Great place for a family vacation. Plenty of room for an extended family to spread out. Games were a definite plus for the kids. Home and furnishings were very comfortable and the house was very clean and well stocked. The host was very responsive. We had a great time!

We had a great stay! It was nice, bright and clean. Our host was great with communication and making us feel welcomed. It was enough space for everyone and the games/arcade was a bonus. Would definitely stay again

Our family had a delightful experience at this beautiful home, furnished with all the necessary amenities. With ample space for our group of 9, we enjoyed its tasteful decor and cleanliness. The only improvement we would recommend is adding a countertop ice maker, as the one in the fridge was not functional (could’ve been user error). Will, the owner, communicated well and in a timely manner. We look forward to returning for future stays.

Great house for our family get-a-way. Common rooms provided separate spaces for adults, teens and littles kitchen and dining works well for all 12 of us. We’ll kept; beautifully decorated with an “at home” feeling.

Our multi-generational family (20-yr-old cousins, 50-yr-old parents & 80-yr-old grandparents) had a great winter weekend at this terrific place. The house had more than enough room and was clean and bright with everything we needed - clean sheets and towels, plenty of bed space, and a fully stocked kitchen. Half of our team enjoyed skiing (even with a sleety day) while the other half played cards, board games, and ping pong. Of huge importance to us was having the master bedroom and bath on the main floor so that our older folks didn’t need to go up and down stairs. We didn’t snow tube on this trip, but the tube area is very near the house, and we have had great fun doing that on other trips to Massanutten. We appreciated the great communication with the owner - we would definitely come again.

This was the perfect home for our the generations of family. Ample space, bedrooms, and living areas The game room was a hit. Great location near the resort. VERY clean. Excellent communication, clear instructions. Just perfect for our 5 day getaway!

The home was laid out well, you enter on the top floor with the living room, kitchen, and three bedrooms (including the master). On the next floor down, you find the room with the 3 twins, and the queen/twin room. There is a living room with the ping/pong table and the other living room with the movie setup. Plenty of room to spread out.For our family we were able to put the adults on the first floor and put the kids down below. There was a door to close off the other floor which kept the noise down.There were 2 coffee makers which aided in making one for caffeine and the other for decaf. There was also a Keurig coffee maker. I was glad to have brough my crock pot as there was not one.

This was our second stay since July. Both times were equally great! It’s so thoughtful to have enough of the necessities needed before having to stop at a store. The kids loved the fun things to do downstairs. We’ll definitely be back!

Overall, we had a great stay. The property host was very welcoming and quick to respond. The property was just as it was described and the location was great in relation to activities in the Massanutten resort. It was so nice to watch all of the deer from the back porches. If we returned to the area, we would definitely rent this property again.

We had a wonderful time in this home. It accommodated our party of 11 in a perfect location with easy access to the waterpark, onsite restaurants, and rec center. Home was very clean. Our toddler and teens had plenty of entertainment (board games and video games) in the play area downstairs, while adults had their own space upstairs. The host responded immediately to all questions. We appreciate spending time in this home and creating wonderful memories!

The house was very comfortable for three families to include young children. The house was clean and everything worked. It was 10 minutes from the Waterpark which was the primary reason for our visit. Glad we made this choice.

We came in town from Colorado & New Jersey for a JMU graduation. House was perfect - not too far away, plenty of room and the screened in porch with swings was AMAZING. So peaceful!

This house was a great fit for our 3 families with young kids. Rooms were a good size, comfortable and nice lay out. 3 br upstairs & 2 br downstairs. Downstairs was fun for kids to run around and play. Upstairs has a nice kitchen, open eating area and living space. The 2 decks were great too. The location to resort activities was very convenient. We will def consider going again!

This property had everything our group of adults and children under 5 needed. We could easily spread out and yet come together for meals and time together on the beautiful decks. Host was very responsive. Located 10 minutes from the Waterpark which was our primary activity. Playground not far from the house along with a nice hike for all to enjoy. Highly recommend!

Our friends and family had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was spacious & comfortable, accommodating our group of 11. The downstairs was large and equipped with plenty of entertainment such board/video games, fuseball table, ping pong table, 2 large TVs, and indoor basketball. The kids were well occupied, while the adults enjoyed the upstairs area. Perfect location with access to the onsite restaurants, rec, and waterpark. Host responded immediately to all questions. Plenty of parking. We are grateful to have been able to create memories in this home. We will definitely return!

This place feels like Home! One of the best places we’ve stayed in Massanutten! The layout was perfect for our large Family gathering. The bedrooms were spacious & comfortable. The downstairs has two sitting rooms and games galore for everyone! The decor is beautiful. Perfect location, ample parking. The thoughtfulness and time taken to host and share this property shows. They even decorated for the Holidays! We can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful time . The house was great. It had ping pong , fuse ball and a basketball game. There are 3 living room areas, 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a screened in porch, and a deck. It’s close to golf, playgrounds, hiking, indoor water park, ski lift, winery. There were activities for everyone.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The house is spacious with several sitting areas including a screened in porch that was perfect for relaxing and visiting with our family.
The owner was quick to respond and courteous. He made sure we were well situated and made himself available to answer any questions.

We really enjoyed staying at this house with our two families (4 adults + 5 kids from 8-15). Plenty of bedrooms/rooms and the ping pong table and basketball game were a big plus. The place was clean, well stocked and a nice spot in a neighborhood near the ski resort-- we loved using the pool and doing mini golf, go karts and bumper cars. A great spot indeed.

We stayed at this wonderful property in early Aug of 2022 and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We had a group of 6 adults and 4 children who made full use of the ping pong table, hoops game and Foosball. The home was just as described and we had room for the kids to play and the adults to enjoy time away. The home is on the Massanutten Resort and has access to the property owners pool. We enjoyed the family adventure park for ziplining, the waterpark, the ponds for fishing and the spa. This home is ideally situated to enjoy everything that Massanutten has to offer. We would definitely love to return next year.

The property was very clean and looked just like pictures. Very well equipped kitchen. Only issue was ice maker not working. Couldn’t have been happier.

I booked this house as a Christmas present for my family & we planned the trip for this April. The house set-up is great for a large group. There are three different couch/lounge areas within the home, all with comfy couches & TVs. The two outdoor decks are so relaxing. I really enjoyed reading on the screened-in lower deck. The house is in a great area. We drove to the closest entrance to Shenandoah (only about 20 min from the house) and did some hiking. We made dinner at the house each night- the kitchen has everything you need. My family loved the trip but especially the house. The owner of the home was excellent with communication throughout our trip. If you are planning a trip in the Massanutten area, I highly recommend this house. We can’t wait to plan our return visit!

Lovely Xmas Stay
We really appreciated this house. My husband has Parkinsons and dementia, and is very limited mobility wise. We appreciated just a few steps to get in and out of the house, and a spacious, sunny master on the ground floor. One family occupied the ground floor, and one the basement. We loved the xmas tree and other winter decorations. The open floor plan was appealing as well. Will, the owner, communicated several times. We had everything we needed and very much enjoyed our time over 5 days with 3 generations of family. I would definitely reccomend this property for rental.
