directions to the house were poor- the sign pointing to the house from the track was invisible; we found it by asking asking a man walking his dog

Place was very comfortable was a bonus that there was a second toilet upstairs as this wasn’t advertised, I struggle with stairs and thought we only had one bathroom which was downstairs next to bedroom, so this was very helpful. Everything was very clean, the location was so peaceful even though there were other people in adjoining properties, we didn’t get disturbed by anyone. Close to beach and two cafes along coastal path towards Sizewell. We walked the coastal path walk to Thorpness, again plenty of cafes etc.

I think the duvet used on the bed may have been a king size rather than a super king as it didn’t fit the duvet cover and barely covered the whole bed, luckily it was warm enough that it didn’t really matter. Everything else was perfect

Everything about the property appealed to us. The layout with the living area on first floor was lovely as it caught the Sun all day. The presentation was excellent and beautifully cleaned. The hosts were exceptional in arranging for us to have 2 extra dining chairs and a larger table so we could invite relatives round for dinner. We greatly appreciated this. The hosts also arranged for some extra cooking equipment which made it easier. So pleased about property and the Hosts we have booked for a week next year at a similar time.

The gravel on the parking area was too deep.

Extremely comfortable and clean. It had everything you could need for a relaxing holiday. Very quiet area with easy access to the beach. Lovely to receive a courtesy call when the property was ready.

Location right on the beach, spectacular views and walks. Apartment was spotless, cleaners are great. Fabulous location for visiting nearby villages - as long as you have a car. Great communications and appreciated being left a message early in the day to say that our apartment was available for check-in earlier than stated.

Better signage on unmade road approaching house would be welcome as we arrived in the dark and was a little difficult.

Need a sign at bottom of long drive indicating Dower House. No sign at all took a while to find it. Need more comfortable seating. A wall clock in the living area would be nice. A few pictures to make it more homely.

Location was amazing. Along the beautiful Suffolk rocky coastline. Clean, comfortable and quiet.

A bit boring interior. Would love to see some Suffolk art or local history in the walls.

Amazing place. So close to the beach. Private path to walk through gardens to the sea. Beautiful flat.. such comfy bed will be back!
