We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gilbert Family Estate. Three couples and Two single adults all in their late 60’s- early 70’s gathered from across the US to celebrate 2 71st birthdays and spend time with very dear friends. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to make for a comfortable time. The home is spacious allowing for people to get away when needed, and the recreation room with pool table is a nice feature to pass time away. The outdoor patio was a great place to spend early mornings having coffee and planning our day’s events. The location of the home provides easy access to several restaurants and shopping areas. The Musical Instrument Museum was spectacular and was easily accessible from the home. Having a washing machine and dryer in the house makes it convenient to do laundry during down time.

Really enjoyed our stay here. All things were well kept and in working order. Lots of space for all family members to eat, sleep, relax and play outside. Kids loved the swing set and ample sized yard. Maybe only two minor downsides (very minor) but they did not impact my rating. Would be nice to have access to use the garage but seems owners have personal belongings locked away there. Second thing was that on landscaping day we realized how outdated the windows were as we heard the neighbors' landscapers 2 - 3 houses down at 6am before they even started at this property. I would still rent here in the future. We loved the location and everything it offers.

The trip was excellent, plus having a great place to stay, only accelerated the experience!!! The VRBO was excellent, it was clean, spacious, and the rental agency was exceptional!!!!

We had a wonderful time at the Gilbert Family Estate. The house was clean and very well furnished. The location was amazing it seemed like everything was about a 10-15 minute drive away. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. We had great communication with Melonie who was the caretaker, she was very helpful and kept us informed of any information we might need. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed 5 nights for my son’s wedding nearby. House was as advertised, clean and comfortable.

This was a perfect place for our family to stay for the Super Bowl! We were not there a whole ton but it was SO NICE knowing we were going to come back from a long fun day to a nice clean cozy place to stay! Thank you so much for having us!

This is the second time we have rented this home and, in both cases, it has exceeded expectations! Truly. Cleanliness, beauty, space, location, backyard, management, it's all terrific. We stay in a lot of VRBO's, and this has been the most positive experience by a mile.

The house has plenty of space for a large family. We were there to attend a wedding and used the house to escape the madness. There are many areas in the house to break away for conversations or games while still having enough room to gather together in common areas. The neighborhood provides easy access to places in the area and is far from traffic. The walking path adjoining the street makes for a nice escape to get in your steps. The house had ample supplies, dishes and glasses. The cookware was a bit bashed. The house was clean. Be prepared to learn to master the bidet toilets in the upstairs bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again.

We went for a wedding weekend. The location of the property was so perfect to all the events. The beds were so comfortable!

The house was very spacious and clean. There was spaces for everyone. Those that wanted quiet could have that as well as those that wanted play time could have that. There was plenty of beds to accommodate all . You had good kitchen facilities for all the cooking and entertainment we would want. Thank you for the great stay.

Beautifully maintained home and property. Plenty of space. Comfy beds!!! Big fun play set in the yard - with actual grass!! Fruit trees around the backyard. Quiet neighborhood but still very near shopping and delicious restaurants.

Renting this property was easy and hassle free. The property was everything as advertised. It was clean, roomy and had all the amenities we needed. It was a perfect place for eight golfers.

This home is extremely well appointed with beautiful interior finishes. We rented it specifically because it showed the garage and did not mention that the garage was not accessible in the description. I asked that that be added to clarify for any future renters. Other than that, this home is beautiful and I would highly recommend it.

This was our first entire family trip. The rental exceeded our expectations. Very spacious so if you wanted to have an area by yourself it certainly was available. Clean and comfortable place to stay.

We are extremely happy we stayed at this property - the house was extremely spacious with a lot of space and sleeping areas. The loft with the pool table was a big hit. Our kids also liked the swing set in the backyard. It was an incredible house and just perfect for our trip.

Used this place for an 8 man golf outing. This house fit the bill perfectly. Good location to airport, golf courses and restaurants. If I bring this golf group back to the Phoenix area, I would rent this house again without question.

The layout and spaces allowed different family members to gather and visit. My grandson even had his first experience with a pool table. The only drawback was the Arizona heat which has nothing to do with the nice house we were able to enjoy. Although we didn't wind up using them, the caretaker was gracious enough to give us a few extra hours both coming and going. Thanks!

The house was perfect fir our group of eight. Beautiful hone and stocked with everything we needed. Melonie was great to work with.

I cannot say enough good about this house and experience! It exceeded expectations (which were already high) in every way. First, it is immaculate. Everything is clean and new enough that if you told me we were the first renters ever, I would've believed it. Every room sparkled. Our teens loved the pool table and the fact that every room has a television ;-) The home is spacious and comfortable and the back yard is as inviting as it looks in pictures. The upkeep of the home is incredible. It was thoughtfully decorated for Christmas, has a landscaping company that comes once a week, and they had someone else roll out the trash for us on trash day. Melonie was super responsive as the caretaker and is even mailing back a sweatshirt we left behind! I could go on and on. The next time we visit family in Gilbert, we will schedule the trip around the availability of this house. Truly. This is a special property.

Although most of the families who were going to stay at the house, didn’t end up coming due to COVID, our little family had a great time. We would rent again if more families come.

Had a great stay. We would stay here again if we have a reason to go back to Gilbert.
