Excellent property. Everything in the condo worked properly. The condo looked updated inside. We previously stayed at a condo in same location that showed its’ age, but this condo did not. The covered boat slip was great as well. Can’t go wrong with this one if you have several people in your party.

Five of us adult family members got to enjoy 4 nights in this lovely condo. Great location as we could access multiple marinas by boat in a reasonable time. Of course the Tiki Hut is right across our cove and a fun place to meet friends for drinks and food. Condo is spacious and has an outdoor deck under cover that runs full length and served us well for grilling out and playing games at night.

We loved everything about this place and location! Cindy was extremely responsive and very attentive as a host. We loved the convenience of the boat slip and easy access to the dock. Amenities were more than adequate and we especially loved the games and big screen tv available for use. It was so relaxing and peaceful to wake up to a beautiful view and end the day reviewing the day's activities on the lake hanging out on the balcony. Thank you for providing a space to create memories and relax from our busy schedule!

We loved everything about our stay at Eastern Sunrise! The location, the view, the beauty of the condo. It was our favorite rental on Norris Lake (and we've stayed several places).

Lovely place and very accommodating host. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook for our family. We stayed there last year too and simply love the location right on the water and includes a dock. Close to several marinas. Can’t ask for more. Highly recommend this unit.

You can tell there was alot of thought put into the amenities available at the condo. It was perfect for our getaway.

What an awesome place to stay with family of all ages!! I had my parents, my teenage children and my brothers family of young children all down for a visit. This condo was perfect. It accommodated us all and was very conveniently located to marinas and most importantly...the pool!! I’ll be staying here again!!

Great location, close and easy access to lake, spacious.

The property was an excellent choice for our family. We were able to enjoy boating and swimming in a pool just steps away from our unit. The unit was tastefully decorated and met our needs, and the owner was very accommodating. If we vacation again at Norris Lake, we would definitely chose this location.

Cindy is fantastic to work with and her property is beautiful. I highly recommend this condo! Thank you for sharing.

Very spacious condo with multiple balconies and great views of the lake and the pool. Only a couple steps to the nice pool. Very easy walk straight down the steps (not very many for Norris!) to the covered slip. Location on the lake is ideal, super close to Tiki Bar, Springs and Shanghai marinas. Quick responses on all communication with Cindy.

This 4BR/3bath (2200sf) condo has a perfect location on the lake and within the condo development...close to Tiki Bar for night time entertainment, on same level as parking so no extra steps, pool right outside the door, and covered dock for your boat! Sleeps 10 in beds (2 master suites, 1 set twin beds, 1 twin over full bunk w/trundle) & furnished with all you'll need for your stay ... well stocked kitchen (knives, utensils, dishes, pots/pans, crock pot, blender, toaster, microwave, Keurig, full size refrig/freezer), a new grill, a large wrap around deck with waterfront view & beautiful sunrise views! Easy rental process w/very responsive owner. We'll definitely remember this property for our next stay!

We scheduled an impromptu family outing to get away. We were able to get in plenty of water sports and enjoy time in the water.

Wr had the best time staying here. They had all the necessities necessary to make our stay perfect. Beautiful condo.

First time to Norris Lake, unit oversees an inlet of lake, 2nd closest unit to the pool which helps make the decision to go to pool or not if you want quiet pool time, our included my two 75 year old parents who loved the back bedroom with private bathroom and balcony, 4 - 20-23 years "kids" stayed 2 in each room and shared a bathroom, my wife and I had own private bathroom and sliding doors to balcony which overlooked the water, kitchen is open to the living room allowing great conversation while dinner is being cooked with those in living room or dining table, dining table was for 6 but our group of 8 didn't mind pulling up two chairs on corners for dinner and board games in the evening, private dedicated boat slip allowed us to park our rented boat, our family loves to exercise and we highly recommended the swim along the shoreline running to the left if looking at lake from balcony, running is just out right hilly (no way to avoid it ) unit was very clean, entry via keypad worked perfectly, Cynthia was always quick to respond, def. would consider this unit again.

We rented this property very last minute and I was worried about it being one of the last properties available. My worries went away quickly as I exclaimed when walking in, “Wow, I did a good job on this one!” This was followed with our four children (mostly teens) saying what a nice place this was, how awesome the amount of space, etc. We love the proximity to the pool and easy boat access with a slip. That slip is a huge bonus!!! Use the above for posting to VRBO, this below is for you. (Not sure if it works that way). Two little things that weren’t a big deal but if you want easy improvement ideas: some Tupperware would be nice for packing sandwiches, fruit, etc. There were two only. (Not a huge deal but would be nice). Also, no blinds on the master was annoying to me. It rough when you exit the shower and go to get your clothes and, well hello all! These are the only and I mean only thoughts I have. We loved our stay, loved the decor, loved the ease of everything!

Great condo for 2 families!

I was a little nervous about renting a property with no reviews, but found out the owner has recently purchased this condo and started renting it. I’ve been to Deerfield Resort before, and this condo was everything I expected, although it seems larger than the pictures. Plenty of room for two families (Two adults and four kids). Washer and dryer is great to have, and the keurig and drip coffee makers. Resort pool is right outside the condo, and East to check on while grilling on the deck or cooking in the kitchen. COMES WITH A BOAT SLIP! I didn’t see that anywhere in the listing, but I was very happy to find that out after I had reserved the condo. Thanks, Cindy, for letting us relax at your place! We had a great long weekend and can’t wait to stay again! Jeff

We had a wonderful stay at Eastern Sunrise. Spent Fourth of July weekend with extended family. The set up is very convenient with the condo next to the pool and the slip at the facility dock down below. The condo had everything we needed to cook dinner and breakfast and we spent alot of time on the deck wathcing the boats. Deerfield Resort can be a little confusing the first time you go, by the owners do a good job of givings instructions to make it pretty easy.

Condo is roomy, Great location near pool and no walking up stairs. Also, great communication with the owner.

Parking lot level access and close to the pool. Nice view of cove and easy access to boat slips. With two master bedrooms this is perfect for two families or family and friends.
