Smell from drains around general area Fan very noisy at night The location is quite difficult to get to without a hire car so we ended up spending a lot on taxis (this is not the owner’s fault) but worth noting because the bus service isn’t very regular.

Actually 2 days after we booked Quarto Vista Mar Rui the landlord Contacted us with many apologies as to stating that He made a mistake And that QVM was actually booked for those same nights as our booking. He actually straight up without even hearing back from us made us an offer to another apartment that he had which was a huge upgrade to QVM at no extra cost. He gave us another apartment that would normally be double the cost. Also we had a little confusion as how to get there from the airport and even though he was not available he had someone pick us up and drive us there this was pretty awesome. Very seldom does this sort of thing happen. The upgrade that he gave us was probably nicer than anything we have ever stayed in and we travel the whole world a lot. Everything that was performed for us was done by a man that in my opinion shows a lot of class and a lot of professionalism. thank you so much Rui

No comment everything was perfect

Nice property with a lovely garden area (plus pool) and an incredible view. The kitchen facilities are good and the internet works well enough to work online with Zoom etc. Getting to the place requires an intense uphill climb, but it’s worth it for the view, and the vicinity to the nearby town. I can easily recommend this place for solo travellers or couples

Very nice landlord and a nice place for us. We stayed there for three days and are very happy that we choosed this place.
