Exceeded expectations. Fit 4 adults and 4 kids comfortably. Great location. Plenty of air conditioners. Clean pool. Would 100% recommend. Property managers were very responsive.

We chose the apartment at the Bowen Motel because the reviews were excellent, and it was even better than expected. Very clean, well stocked, great location. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Would stay again!

Location was excellent. Donut/coffee shop 100 steps away. Short walk to souvenir shops. Close drive to Arches. Right on main street, but no issues with noise while sleeping.

Clean; well furnished and supplied; easy and pleasant check-in and out.
One comment: I respect that we are in a place heavily populated by Mormons who don’t drink, but I’m sure that many of the tenants do drink. So it would have been very nice to have had wine glasses and a corkscrew available.

In central Moab, this is close to restaurants and shops. The spacious kitchen and dining room were a surprise as was the outdoor patio!

This property is wonderful, plenty of room, everything a family could want as far as dishes, towels,tv, appliances. Unit was spotless. Manger courteous, friendly and helpful. If i come back to Moab i will stay here.

This is a big roomy apartment with all the things and plenty of room for bikes. The private parking spaces right on Main Street were incredibly convenient. Walked to dinner each night and to the donut shop in the morning. The shop rags for cleaning bikes & gear really came in handy. It was a little cool to spend much too much time on the patio, but it was nice to have as an option. I'll definitely be looking at this place for next year.

This apartment was a wonderful place to stay in downtown Moab. The property was clean, check-in/checkout was convenient, and there was plenty of room for a group of six friends. The apartment is in easy walking distance of restaurants and shops in downtown Moab and makes a convenient base for hiking and mountain biking the trails around town.

Came out for an annual biking weekend. Have stayed in a few different places over the year. This was the best. Walked everywhere in town. Plenty of room for 5 guys, each with his own bed. Great setup.

This property has the BEST location in Moab.
Tyson, the property manager , got us in early and was the best.
The apartment has everything you need. It is spacious, very clean, and a great kitchen .

The Bowen Motel apartment was a great place to stay. Very nice bedrooms, well supplied kitchen, washer and dryer, and a nice living room and large table seating 8. I wish we could have used the outdoor patio table but it was too hot! It's a great location right in the heart of Moab. Ww will definitely stay here again!

Our family enjoyed this apartment, which was within walking distance of downtown Moab. You are also on the doorstep of Arches NP. This apartment is near the office of the motel, but it was perfect for our family.

This home is very nice, in a great location and the host could not be more helpful or welcoming... So 5* all the way, BUT
- it is a room off of her main living space and kitchen which feels really inappropriate given she has two young children and it's hard not to feel uncomfortable at intruding...
- it's a single bed with a trundle pull out for a 2nd person so not appropriate for 2 people really

My friends and I enjoyed a lovely 3 days here. Spacious, comfortable and within steps of the great breakfast at the Jailhouse cafe.

We stayed in the apartment and it was perfect. Right off the main road. Perfect view from the living room window. Wonderful patio and loved having our own parking spot. We will definitely stay again.

The location was awesome. The place was larger than expected. Perfect place to call home for 3 days while we hiked Arches. Plenary of pillows and towels, new washer and dryer and plenty of kitchenware. Perfect for our group of 8! Clean, didn’t feel squished. And the price was reasonable!

We didn’t know what to expect, but the property was perfect for our needs. We loved the private table on the patio and assigned parking spaces. Plenty of room for the whole family and we loved being right on Main Street. It’s has an interesting mix of home and hotel vibes, but not in a negative way. Our only question is why does the one cabinet door int the kitchen open the wrong way? 😂
Check in and check out were simple and the staff was very friendly. We would stay here again!

Incredible location, comfortable beds (each room with own climate control), plenty of space both indoor and out. Being part of the hotel was a plus with the use of the pool and ample parking. We were on a backcountry bike trip, and there was plenty of room for packing coolers, storing bikes, and organizing gear. The proprietors couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. We really couldn't have asked for more -- we will definitely seek this place out for the next adventure!

We were delightfully surprised to find this large apartment on Main Street in Moab. I was slightly skeptical because this apartment is part of a motel complex but it was not an issue at all. The Apartment has its own parking, patio and access to the motel pool. Even though it is on Main Street, the bedrooms were quiet. The kitchen was large, and included a large table. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was great, we could walk to stores and restaurants amd is centrally located.

I would highly recommend staying here. Right on Main Street. I hate to give it 5 stars because I don’t want this little jewel getting out to the public. Well worth staying. Others have said too much road noise, but they give you earplugs and we didn’t need them.

My teenage boys were THRILLED when we walked in and they saw that they had their own 'wing' with a seperate bathroom and their own private rooms, and my husband and I were really happy to have such a nice full kitchen, plus our own private patio with a grill. The location was convenient to everything- including a short walk to many great stores and restaurants.
