Excellent Accomodations

A darling vintage house with modern conveniences. Located within steps of the popular Dodging Duck Bar and Restaurant and the Cibolo Creek walking trail. An ideal spot for a small group to experience Boerne.

The location was great, easy 5 min walk to all of downtown Main St. I stayed with my two kids and just enough for us to spread out yet not too far. The house had personality and cute. The house was clean; however, some of the furniture looked well past its time. The floors creaked like an old house but it’s fine unless you want to try and be quiet in the morning. I’d stay here again.

This property is ideally located. It is a short walk to downtown and so many facilities. Three good restaurants are from half a block, to one block away. We went to all of them and they were very good. Cibilo creek is is about 60 yds away and it has a lovely river walk. The layout of the rooms are excellent and can house 5 comfortably. It was nice to have a private back yard as well.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. What a cute little house in downtown Boerne. We'll stay here again if we ever return to that part of TX.

Great house and great location! Perfect for any type of group and really cute inside. So close to everything too!

Great location- totally updated house. Would be nice to have exterior lighting - we got there late and really couldn’t see the front porch area. Otherwise we totally enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay, it was perfect for our family of six. The house is charming. The location was great, in close proximity to anything you need in Boerne but also within close enough driving distance to experience several different activities the Hill Country has to offer. The Dodging Duck was a family friendly added bonus you can walk to for dinner.

My daughter and her in-laws enjoyed their stay in this cute little house walking distance to the creek and everything on Main Street. They especially enjoyed the porch swing and table and chairs out front. Living room was perfect for hanging out with family. In-laws raved about the shower!

Lovely restored home near downtown Boerne. We were able to walk to the river which provides a beautiful walking trail to all the shops, restaurants, etc... historic Boerne has to offer. Dodging Duck and Little Gretel are two restaurants within a block of the home.

My family and I stayed there for about a week and had a wonderful experience! The house was beautiful, clean and in a great location. Perfect for a family or for a group of people.

I booked a four-night trip for my husband and my parents to explore the hill country and we couldn't have chosen a better spot. We had everything we needed in a historic house - even decorated for the holidays!

We could not of been happier with not only the house, but it’s perfect location. We rented this our family trip and were happily surprised to see it was decorated for Christmas. This was a huge plus for my family while being away during the holiday and made it feel more like home. The house was clean and had what we needed. Taking the back neighborhood roads is a quick walk into town where they are bakeries, shopping, and coffee shops. Across the street is the walk along the river where my children loved going to see the ducks. Also right next door was a delicious brewery/restaurant where we ate often. It was the perfect spot and even has a good size yard where kids can play. Great rental and highly recommend.

This house was absolutely perfect in every way. It was easy to check in, location was wonderful, and it was very clean and very well equipped for all our needs including dishes, linens, etc. The Dodging Duck at the corner is a great restaurant too for either dine in or take out.

We enjoyed our stay. Space was great for our needs. Loved the porch swing on the front porch. Appreciated the off street parking. Some noise and traffic from nearby local restaurant. Near the river walkway. We would have appreciated a pizza cutter and full length mirror. Would stay again.
