Our family traveled to the first time to Seaside and stayed at this amazing condo the beach. We loved the location. Easy access to the beach as well as watercolor and seaside shops and restaurants. The owner communicated well and responded quickly to questions. Would recommend staying here to anyone! The condo had everything we needed!

This condo was perfect for our family! There were four adults and two kids. The house was super clean, and had all of the pots and pans and dishes that we needed! The condo was very updated and right on the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

This condo is lovely and comes with everything you need! Well stocked kitchen, nice supplies of extras like coffee, laundry detergent and bath products. Beach towels and chairs were ready to go, as well. The owner is super nice and helpful. Condo is next to the very nice pool. Big grill for use in pool area, too. We loved our stay!

We were very pleased with this property! You can’t ask for a better location as far as the beach is concerned!
I feel the condo is more beautiful and spacious than the pictures suggest. We did do a fair amount of cooking in the kitchen and we had all the supplies/appliances we needed. The RO drinking water at the sink was a great surprise!
There were plenty of beach toys to entertain the kids and enough chairs and umbrellas to keep us at the beach all day.
Julie was an amazing communicator! This being our first stay in the watercolor area, I appreciated her in-depth email and links to businesses/items we may want to reserve as our trip approached. We also had a small issue with the door code at check-in, and she texted back immediately and resolved it!
I’m already looking to grab a week next summer at this condo because my family can’t wait to go back!

Everything was perfect! The accommodations were lovely and just as promised and owner was knowledgeable and accommodating to work with. The resort with all the pools and Kids camp was fabulous. There was something for everyone. It is a very family friendly environment. Great food, shopping and an understated ambiance. We will be back!

This was our 2nd year in a row staying at Beachside Dunes! From the moment we walked in it was obvious the cleaning crew had done a great job preparing for us. The vacation home is so accommodating with king side beds and a big living space for us to all gather in. The open kitchen is great for allowing whoever is in the kitchen to still be included. We will most likely visit this great vacation spot again!

Julie’s place is amazing! Perfect location for easy beach access. It was great to have private pool so close with showers to wash off sand. We appreciated the access to all watercolor amenities as well. The condo itself is beautiful and clean and spacious enough for multigenerational family. The condo was well stocked as far as kitchen needs and extra blankets and towels. We had everything we needed for the beach as well. She had chairs, umbrellas and toys for the kids. Julie was so responsive and helpful. We can’t wait to come back again!

One of the best and great owner! Loved the home. Fantastic quiet location. Walkable to restaurants. Great wine bar across the street. Kids loved the beach and pool and you can walk to grayton state park for snorkeling. Great decorating in the condo made us feel at home.

This condo was decorated very nicely and was very clean. We really felt at home. The location to the private beach was fabulous. Being able to use the watercolor Inn amenities was great as well. We were able to walk into the town of seaside for dinner. The owner was very responsive and answered all of my questions very quickly and made wonderful suggestions. I would definitely stay here again. We had 6 adults and a baby and had plenty of room and everyone had their own space. Definitely recommend.

This property is everything we hoped for and more for our young family to experience our first beach trip together! The condo was simply perfect for us. Whether we wanted to spend time at the beach, the private pool, or take advantage of the Watercolor club amenities, everything was so easy! And when the Florida rain storms rolled in, we hunkered down and played games (provided), streamed movies, or napped while we listened to the rain outside. My wife and I both commented that we haven’t slept that well in years!
There were a couple very small things we had to reach out to the owner for, but she was incredibly responsive and kind and had things fixed/addressed within a couple hours.
Our only regret was not staying for two weeks!

Beautiful condo, perfect location
This is our third year staying in the condos in Watercolor. This is a perfect condo for a family of 8. Plenty of room, everything updated. They took care of everything and we just had to show up. Highly recommend.

Watercolor Oceanfront Family Memories
This place was everything it says & more, it's gorgeous w/ the wrap around covered porches w/ the ocean & pool as your views. The walk over is just steps away, lots of beach equipment like toys, chairs, umbrellas for your enjoyment.
The owner, Julie, was the nicest & most helpful responsive owner of any place I have ever rented before (and we have stayed down here for many years)
The place looks practically brand new inside, 3 great comfy king beds, 2 bump beds, plus there was a pack & play & high chair for our granddaughter.
The pool right next door could not be more convenient after a day at the beach. Right next door to the Watercolor beach club, 1 min walk, if you want more pools. Across the street from shops & restaurants, the location is perfect!!!!

Amazing vacation, beautiful property!
This property is tastefully decorated, comfortably spacious and includes a well stocked kitchen. The location is perfect with an ocean view from the 2nd floor balcony, easy beach and pool access, and walkable to all Seaside restaurants, shops and Watercolor amenities. It would be hard to find a better location in Watercolor! I highly recommend this property and we hope to return next year. Julie is a very responsive, considerate and helpful host!

Perfect Spot at Watercolor
You can't ask for a better location at Watercolor. Right on the beach, your family can enjoy the beautiful days and sunsets. We loved the private pool right outside our door, the 5-minute walk to Seaside, and the proximity to the best of 30A. Beachside Dunes has everything you need, from a fully stocked kitchen to beach chairs/umbrellas. Its truly one of the nicest condos we have ever stayed in.

Exceeded Expectations
The property checked all the boxes for our group of 7 people. It gave us the coziness we love about a beach house but was spacious enough that we weren't all on top of each other. The family room provided plenty of comfortable seating (4 chairs and a couch). The kitchen was stocked with any cooking utensils or dishes you could need and it was an added touch that the owner encourages previous guests to leave the leftover non-perishable essentials for future guests. Julie was extremely responsive if we ever had any questions and usually responded within minutes. The condo is beautifully decorated as well! No complaints, and we will be back!

Can't wait to come back
This is a beautiful condo and resort property. The 2 floor condo was fantastic. Extremely clean and up to date. The kitchen was fully stocked with all a professional chef needed. The view of the ocean and sunsets never disappointed. Access to a private condo pool as well as all the Watercolor pools made this an amazing trip for the kids. The proximity to beach and the town center makes this an ideal location for adults as well. We can't wait to come back.

Location! Location!! What an amazing trip
Cozy and perfection describe this home. The kitchen was very well stocked like a main home. The location was the best of all worlds having watercolor amenities, beachfront, and walking distance to seaside. The RO system was a huge plus! All mechanicals worked very well, the place stayed nice and cool. The pool was warmer than all the watercolor pools which was nice for the kids.
We where a bit worried renting a home without one of the local property management companies involved but, Julie was great! She responded quickly but, honestly, everything was so well kept and spelled out so clearly that we didn’t really need her for much. Overall, this is probably one of the better vrbo rentals I have stayed at.

Beautiful, convenient, comfortable
We came to Watercolor with a baby, toddler, and older grandparents, so we wanted something super convenient to the beach. Julie’s condo fit the bill - it right on the boardwalk to the beach and has a pool right outside the front door that was for the use of condo residents only (it was pretty much empty the whole time). The rooms were very comfortable - the beds and sheets were the nicest I’ve ever experienced in a rental property. The kitchen and unit was stocked with everything we needed, including a pack n play. Julie was also so nice, responsive and helpful before and throughout our stay. Can’t recommend this spot enough!

Great week at the beach
Property was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. Julie was a wonderful host and made us feel most welcome. It was within walking distance to the beach, entertainment, and resturants. We enjoyed the private pool where we by ourselves most of the time. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation. We will be back!

Wonderful Watercolor Condominium
My three teenagers and I just returned from our wonderful stay in this beautiful condo, and I can't say enough wonderful things about the property. It is immaculate and has all of the bells and whistles of a five-star hotel, but with much, much more room. The layout, decor, furnishings and location were all fabulous. It's so nice to have the privacy of the condominium pool (we were often the only guests using it), the convenience of the activities at Watercolor Inn just next door, and a short bike ride away from restaurants, shopping and activities in Seaside.
The owner was extremely professional, helpful and responsive. Can't say enough positive things about the experience. Have already recommended to close friends and definitely plan to return.

Great Property!
We have been to Watercolors are many times, but this is the first time we’ve stayed on the gulf side of 30A and location is really excellent. We just walked out the door, over the private boardwalk and we were at the beach. So easy to run up to the unit for lunch or anything you might need. Our group of 6 adults fit nicely and we were very comfortable. The condo was newly remodeled and the kitchen was stocked with all the cooking utensils, pots and pans that we needed. We cooked several nights which was great since the area was so crowded and restaurant wait times were long. Julie and Gregg were great host and gave us everything we needed to make our trip memorable. Would definitely stay again on our next trip to 30A.

This property is exactly as stated. Steps from the beach (maybe 3!). Well appointed, the most comfortable bed that I have ever slept in, extremely clean, and beautiful!
