So close to everything. The place was spacious. The pool inviting. Steps to the beach. We walked to Bridge Street bars.

Clean place, good location. No complaints.

The location is excellent, so close to the beach and steps from access to the bay. We were able to take advantage of the calm waters of the bay while kayaking and paddle boarding. Then some nice walks and bike rides to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We enjoyed a nice and relaxing time while here. The pool is a shared space with other tenants/renters in the home, but it all worked out nicely.

Very clean and quiet and the A/C worked great. Comfortable bed in master BR. The pool and area around it was great too, very well done. The description says the unit has three bedrooms, but when you scroll down it counts the living room as a bedroom because it’s got a sleeper sofa, so it’s really a two bedroom place. Not a dealbreaker, but that should be corrected on the website. One of the kayaks (the brighter orange one) took on water at the stern that I found out the hard way once I was in the bay. Got back to shore safely, but it was a little disappointing. Lots of beach chairs and accessories to choose from, but the umbrella pole auger had two broken handles (cheap plastic) and it was a chore to get it into the ground to secure the only useful umbrella there (blue canvas one). The washing machine leaked a lot of water all over the floor when we attempted to use it (again, not a dealbreaker) and when I reported it, Rex responded to my text immediately. Overall a great location, great experience and I would recommend it.

The view from the upstairs corner where I had my coffee each morning was beautiful. The house and neighboring houses are very quaint. I felt very comfortable. Beach was actually two houses away as was the bay! I enjoyed watching the fishermen on the pier. I know there probably won’t be a whole lot more vacations with my grandchildren, so thanks for these lovely memories and hope to return next year!

Property was great. 1 block from beach, views of bay, 4 blocks from shops/restaurants. Well equipped unit with kitchen supplies, starter paper products, pool towels, and bath towels. Kids loved the pool! Also several kayaks, paddleboards and beach toys/supplies to use. Grill and outdoor patio furniture were a plus. Had to request the hot tub temperature be increased and wait a few days for the pool company to come due to the holiday; it needed the setting increased from 92 to 100 degrees and the thermostat was in a locked area. Other than a cold hot tub for a few nights the property was AMAZING! Would definitely return to this property!

5 ladies. The house is a great location, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily. The apartment was comfortable for all five of us to share. Absolutely a beautiful gem!

Great visit, well appointed and as advertised. Only negative comment was that kayaks and paddleboards could use some maintenance which was shared with host. Pool and hot tub was great, location is ideal. Would rent here again.

We really enjoyed our week in paradise on Anna Maria Island. The house is so close to the beach- I could hear the waves crashing. The pool was a great reprieve from the heat of the day. At night, a dip in the hot tub was a must!! You’ll love this place! We did!! Hope to be back!!

We had a fabulous time at this property. This was our 9th time staying on the island but 1st time at this property, and by far the most fun. It was the perfect size for our family of 5, and our friends stayed in the unit below. The location was ideal and it came fully equipped with all our beach needs and more (tons of outdoor seating, kayaks, paddle boards, bikes). The pool/spa was a huge hit! We appreciated all of the communication from Rex and definitely hope to return. Thank you for the memories!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was perfect for walking to the Cortez Beach and Bridge Street shops/restaurants. Coquina Beach was an easy, short drive. The pool was fantastic and my kids really enjoyed it every day. The property was clean, attractive, and plenty of room for our family of 5. Highly recommend!

We spent a week thoroughly enjoying Anna Maria Island and this place. The location to the beach was perfect: away from the busy road and views of the sunrise and sunset, and super easy access to beach. The pool was a total hit with all of us. Our 18month old grandson couldn't get enough of it. The apartment was clean, fully equipped and comfortable.

Perfect location. Great pool and hot tub. All supplies provided was greatly appreciated. The place was fully stocked with kitchen and everything was clean.

This property is literally just across the street from the beach! The condo was beautiful and clean. You are on the second floor but have a great balcony with an outdoor table. The pool is shared with the unit below. There were beach/camping chairs, beach wagons, towels, etc… very happy. Also walking distance to restaurants and shopping. A 15 minute drive to the other side of the island with even more restaurants and shopping.

I took my youngest daughter and three youngest grandchildren for a quick trip to the beach. This house was perfect for us. Awesome pool and quick easy access to the beach. Also easy walk to Bridge Street. Would definitely stay here again. Everyone had a great time.

Great location & proximity to beach. Clean and organized condo. Outdoor deck furniture could use some updates. Loved the pool and hot tub. The bikes weren't really usable so probably shouldn't include them in the description of the property.

Very close to the beach. Clean, charming. Polônia shared but enough space for 2 families. Hot jacuzzi. We would have liked some complimentary coffee but besides that it was a perfect stay! We would stay here again.

Easy check in process and great location. The property manager answered right away and was very helpful when we thought there was an issue with the AC (there wasn’t a problem -the house just heats up around sunset then immediately cools again after the sun goes down). The pool area is amazing but is shared with the bottom units so rent the entire place of you want it all to yourself! The bed were super comfy. The second room had space for our slumber pod over a toddler mattress for our two year old but I believe I saw a pack and play in another closet for smaller babies.

We rented the upstairs unit for a week. This place was perfect. My only complaint is probably due to my own lack of due diligence. The description of the listing states it is a duplex unit, it just does not directly state that the outdoor area is shared with the other unit. Now you can infer that since it is a duplex, but I always find it best to not let people make inferences as that leads to confusion. Luckily our neighbors during the week were not bad. They did have a birthday party one day and had about 12 kids over that took over the pool and area, but hey, its vacation. Let the people have some fun and play. We just went to the beach during this time. You can walk from this unit to the beach in less than 60 seconds. You can walk to the bay from this unit in less than 60 seconds. Location of this place is prime and close to everything. As for the living unit, there is a bedroom with a King bed and dresser. There is another bedroom with two singles. In living room, the couch folds out to a sleeper. This place is perfect for a family of four, two adults and two kids (teenagers). Everything you would need to cook is there, everything needed for pool including towels are there. There is a washer and dryer in the residence. The deck outside is large and has two umbrellas for some shade. Everything was clean upon our arrival and we met the cleaning lady as we parked our car and went to the beach while she completed her job. As for the outdoor area and pool. This place is great. The pool is large for a private pool. There is a place in the pool to have lunch while sitting in the pool. There is a sunshelf to put your chair on to get sun but still be in the water. There are two locations where umbrellas provide some shade over areas of the pool. The hot tub is great. To use hot tub with very hot water, just make sure you turn it on about 20 mins before you want to get in. The lights in the pool area are great. There are two tables for people to sit, one of those has an umbrella for shade. Outdoor area has a grill. Owners have lots of their own "toys" available. 2 kayaks, plenty of oars, 4 longboards, beach umbrella, 2 beach carts for stuff. Lots of other stuff. There is a ping pong table outside and we wore that out. I would suggest you get some good balls as the one they have were plastic and not real ping pong balls. I think there was one or two real ones, but either our neighbors or the people before us busted those. There are air pumps.

The property is clean and has most everything you need. It's close enough to walk anywhere you need to go (except the grocery store on the main land) but you can rent a golf cart if you'd like. The bay is on one side ocean on the other. Beautiful views of the water all day. Pool is very nice , I will recommend to any friends and save as a place to come back anytime I'm visiting AMI!

This unit/ condo is fantastic! Convenient to everything. Pool is fantastic and enough room for multiple people.The views from all directions are gorgeous. Weel stocked with anything you could need for an extended stay. My only suggestion would be to get some better, high end pillows(what's on the bedding is kind of flat). But that is only suggestion for improvement. I loved this place and hope to return again soon!!

We had a fantastic time the location to the beaches and placement on the island is perfect. The pool and hot tub are the best way to end your amazing day on the island!

This duplex was clean and comfy, had great Wifi (which is a necessity with a teenager and two preteen girls!), and the backyard was a dream! We really enjoyed our stay at this place, and we intend on booking again next summer because we had such a great time. Bridge Street has a lot of cool shops, restaurants and bars to check out as well-just a short walk away from the duplex.
