This house was perfect for our large family with kids. It was big enough for us to spread out and not feel cramped. It also has 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers. So, for those of you who have small children, just note there is no tub. Also, the 4th bedroom was extremely small; big enough for a bed only with no closet or dresser and no space to get ready in. Other than that, the house was very nice and had everything we needed.
The house was only a few blocks from Lake Charlevoix and within walking distance from so many shops and restaurants. We will definitely keep this home in mind for our next family vacation!

It was as beautiful and decorated as the images showed. We loved the pool table, fire pit and hot tub after a day out exploring Michigan. Very comfortable beds and the showers were perfect.

Because of the timing of our visit in early July, the air conditioners located in each room upstairs and one downstairs ran frequently. As a result, we were not able to hear the traffic on the street nearby. We understand the ability to retrofit an air conditioner System would be difficult. Otherwise, the house was well suited for our visit.

This spot was perfect for my family’s annual winter extravaganza. With only a few skiers in the group, this location was near all kinds of entertainment. The house is very well maintained. Cozy cute. Lots of space for lounging & comfort. Didn’t want to leave!

It was great staying in a Victorian home with real charm and but with a modern flair. We were a large (7) and had ample room to work and play without being on top of each other. Great kitchen and family room to lounge around, and a very short walk to the harbor with fantastic restaurants. The hot tub was one of the cleanest we’ve had in a home rental.

This property was outstanding. The owners thought of everything one would need for an inviting vacation. We were using this space as an overflow house, visiting in nearby Walloon Lake. Karol included local interests, and details necessary for a fun time. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. The night lighting was appreciated by all. All of the amenities were labeled smartly.we would come back again enthusiastically.

This house met all of our needs. It was large enough to accommodate 7 adults and the location can’t be beat.I already miss the front porch! Karol was a great hostess and answered texts and messages quickly. She gave us great recommendations too. Lavender Hill farm is a must see. Cafe Sante is a fabulous restaurant downtown as well as Stiggs Brewery.
Also, Boyne Valley Vineyard is a must visit if you like wine.
Petosky and Charlevoix are a close destination with lots of restaurants and shopping.
We also hit the farmers market and stroll the street in Boyne City.
We’ll be back for sure!

We had a great stay here. The house was well kept with ample room for all of us. Plenty of room for the grandkids to play! Nice yard for playing too. The hot tub was used every night! So close to town, the lake and Boyne Mountain activities. The hosts were great and quickly responded with any questions we had.

Walking distance to city center of Boyne City (including Stiggs Brewery-the fries are a MUST) and the Marina/waterfront.
Loved the wrap around porch. Our group spent hours there watching the world go by.
Excellent kitchen, large, extremely well stocked with dished, cookware, untensils, spices etc. We didn’t need to br8ng a thing
Great bathroom towels. The house itself is wonderful, great furnishings. Note: the fourth bedroom really should just be for kids, the couple that drew the short straw wasn’t crazy about how tiny it is.
Owner texted as soon as we arrived to see if we needed anything. Great place!

Fantastic place to stay! The beds were great. Everything so clean and tidy. Love the Outdoor Fireplace and Hot Tub. Convenient to Boyne City, Petoskey, Walloon Lake, Charlevoix, etc. Would rent again! Thanks!

Perfect location. Clean Beautiful Victorian home. Really enjoyed the back yard fire pit and relaxing furniture . Had fun playing yard games and playing pool.

Very nice family retreat in quaint city
This home was very nice for our family of 9, including grandparents. We loved the separate rooms to spread out, huge kitchen, nice neighborhood to walk in including cute downtown area, hot tub, and everything that was provided to us if needed! Fully stocked for trash, dishwasher, showers, laundry and pantry items. Felt very safe! We had the best time! Would love to return when we can!!

Northern Michigan getaway
The house had plenty of space for our group and was located in a perfect location just walking distance from downtown and a short drive to Boyne Mountain. When at the house there was plenty to do with games in the garage, a good sized living room and best of all a hot tub in the back yard. The owners were very helpful with communications prior to arriving and all instructions and useful information could be found in the main room.

Great weekend getaway location!
Great location! Very clean and well stocked for our winter weekend. Just the right amount of bedrooms for our family to stay comfortably. And we appreciate it all the amenities, the hot tub and the beautiful kitchen! Close to Boyne Mt and a wonderful sledding hill and free ice rink.

Everything better that hoped for
Booked online. Very easy to check in and place was in a great location and very clean. Slept 7 with room to spare. We lacked nothing from the host. Will book again if they continue to list it. Would love to see this in the summer

Great House & Location
Our family of 6 (parents, adult children & spouses) had a fantastic time renting this property for a long weekend! There was plenty of room for us all to hang out without being together 24/7. We also enjoyed that we were within walking distance of the cute downtown area. Would definitely recommend staying here with your family or larger friend group.

Can't beat the location. We pretty much never got back in our car, so close to downtown, easy walking.
House I has everyone needed. Hottub was great, the pool table and Foosball set in garage got alot of use.

A week in Boyne
We loved the Victorian house. We had 4 generations of our family with us. It was very spacious and roomy. Karol and Phil were accommodating and responsive to our needs. We definitely would come here again if we needed this much space. We loved the murals on the walls.

Wonderful stay
We had a great time in Boyne at this lovely house! The owners have really put a lot of thought and care into the details to make guests' stays more enjoyable. Everything in the kitchen and cupboards is labeled which makes it easy to find things. The beds, linens and towels are all quality and comfortable. The kitchen and living areas are spacious and open. The backyard is darling. We didn't end up using the hot tub as the weather was so hot, but it was nice to have the option. The location is prime, just a few blocks from town and the lake. There are multiple parks within walking distance which was super nice for the littles. Overall our family had an excellent stay.

Wonderful winter stay
We enjoyed this cottage so much for our last ski weekend of the year. Such a perfect location for skiing at the Highlands and at Boyne. The kids loved the game room in the garage and the adults loved the hot tub. Thank you to the owners for sharing this beautiful place with us.
