot of the neighborhood. Amber was very responsive with any questions we had.

The owners of the vrbo were incredibly polite and helpful. They left beach chairs and an umbrella, the room/bathroom were spotless and cleaned and they provided all the standard essentials including paper towels and silverware. We would absolutely go back. 10/10

The studio apartment was great. It had everything we needed and was very clean and nicely decorated. We used the bikes which was fun. The bike trail was across the street and we got to explore the area. It was perfect for a few days alone before our big family vacation!

Amber and Brett’s apartment above their house was perfect for my husband and I.( perfect for two people). It was very clean and decorations were fun and beachy. It had everything we needed including bikes and kayaks, we used the bikes almost daily to get to the beach. Amber communicated quickly and was super friendly, she gave a lot of advice for activities and restaurants. Kill Devil Hills is a great area with everything you need we would definitely stay here again. Thank you again!

This was a nice place to stay to celebrate our anniversary. It was clean, cute, and had everything we needed. The owners respected our privacy, and the location was perfect - close to everything, yet in a quiet residential area. Highly recommended!
