We stayed for 4 nights and had a great time! The deck was nice and the dock area was perfect for watching the sun set as we floated on the giant lily pad. Bedroom set up was versatile with lots of beds to choose from. Kitchen was well stocked. Overall we loved it and can't think of a thing we would change.

The boat rails along the dock need to be replaced. They are small and ineffective. This area of the lake is heavily trafficked which causes the water to become very rough. My boat did bump into the rail a couple of times causing damage to the boat. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay. Thank you very much

We had a great time. And everything was perfect. Whoever stayed there last time did not turn off the propane and so it was hard to light the grill. You may want to give instruction on how to shut off a gas grill by turning off the propane first to bleed the lines, then turn off the knobs. We took our trash as we did not want to leave it in the trash bin since it was a lot of food and the pick up was not until Wednesday. Again, we had a great stay.

The property is on the water with easy access to floating and playing on the Lilypad provided. Our family had a great time.

Loved the house-Picture do not do that view justice. The check in and check out process was seamless. The host was easy to communicate and provided lots of information about the area. The only reason I am giving it a 4 star instead of 5 star is I wish I could have brought my dog!

The house was great! We used the back deck and boat dock a lot. It was a busy weekend on the lake, but all in all it was a great trip. We will definitely stay here again when the time comes!

Spent a weekend for a get together. The house is really nice with everything you need.

The scenery was Absolutely peaceful and beautiful! Inside the house had a wonderful, rustic ranch feeling they had all the amenities we needed! We created new family memories spending time to one another inside the house and outside on the beautiful balconies, including relaxing tby the fire pit and bbqng. We all had our turns in catching fish with which was even more amazing. We have nothing but great things to say and we will definitely be returning soon!

My family and I had an amazing time at the lake house! The house was clean, spacious, and gorgeous! The weather was beautiful and we were able to light a fire by the lake in the fire pit! Our only concern which is not a big deal, but the posting said that there is a 4th bedroom with a futon in it, which there isnt. Also, the plugs outside don’t work. But other than that, I highly recommend!

The house and grounds were great, but the location is on a very busy, narrow stretch of water with lots of jet skis and loud music. Not exactly "peaceful or tranquil."

Great stay, great property, and Great Lake-side fun!

We had a wonderful stay at Bonnie Brae! The house is perfect with the 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The kitchen is substantial and well appointed and the laundry area is adequate. I was there for four weeks, even extending our stay for a fifth weekend and it was a perfect respite. Our two children and their families came the first weekend and we grilled out and rented boats for so much fun. Our son and his family live in Austin so it is closer and easier for them to visit, which they did every weekend. The lilypad was a big hit and we are so thankful for the various sizes of the lifejackets at the house. I love how the house sits up higher and has a great porch, catching breezes and making for a perfect place to have a coffee and a glass of evening wine. We love this place!

We had a fabulous stay at Bonnie Brae! The communication from the property managers was so amazing I never had a single question. They answered all of my questions before I could even ask them. The house was exactly what the pictures showed it as. The space was perfect for our two families of 5. We were a group of 4 adults and 6 kids ranging in age from 2 to 11 and it was the perfect space for us. The boat dock was perfection, getting shade in the afternoon. We loved the lily pad (with an awesome little anchor!). We loved that the adults could stand up near the dock. We brought a boat with us, and the lift was great. This section of the lake sees action, but we were able to stay swimming in the water even on a Saturday afternoon and not feel like we were getting too beat up by the waves. The deck off the house was great with plenty of seating. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We loved the beverage fridge under the stairs! It freed up so much space in the regular fridge. Overall we had a wonderful time and I can’t think of a single thing we didn’t like. We have rented many houses on Lake LBJ for the last 10 years and have always felt that we were still searching for that perfect house. I think we found it. We absolutely plan to book a return trip!!

Ideal location. Property was very clean and had everything needed for a fun time at the lake. Lake is crystal clear and nice. Easy access to water to swim or float. Kids loved fishing from dock. Outdoor deck was perfect place to gather and enjoy the beautiful view. Would highly recommend this property.

The HEB food store is only five minutes away so you can wait to shop until it’s close to the check in time. The property manager answered all our questions prior to us arriving. Boat and jet sky rentals are close by and the lake house dock area will accommodate both for docking. Both neighbors were friendly and even asked us if we needed anything.

The outside is amazing, the patio/deck upstairs had good furniture with fantastic views. The back yard is beautiful, and most importantly, the dock is perfect for fun times in the water! There was a water float pad and we brought our own so we had double the fun! They also had extra life jackets that came in handy for the kiddos. We would definitely love to stay at Bonnie Brae again! Thought there might be a kayak or SUP available as well since paddles were mentioned. Dock made rental of boats very convenient. Would suggest that all bedrooms have tv access. A little confusing on shut down procedure with locks and caused a delay in leaving, but the property manager cleared up confusion. I think most places give you the option of a refundable insurance which I did not see at Bonnie Brae. Enjoyed our stay! Thank you.

We really enjoyed the ability to access the river with the dock lift. Grandparents loved watching their family wake board right off the dock - really fun! We also were able to dock up to great restaurants along the river as we rented a boat for a couple of days… The property is perfect for a family getaway!!
