It was perfect located next to the beach. Gated community made it feel safe. The pool area is not crowded at all. The place is Nice and calm. The bed was nice. There is extra bed linnen and towels + pool towels. There is a washing machine and the host was kind to leave a few washing tabs.

The place was full of small black flies. They were everywhere. In the fridge and in the bathroom. They were there before we had brought any food. We cleaned the fridge 3 times out of our 5 day stay. The botom in the fridge was covvered with the flies. Very grose. When we went grosery shopping on day 2 we had to buy zipper bags to keep all of our food. Even our coffee was storaged in the zipper bag. As for the bathroom. We did not storaged any food there. The same as for the bedroom. We had to make flies trappers to each room and the fridge too. Unifortunately there was too many flies to wipe and trap. The problem with the flies could be due to the cleaning products the host are using. Flies like the scent of flowers. The studio smelled of flowers. Even the garbage plastic bags smells of flowers. The flies, the woredawn of the place and it was a very dark (dark wood) studio made it a less flattering place to stay. A bit of maintenance and white paint and cleaning with vinegar could help a lot to this place.

gnats in refrigerator, freezer, bedroom, toilet, sink and kitchen. The owner/manger would not send an exterminator. we used 2 cans of raid and still gnats multiplied. Windows and sliding glass door would not close all the way.

The condition of the apt. - outdated - worn salvaged furniture - counter seating - holes on seat - nasty disgusting drip coffee pot. Broken bathroom sink faucet - broken vanity mirror. No emergency lighting - water filters into bedroom through wall outlet.

The internet connection was poor but was fixed with a new modem after we called. The TV had 2 or 3 channels and was old. Needs to be renovated particularly bathroom (door was peeling), windows and better furniture.
