The house was as advertised. Less than a mile from the beach. It contained all the appliances needed to make the stay enjoyable. When I asked the owner where I could purchase the ny Sunday times (since I’m addicted to the puzzle) she brought it to me. A real nice touch.

My family had a great stay! This house was comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed barbecuing, prepping our apps at the kitchen island, and eating dinner outside at the table. It was easy to get to all the beaches by car, stroll around the neighborhood, enjoy seafood at Spikes. It was also nice to be able to checkin easily and early. It was a great way to kick off the summer.

The property is modern, clean, and feels like a home away from home. The neighborhood is quiet and private. The house is located just a short walk away from the boardwalk and the beach. The property provided everything we needed to have a great vacation. Check-in and check-out were fast and easy. We highly recommend the property!!

This was a beautiful seashore house to stay for family vacation! Like new and so clean. Everything you could want and need was there for your use and enjoyment. Loved the back yard and sunroom! Less than a mile from the beach. The owner provided us with street parking passes and beach passes which made things super convenient. She also provided beach chairs and umbrellas.. The property was newly renovated and the accommodations were comfy. There’s a nearby school playground less than two minutes away and our boys were over there everyday.

Very nice, quiet and safe block. Ckise to shops, restaurants and beaches. House roomy and comfortable. Iwner a sweetheart.

This house is one of the better rentals I've stayed at. It was even better in person, super clean, bright, inviting, cozy, and in a great location. The house had everything we needed, even more than we expected which meant we over-packed! A super short bike ride to the beach and nearby restaurants (& ice cream!) and a pleasant walk to the boardwalk. As a person who loves to workout, being across from a track was an added bonus. Clean sheets, clean floors, clean shower - you name it. Not to mention, dealing with Carolyn was a wonderful experience. Very accommodating and helpful with all of the information she provides. I would totally recommend others to stay here, and I would totally be open to booking here again. Thank you so much Carolyn!

Fantastic offering rented for a family visiting from out of town for a wedding at beautiful St. Peters church. Within walking distance to Point Pleasant boardwalk, came fully equipped with lots of space for families. Absolutely loved it.

We had such a lovely time staying at this house in point Pleasant. The owners had it decorated perfectly and there were so amenities . We were greatly surprised and appreciative. It was a short drive to the beach. If we didn’t have a young child with us we probably could’ve walked. We were there for my son’s wedding weekend and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to lay our head and to get ready. Thank you Carolyn.

My family was there from 8/25/21-8/29/21. Everything was great. The house was in great condition and very spacious. The boardwalk is around 15 min walk. We did take the car for beach days but if you drive around 8am you can find parking. We would drop the car off with all of the beach stuff and then walk if we wanted to go later on the day so we didn’t have to walk with beach stuff. They had beach chairs with the house which was helpful. Had a great experience.

The place was wonderful, from the moment we crossed the bridge into Point, the salt air and bustling shore activities were just what we were looking for after 15 months of COVID lockdown.

Our family has been visiting PPB since the late 60's (yeah, I'm old), so we know and love the town. This rental property was excellent. Great location, well-amentized, super clean, super comfortable. Best of all, the owner is courteous, flexible, and very responsive. We would, and hope to, stay here again.
