We had a wonderful stay at this cottage. The owner paid a lot of attention to details , and we had everything we needed. The outdoor space was beautiful. A great place to hang out, watch the sunsets and enjoy the gas fire pit. Private beach was 100 yards away :)

We are so glad we found this charming Cape Cod cottage. With its high ceilings and perfectly sized decor, it lives like a much bigger place. It's a great mix of modern style and old Cape Cod charm, and everywhere you turn, there's something to delight the eye. The cottage was immaculate, and everything about it is designed with the guests in mind. The kitchen is fully stocked, and Jeff and Maryrita, the perfect hosts, have thought of everything. Jeff met us at the cottage to show us around and answer all our questions. Communicating with Jeff was a pleasure, and he checked in with us the next day to make sure we had everything we needed. The views from the cottage are amazing, the beach is just steps away, and the quiet neighborhood is great for walking or biking. This place is truly a gem! Pam & Bob Canton, MA

Wow! Where to begin! The cottage is adorable - perfectly decorated, meticulously cleaned, secluded yet close to everything you could possibly ever want to do. Jeff was helpful and available and suggested several great things to try (which we did and were so glad we took his suggestions!). They have so many personal touches added to make your stay even more comfortable, and we just loved the thoughtfulness. If you’re looking for a place to relax and recharge - this is your place. The pictures are definitely accurate, but it’s actually even better in person. Quaint, peaceful, quiet. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

Everything about this cottage was stellar. Its location, its footsteps to the beach, its calm, quiet décor and all the other touches that allowed me to get back in touch with myself.

This is a must stay! The owners spared no expense to make this cottage a true Cape Cod experience. We will definitely come back. My spouse and I went with our toddler and had a wonderful time. It's a few minutes' walk to the beach, which is nothing at all. The house is so adorable and perfectly arranged. There was tons to do in walking distance including the beach and Audubon sanctuary, and also lots of restaurants and other beaches within a short drive. Would love to go back.

Absolutely adorable cottage, unbeatable location. Rental was extremely clean, well appointed and very comfortable. Fire pit was a plus, and the outdoor shower was fabulous !!

The property was perfect for a couple. It was small but cozy. It was tastefully decorated and they used the small space well. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The only negative thing was the couch was very uncomfortable. However the owner pointed that out right away and indicated he would be replacing it. It’s a great location.
