This is our second time staying at this property. We enjoy the charming house and spacious backyard. House is always clean and welcoming.

We had three boys and my husband and myself in town for a jr golf event. The house provided plenty of room and a well-appointed kitchen to feed teenagers. It was close to the course and convenient to local grocery store. I had to work quite a bit and had plenty of room and the WiFi was good. While multiple modern amenities, it is an older house with the creaks and character that come with that. The host was very responsive and accommodating.

We had a great stay. The house met all our needs and a responsive host. Keep in mind it is an old house so it has character. We enjoyed sipping coffee on the front porch.

This is a nicely maintained classic Hutch home. It is clean and comfortable. Centrally located it is easy to get everywhere. I would stay here again.

Some friends and stayed while attending a wedding. The place was outstanding. We enjoyed coffee on the deck and the smell of the neighbor smoking meat for Easter. The house is very comfortable. Will definitely book again if I return to the area.

This is an older home but well taken care of. Do be advised you'll need to bring hangers as there were none in the closets. Also plan to live out of your suitcases as there is also no chest of drawers. But except for these small inconveniences the house was pretty well equipped. Beds were comforable!

Better than staying in a hotel
The house was great. We stayed four nights after traveling from 13 hours away with three kids ages 3 and under. Patrick let us check-in as early as we wanted since it was available and ready. Thank gosh! It was sooo much better than being squished in a hotel with three young kids. We had to put the breakable decorations out of reach of the kids and brought our own plastic eating items for the kids but it was all good (we knew ahead of time it wasn’t kid-proof). The smart TVs had exactly what we wanted for finding the kids normal shows. Plenty of room to run around. Everything about the house was like having a home away from home. We would stay again!

There was plenty of room, not cramped at all. We spent a lot of time on the back deck and used the grill. The beds were very comfortable and they had all the basics I hoped to find there stocked up

It’s proximity to downtown and restaurants, it’s snuggly beds, it’s handy smart TVs, it’s efficient kitchen, it’s super nice grill, and especially its unique chipping green were all such appreciated amenities. My boys were on the green morning noon and night! It really worked perfectly for our needs.

The perfect fit
We needed a place to stay that was close to the state fair grounds. Location was awesome. The house had a great set up. Open and spacious, with plenty of seating. The room set up was perfect for what we needed. Very clean! Lots of closet space.
