Though on the upper end vs a hotel in price, I would highly recommend for a family. Took my partner and kid with me for a conference and it was a great spot. Free coffee machine at each floor and lobby, and access to gas fire pits, bbq, and pool. The 24hr phone or text assistance is wonderful too. Though a secure building we had two middle aged males come to our door one night when I was out. They verbalized 3/4 of our numbers and my partner immediately called me a bit stressed out. I was able to get the Kasa crew to immediately change the passcode. Checkin process is a lot of steps…or seems to be. But it is fairly easy. Unit kitchen includes pots, sheet pans, some paper towel, cutlery and knives that were decently sharp, and standard dishes x3-4 (plate bowl small plate coffee mug and cup). Several dishwasher pods and 2-3 washing machine pods. One negative is that the chime to enter and exit the unit via lock and unlock is loud as heck. No blackout blinds either so if you or a little one need that, get some garbage bags!

The Kasa was a great place to stay! Restaurants and the ball field were an easy walk away and we never felt un-safe. Walking along the river in the morning was quite nice. Would definitely stay here again!

Despite several issues, Kasa was amazing in their communication and finding optimal resolutions within an efficient time frame. Shout out to Chuck to being amazing at his job! Thank you Kasa!

Christmas '22 exceeded record low temperatures. Thank goodness for the Denver Kasa! Our flight was initially delayed and then ultimately canceled due to the subzero temperature. We notified Kasa. Upon our arrival, we were welcomed with extra towels and bedding. The unit surpassed our expectations, and the washer and dryer was an added benefit.

The property itself was nice. Checking in was very complicated. After receiving the door passcodes, we thought all was good. However, all the procedures were multiple screens deep. I realize this is an attempt to make everything clear, but who knew it would be so difficult after a long journey to enter a building/room. The condo complex is a maze making orientation a chore. I had to search to find the swimming pool and I never did find the fitness center. We had to scroll through many screens to discover if we had parked in the right location. Needless to say, there was no human contact. When submitting a question, all response was computer generated. If you are not very patient and used to doing everything via text/msg communication, skip this otherwise attractive property.

I was in Denver to attend a conference. The entire building is so clean, it’s almost like you can eat off the floor. The apartment itself was so lovely. I liked the 24/7 gym, lots of machines and equipment, including a weight rack. There's a Starbucks coffee machine on every floor (I think). It can get a little chilly at night, so extra blankets would've been nice. The customer service is excellent, the staff responsive and always willing to help. I recommend this property!
