Beautiful views, close to town, clean and comfy

Great house fully stocked kitchen.

There were five of us and we all had our own room. Clean, quiet and the location was fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in Escalante. The home served as a beautiful and comfortable spot for our home base. We visited several national parks during our stay. The home is spacious and well-equipped. Thumbs up!

We stayed at the Two Bit Ranch House in Escalante, Utah from April 16th to 20th 2023. The location was perfect for us to allow visiting many parts of southern Utah, such as the Grand Staircase, Bryce, Capital Reef and Kodachrome. The house is very roomy with multiple bedrooms and a fully livable basement. This is a very quiet area to stay in a very roomy ranch. A few things could be updated including the locking mechanism of a main level bedroom window (broken) and a leaky clothes washer machine. Also, we came across 30-40 loose 9mm bullets in the master bedroom, bedside table, top drawer. We were not worried for our own safety with no obvious gun in the house but I'd worry about small kids getting into it. We really, really liked the use of the two-car garage and some of the outdoor games available looked like a lot fun. I think if it had been a little warmer in April we would have had more time on the back porch that is well-equipped with an outdoor table and chairs and numerous Adirondack chairs. Very sweet setup. Great wifi service so we could expect good reception for zooming our regular exercise classes during our stay and have fast internet speed for TV and devices. Fiberoptics? It’s fantastic. We would return to this rental for it’s reasonable pricing, lots of room and the sweet town of Escalante. Nice to see a lot less traffic in this area of southern Utah! And a lot less off-road vehicles than what you often see and hear in the Moab area.

Perfect for families!

This property and the host exceeded our expectations. We were able to visit 5 national parks and the area around escalante. Local restaurants were good and the people were great.

House was very nice, clean and well stocked. It could easily house 6+ couples. I would recommend this rental to any of my friends. Escalante is a awesome little town with everything from grocery stores, hiking supplies, awesome restaurants and COFFEE SHOPS.

After backpacking for a few days in Coyote Gulch, our family was ready for a more comfortable place to stay while enjoying day hikes in the Escalante area. This was it! House and property were great, extremely comfortable and lots of nice little things to make everything special (even pancake syrup in the fridge!). Loved it.

Our hiking group returned to Liberty's property after staying there last year because it was so enjoyable. The place is spotless (linens were so resh and clean), well-stocked, and comfortable (beds, temperature). And the hostess was quick to respond and easy to communicate with.

This was one of the best properties we've ever used! Everything was just as pictured, it was very clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay at Two Bit Ranch if we're ever in the area again.

This is a nice, spacious home. Three bedrooms on the ground level. The basement has 2 more, plus a large family room. Use of the garage was a plus. Everything was clean and in good condition. The dining area has changed since the pictures were taken. Now, it has a long wooden table, with 2 chairs on one side and a long wooden bench on the other side.

Our group of hikers had a wonderful relaxing and comfortable stay. 4 West Pub had delicious panini, nachos, and good beer selections. Hikes ranged from Cottonwood Narrows, Red Canyon, To Capitol Reef and beyond. Thank you, Liberty and daughters!

We chose Escalante because it's a much slower pace than Zion or the Moab area. The neighborhood was quiet and only a few blocks from Highway 12 - One of the most scenic roads in the country. We've stayed in many vacation rentals over the last 10 years. This home had the most well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms we've ever seen in a vacation rental. We appreciated having two levels and a large downstairs family room. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of towels, bedding, and x-tra supplies we didn't expect. They even provided a space heater for the basement since it tends to be a little chillier than the upstairs area. The location was great! We were close to so many areas - Bryce, Kodachrome Basin, Petrified Forrest, Hogback Ridge, Hole In the Rock, Capital Reef, the Burr Trail road, etc. We would definitely rent this home again. There's so much more to explore in the area!

Perfect location for hiking the slot canyons and visiting the waterfall. Great house, very clean and had everything we needed.

Brought a big family group to do some winter hiking around Escalante. The hiking was great but the house impressed us with how warm and comfortable it was for everyone. Can’t think of a single thing that was lacking. Great stay.

We enjoyed out stay. The location is convenient to many hikes, very quiet neighborhood and beautiful views from the backyard patio. The kitchen has everything you might need and comfortable common areas. The grill makes cooking easy and the outdoor seating area is a great place to eat and spend time together. The internet speed was good for streaming.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We had plenty of space for our whole group, the house was clean, beds were comfortable, and it had everything we could need! A perfect home base as we explored Escalante. We hope to come back and stay here again.

Thoroughly enjoyed this property; it was very clean and well stocked and was just right to be able to come back every night after a long days hiking around Escalante. We had eight adults and everybody found the accommodations very comfortable and clean. Would come back here in a heartbeat. Thanks!

This property was perfect for our visit to Escalante. Well situated between Bryce Canyon and Capitol Reef NPs and perfect for visiting the local attractions of Hole in the Rock Road, Spooky, Escalante Bridge and Calf Creek Falls. The property owners are very responsive and make the whole process very easy. I can't wait to stay here for our next trip.

Super clean, awesome central location. Everything went wonderfully and couldn’t have had a better trip. Everything was very easy, highly recommend.

We had a great time in escalante. We had a group of 10 and this house had plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen had everything we needed. We always got immediate responses when we contacted the owner. We would definitely stay here again.

Liberty was the perfect host. She was easy to communicate with, super helpful even regarding questions about the hikes in the area, and her home was comfortable, conveniently located and quiet, and well stocked. We would definitely stay here again!

After a long day driving, we arrived at this place. Walked in and we were sooooo happy to see a meticulous clean place. A clean place helps because this is our first road trip during this pandemic so we can be at peace and enjoy our trip. Everything that we need was available for us in the bathroom, bedroom and kitchen. There are only 6 of us but this place can accommodate a big group. Communication was excellent. We highly recommend this place.Thank you for allowing us enjoy your place. It's a gem.
