The condo was beautiful, location was great, and the communication from Steven and team was top notch. We stay in IOP two or three times a year and have used other companies. This trip definitely was easy and stress free. We will see you gain soon.

Loved this VIEW! Loved the layout, Loved the location, if it weren’t for the daily construction from the building next door, with noise beginning at 7:30 on the nose, this review would be all 5stars, and how can the hosts help that? I’ll tell you- when you close the heavy glass doors you can hardly hear it and it’s unnoticeable from the beach. We did not come to isle of palms to stay inside but this place is spacious and well appointed enough with that spectacular sweeping view to enjoy even being indoors. We will be back!

A couple of cabinetry doors/drawers in kitchen and bathroom could use some attention. Carpet in master suite is a little stained. Overall though, a lovely place - excellent view!

From the view to the decorations you feel and experience the beach! Perfect walk to and from beach with little kids! Place was clean, had all the cooking supplies we needed and was the perfect for our family vacation!

The property was ideally situated as it was close to the beach and pool. The kitchen was well equipped and lots of things we thought we might need were supplied. The unit was clean and comfortable and had adequate seating for meals for our group of 7, which included adults and young kids. Would definitely stay here again.

This rental has an amazing view of the beach. It was immaculate and so comfortable. There was a great binder they put together that had the answer to any question we had regarding the rental, right down to how to work the tv remotes, and also had info about the area and suggestions of things to do.

We took this trip as a little summer getaway and it was a perfect choice. The resort was serene and peaceful even in the middle of the summer. The condo is beautiful and provides everything you need to get started for a great experience at the beach. You are close enough to the center of IOP or Charleston for a visit or a great meal, but once you arrive at the condo you feel miles away from the bustle of the city. Highly recommend! 5 stars!!

Our stay at Aqua Vista was fabulous! We stayed here with our son, daughter-in-law and grandbaby who are moving from Charleston. The wonderful views of the ocean and the location (close to the beach and community pool) were great. The beds were comfy and the unit was very clean when we arrived. The manager was very helpful and quick to respond to our questions and requests. We cooked most of our meals in the condo and found the kitchen well-stocked. Just wish we could have stayed longer!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aqua Vista! It is beautifully renovated with amazing views, great ocean front balcony as well as a nice pool. The hosts were excellent with communication and making sure we were all set for our stay. The place is also well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We will definitely be back!

We spent a few days at Isle of Palms at the Aqua Vista resort. We had a good time. The condo looks exactly like the pictures. Everything has been renovated beautifully. I do think the removal/replacement of the carpet would help significantly as it’s a bit worse for wear. I’d replace the sofas in the living area as well. There was also a gnat problem. The proximity to the beach and pool was awesome. The directions on how to use everything were clear and we were able to get into the condo with zero issues. Overall a nice stay and relaxing stay.

We had an amazing trip. The condo was perfect for the 3 families. Everyone had their own room, etc. Only downfall was there were only 2 parking spaces for this property. It got a little chaotic to find somewhere to park a third vehicle. We were told to drive into Charleston and leave it in a parking garage!

This was the perfect location for a relaxing girl friends weekend. The rental was beautiful and the entire check in process went without issue. I hope that I will be able to return with my family to share this beautiful spot.

Two years later and same great experience.

The place was clean and beautiful. Property not well managed as refrigerator was not working upon our arrival (we had a two night stay). Notified owners next am and they sent a repair person later that afternoon. Repair person did not fix the problem, so we did not have a working refrigerator for our entire stay. There were a few other items that weren’t in working order (remote control blinds and wall clock) as well. Overall it was a great place, however it it not acceptable to pay full price for a property with a non-working refrigerator. Communication was infrequent and all we got was a sorry for your inconvenience.

Two couples enjoyed 4 nights in this unit in March. The two king size beds were a real plus. The views of the ocean and beach were fantastic. The moon rises and sun rises were spectacular. The condo was decorated with soothing blues/grays which we loved. The kitchen was well stocked. The furniture and beds were comfortable. We felt at home during our stay. This condo is closer to the beach than many in the area--just a short walk to the beach. We would be happy to return in the future.

This property is conveniently located near the pool and beach. The property was clean but could use a refresh, especially on the paint in one of the bathrooms. The bottom bunkbed I slept in was comfortable but the king-sized bed in the main bedroom was really soft. The ceilings in the kitchen are super low so not ideal for really tall people! There were plenty of towels and the free goodies were very appreciated. Overall, this is a great condo and would be especially good for a family beach trip with young kids!

This was our first time to visit the Charleston area and this unit didn’t disappoint. The owners responded very quickly to any questions we had. The area was beautiful and we had unrestricted views of the beach and ocean. You can tell from the outside that the complex is older, but walking into the unit the owners did a tremendous job of updating the unit and it was very tastefully done! They have everything you need in the unit. Being a corner unit; the views were great. We had to get an Uber to the airport and it took roughly 30 minutes. Keep that in mind when planning your trip back to the airport.

Could not have asked for a better condo on a better beach!! Immediately felt like home, quiet, comfortable and awesome views!!

Our family gathered at Aqua Vista to celebrate Christmas. We very much enjoyed the spacious condo, fabulous views and proximity to the water!

We had a lovely stay at Aqua Vista. The views are spectacular, and the beach access is so easy. The condo has been renovated, decorated with soothing coastal vibes, and perfectly clean. I highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay again!

The view alone is worth the visit. Off season so no crowds and easy access to restaurants which are very conveniently located. The condo is beautiful but with a couple warts. The motorized blinds were not working properly so one blind was always down blocking the view and one wouldn’t close offering no privacy. The carpeting in the bedrooms really needs attention. The refrigerator stopped working in the middle of the night resulting in some food loss (for which we were amply compensated). In each instance the management company promptly and professionally responded to the issues and the overall enjoyment of our vacation was not really negatively impacted. We have visited Wild Dunes for many years going back before Hugo. Each time we realize it is a special place. Would definitely stay in this unit again should the opportunity present itself for another visit.

Place was perfect for family vacation and in great condition!

We stayed at Aqua Vista for a week with my parents (late 60’s) and our two year old daughter. The condo was just as described. The location was perfect for us being steps from the beach & pool. Communication with the property manager was excellent. We would highly recommend this condo.
