Das Zimmer war gross, ziemlich neu, das Marmorbad gross und behindertengerecht

Das Hotel befindet sich im Gebäude der Hotelierschule, was von der Strasse aus nicht ersichtlich ist. Es gibt keine Hinweisschilder Die Heizung funktionierte nicht, als wir Ende November bei 9 Grad und Regen eintrafen. Die Rezeption war nicht besetzt nach 17 Uhr. Es wurde nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass das im selben Haus befindliche Restaurant überhaupt und dann erst um 19 Uhr öffnete. Das Bett war nicht bequem. Von einer Seite des Bettes aus war kein Lichtschalter zu erreichen. Das neue und schöne Bad weist bereits im Bereich der Dusche Pflegemängel auf. Zum Frühstück wurde, auch auf Nachfrage, kein Brot und Käse nachgelegt, welches von anderen Gästen verzehrt wurde. Es gab keinen Brotaufstrich, weder Öl noch Butter o ä. Der Kaffee war wässerig. Marmelade gab es nur in einem winzigen Schälchen. Für eine Hotelierschule war die Verständigung miserabel. Es wurde kein deutsch gesprochen, und wir können kein französisch. Das junge Mädchen war sehr bemüht.

The receptionist was excellent, extremely friendly and helpful and she explained everything. The room and bathroom were clean and modern. Its incredible value for money.

There is no air conditioning in the room and the windows are locked shut, so the room was incredibly hot, making it difficult to sleep well. There was rubbish in the bathroom bin from the previous guests. This is also the only bin too. The shower has shampoo and shower gel dispensers but they aren't labelled which is which. Both had the same greasy smell.

Hotel set up as part of hotel management training course, just four rooms for guests - mine was very spacious, both bedroom and bathroom - copious desk and storage space. The students I met were charming and very welcoming and the breakfast was generous and beautifully presented.

Nothing! The hotel was perfectly situated for my requirements, I really enjoyed the personal service, the easy parking and it was great value for money.

Excellent attention to detail at reception, in the room and restaurant. Home made food in the college and use of all bio- foods was great. Everything described well to us once we were in. We did not know it was a training college Hotel on booking and if we had we may have stayed another night for the gala dinner on offer the day we left.

Entering the property was a little confusing. The doors to the hotel were locked but it was sorted out quickly. The windows and doors were very dirty, but as part of the college the hotel staff may have little control over that. But the staff could probably just deal with it as part of their training!
