We rented a home in Watercolor with family for Thanksgiving. I had never been, and absolutely loved the area. The house was beautiful and fit our needs perfectly. Would definitely rent the same home again.

We take an annual trip to watercolor and this year we decided to make it a big family/friend trip. The house was great for our size group. The stairs are a little daunting with kids 3 and under but we managed. There is plenty of space and the kitchen is great for cooking meals for the whole group. The golf cart was just an added bonus. We will be returning to the property again next year!

The home was beautiful, very clean, perfectly equipped. The home was spacious for my husband, myself, our two teens and their 3 friends. The golf cart was the cherry on top. Location was perfect and the wrist bands were awesome bonus to allow us access to all the pools, beach and beach club. Would highly recommend this home!!! 5 STARS

The home was beautiful, very clean, perfectly equipped. The home was spacious for my husband, myself, our two teens and their 3 friends. The golf cart was the cherry on top. Location was perfect and the wrist bands were awesome bonus to allow us access to all the pools, beach and beach club. Would highly recommend this home!!! 5 STARS

Great Experience
This was a last minute change in plans when out scheduled rental ran into some unexpected maintenance issues which necessitated a change in plans. It was a little more than we had hoped to spend but it was well worth it. Well appointed. The amenities were great. Close to all pool complexes and beach. Golf cart made it very convenient to get around. TVs were a bit difficult to navigate. Instructions would have been helpful. We will certainly consider a repeat in the future!!

This is a beautiful house very accessible to Camp Watercolor. Golf cart is a big plus and almost a must-have with the parking at the Beach Club limited to golf carts. Our only very minor complaint is that the rental company provides an insufficient supply of toiletries and other basic supplies. We had bring our own, which was inconvenient and felt unnecessary.

Great house
I brought my four children and five grandchildren for the week of Thanksgiving and we had a wonderful time. The house is in a lovely neighborhood across from a pond and very close to camp watercolor where there was a playground and fun things for the children to do. The golf cart was one of the highlights because it gave us easy access to the beach.
The house was clean and lovely and we really enjoyed it.
We didn’t anticipate the labor-intensiveness of getting toddlers up and down a third story though!
The property manager was really friendly and always accessible.

Fantastic Watercolor Stay
We have stayed in Watercolor many times over the last several years and this property was one of the best! The home was clean, beautiful, comfortable and very up to date. We loved staying here! The pictures don’t do the house justice at all! It was beyond beautiful and accommodating for everyone in our group. The location was even better! The Lilly pad pond in front of the house was so pretty and it was super close to Camp Watercolor. Also, the golf cart was a perfect touch! It was big enough for our whole party!

Beautiful Home
We loved our week at Water Color leading up to the 4th of July. House was exactly as described and fully stocked with all the essentials, including bikes. Great location if you are looking to be near Camp Water Color. Also extremely close to the Publix grocery, which is a bonus if you need to make a quick grocery run. The beach chairs set-up were a bit disappointing at the Water Color beach because of no availability ... so book chairs as soon as you know you are going.
We suggest to book through Cabana Man, which have beach chair set-ups near Water Color if there is nothing available at Water Color Beach.
Everything is accessible by bike, including trips to Seaside which is a 5 minute bike ride.

Awesome Watercolor experience!
We've stayed in Watercolor homes for 10+ years and this was by our favorite. The house is open and spacious with so many great spaces to work, watch TV, play games, etc. In addition to great bedroom/bath arrangements, there were multiple screened in porches. The interior finishes are beautiful as well the linens, rugs, tile. Interior design was incredible. We highly recommend this house for any time of year... huge fireplace and wonderful indoor/outdoor spaces at great location. We will be back!
